Dark, Night Mode

Some of our users have requested an option to switch the community itself to a Dark Mode. Most of these users enjoy listening to music on Deezer Web or via our desktop app, at night - and flicking a switch to make the colours of the community dark, would be a good addition :wink:

    Strong vote on this!  Our developer community needs dark mode as well.

    Is anyone from the ​@Gainsight CC Team monitoring this “parked” idea?
    Can we have it reviewed please and reconsidered for implementation, as this is more and more a request from many of our customers and users in our CC platforms?

      Hi ​@Lina Dabasinkaite, "Parked" means this idea isn't being actively considered at the time. That said, statuses aren't permanent. 

      ​@Cristina Bermudez Dark mode is something we're aware of and it does sit on our longer-term radar as part of how we think about modernising the community experience. It's not scheduled for the near term.

      In the meantime, it would be helpful to know: is the primary ask a user-toggle, or are you looking for an admin-level setting to apply dark mode across the whole community?

      Ideally both.

      This should absolutely be something that the admins need enable/turn on as there may be design changes required -- brand colors or logos that should be adjusted in dark mode vs. light mode. Once an admin has reviewed & enabled it, a toggle for users to individually set their preference would be ideal.
