At the current moment, when enabling daily notification emails, you can only set it so that when a CTA or task is assigned to a person that an email gets triggered. I'd like the notification email to go out when the CTA or task is due. The way it works now is akin to a Doctor calling to remind you of your appointment the day after you make it instead of the week it actually occurs.
Hey Team, We have noticed that when we assign Custom Viewer Permission Group to Viewer Lisense Type Users. They are able to change the name of the Layout or Global Permissions for Adoption explorer layout( AE:: Analysis page). Can we restrict this to make sure discrepancies that can be caused due to changes on the same?
The Customer ARR widget in the C360 summary displays revenue in the 10M as "10,000k". This is strange looking and is inconsistent with the way that ARR is displayed in the Cockpit (which displays the value as 10M). The C360 widget should display the value in millions, not tens of thousands.
Looking to export the playlist so I can review with my manager and we can finalize on what tasks we want associated with each playbook. Would be nice to have a paper copy, for review. Thanks!
We are working through setting up a few playbooks for our teams. There are a few tasks in each playbook we would like to have closed if certain tags appear on a Zendesk ticket. Because of our Zendesk data is in MDA, I'm struggling to get the rules written correctly to close a specific task based on the criteria. Is it possible to close CTA Tasks from Rules or can we only close CTAs from rules?
When looking at PX survey response rates, I can see that the response rate is calculated based on the number of responses/the number of survey views. I would also like to see the survey response rate calculated based on the number of responses/the number of survey viewers. This will tell me how many people of the targeted audience responded, regardless of the number of times they saw the survey. In this example, PX shows that the response rate in 13.55% based on 53 responses/391 views. However, the survey was set to show multiple times if the user did not respond, meaning the response rate will be lower and lower the more times a user sees it, even if they respond the 3rd time. What I want to know is the percentage of targeted users who responded to the survey. If I look at Audience explorer filtered to users who viewed/completed the survey, there are 224 users total. 53 responses/224 survey viewers = 23.66% response rate.
Currently Active users are those who was seen at least once in the last 7 days is really not how we (and I'm sure many other customers) as Active. I wish that there is more sophisticated filterings such as: Last seen at least x days out of the last x days, or number of visit in the last x days is greater than x. The number of visit in the last x days is greater than x seems doable since that data is captured in PX already:
It would be great to include session count & duration in the S3 export, particularly if customers want to use the data ingest in 3rd party platforms for data analysis/manipulation.
Would be great to be able to interact with tasks more in Timeline. So, currently, I can only mark a task as completed. Would be great for that section to expand and show the current fields on the task so that more info could be included without having to leave Timeline. Example: We have an activity type for Training. One of my follow up tasks for for a completed training is to check on usage a week after the training. I would like to be able to add a description of what that usage looked like as well as marking the follow up as completed.
This is primarily applicable to NXT with the Horizon experience. Which, by the way, is very slick looking, and there’s a lot to like and I hope the new format makes it easier to add enhancements. Anyways. Situation: We use linked SFDC objects in various areas, one of them being CTAs. Currently, if you want view, add or edit a linked object from the Cockpit you have to:Click the CTA Click the Linked Object Tab name from the CTA Detail View Click the link to take you to the SFDC recordProblem: See above. This is pretty unwieldly. You can make, and we have made, a related list off of a report showing our linked objects (Projects in this case) in Salesforce. This is nice, but is really a different use case. Solution: Enable the addition of a column in the cockpit view along with Due date, owner, status, etc., that is the Link you would have clicked on in 3 above. This enables you to immediately jump to the project from your cockpit without having to go into the detail view and another tab within.
Customer is requesting that we have the ability to be able to change label colors for reports built off Dataspaces. For example, Passives are showing up Red and Detractors are showing up Green. This is quite confusing for the reps.
Hello Wonderful Product team,I have a challenge for you. @sai_ram . Use case. Here at ADP we have tons of products and services and our wonderful marketing team will put together slides/marketing information for each need the client might have. (that get to be close to 200 ppt slides) So what i would love to do is create filter for the slides within a ppt. So if the CSE selects a certain category from the objective CTA we filter the ppts for only those slides. and of course some ppts would be for all success plan snapshots no matter the objectives. anyways does that make sense? so what do you think can i have this by summer?Best Regards,DarshanaPS j/k about the timeline. May would be great too. lol @kate_green @kate_peter
When building out a success plan, if the tasks list in an objective has manual changed due dates, is there any way to reshuffle the tasks so that they appear in due date order. We have some shell success plans we are testing out, but since one size does not fit all, we’re giving the task list a bit more flexibility with due dates. Example now:
The widget tile is helpful when summarizing detail into an overall number. However, it doens't provide context to if the number is good or bad. To provide more value and more importantly drive more action from the informaiton, it would be nice to have an ability to add a "Target" value to the widget tile. Then the tile could show the 'Actual' value, 'Target' value & Variance (Target - Actual). This would give more insight into the value and if any action is needed. Ideal state would be that in addition to actual, target & variance there was also a indicator (r, y, g) to allow you to set thresholds for the variance to allow for a visual cue to figure out if action is needed and how urgently.
Not sure how I didn’t notice before, but I think the GS documentation should be explicit on the difference between ANY and ALL USERS in filters. Or really, ANY vs ALL as it likely is relevant in any context. ANY (user) includes NULL valuesALL (users) includes records for which there is a value This should be made clear in the Dashboard support articles herehttps://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Reports_and_Dashboards/Admin_Guides/Global_Filters_for_Dashboardand here for the new Horizon Analytics https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Reports_and_Dashboards/Horizon_Analytics/Admin_Guides/Global_Filters_For_Dashboards_(Horizon_Analytics) Perhaps this is common knowledge but if you’re like me and slow on the uptake, or a new user this should really be stated.
I have a customer that is planning on rolling out over 50 surveys from Gainsight. Currently we have a search feature within the survey tab however the only alternative to that is to simply scroll through the survey list. We’re wondering if there’s anything on the roadmap to include a folder system on Surveys 2.0 so that customers who have extremely high volumes of surveys can group them and be enabled to better track down the surveys they need to access.
The addition of the Show/Hide Last Modified Date of an individual measure on the Scorecard Mass Edit report in Horizon Analytics is a wonderful addition! Would be great if we could also have the option to Show/Hide Last Modified By as well.
Can we please add TO_Date & TO_String functions added to list of available functions in formula field in Rules Engine. This would really help in many configurations and data conversion tasks
In Gainsight, end users are provided notifications when they are mentioned in a Timeline update or if CTAs are created for them or for accounts they follow. Admins are notified via emails on if rules and jobs fail or succeed. It would be great to also have the option to see these notifications inside Gainsight in the notification section and be able to link directly to the rule, job, program, etc. This would centralize the experience vs having to platform switch between email and Gainsight.
Is there a capability to preview a merge in JO? As far as I can see, there isn’t. At the moment, I build the merge in Rules Engine to check it works before adding to JO. It would be great to have the preview pane (just like what you see in Dataset) - it will save so much time!
Currently, if you have opened an individual CTA from a company's C360 cockpit like soand click on "Go to Cockpit" in the upper left, it takes me back to the generic cockpit with 1000+ CTAs, and not the cockpit of the company I was previously looking at.While I can appreciate maybe wanting to send CSM/End Users to their My CTAs view of their individual cockpit, I would expect this button to take me back to the C360 cockpit view. What I would like, is the option to do either one. A button to take you back to your individual cockpit (like we have now) AND a button that will take you back to the C360 cockpit you were looking at previously - Right now I have to switch tabs or re-search the company in my current tab and click “cockpit” if I want to go back.
'I would like to change which layout is the default layout for the C360/R360.I know you can edit layouts, and show them based on certain criteria, but I''d like to be able to clone my default layout and work on the clone and "publish" the changes all at once by setting that as the new default. Otherwise I need to constantly tweak the default one live which isn’t a great experience, especially if I had a clone I tested on first. This should be an easy checkbox type thing to solve this workaround: '
