When constructing a query in Journey Orchestrator Query Builder, there is no way to preview the results of the data source tasks, similar to how you can in Bionic rules. In addition, there is no way to check the results of each step in a multi-step job. Due to these two issues we need to build the Query Builder select in the Rules Engine first so we can test the query to ensure it’s doing what we want, and then manually recreate that query in Query Builder. This is very time consuming and error prone, especially for complex queries. Can you provide the same preview and step results capabilities in Query Builder that you do in Bionic Rules?
Timeline activity syncing is a great feature, but having the activities already in SF synced to the Timeline would make it even more useful. We'd love to have all the emails/calls/meetings sent to customers from the whole company gathered in one place – not just the ones entered directly into the Timeline.
We recently begin testing the Data Designer beta for custom data spaces. We setup the data space and scheduled it to refresh daily. However, we receive an email notification that informs us of the successful execution of the refresh for the data space. It would be great to have the same Rules Engine notification setup where we can decide if we want the notification for the refresh status via email when Successful or Failures. DB
When reviewing an individual accounts NPS and survey responses from the standard Survey section of the C360, the count of responses you are viewing is not displayed (only the responses themselves). It would be helpful to be able to see the number of total NPS survey responses, and total Survey responses, within this section at a glance.
USE CASE: Currently in PX, when we launch the Knowledge Centre Bot, it will be displayed at the “Right/Left bottom corner” of the application. And we don’t have the ability to control the position of the Bot. We can set it to either right or left bottom. It would be better if we have the ability to locate it relative to any side of the browser both in x and y. This would give users the ability to put it where there is room for it. Some of the applications may have some important field at that place and if we launch the Bot, it might show up on the important information. Which is annoying for the user while using the application because there is no way that they can scroll away the Bot. So it would be really awesome if we have more control over changing the position of the Bot. **It would be more helpful if we can provide the drag-down option also. Thanks, Shireesha.
When creating a Scorecard Timeline activity, it captures the value of the measure for which you’re making the entry. For manual measures, though, it requires you first to make the manual change to the measure then go create the activity. It would save clicks if you could combine creating the Scorecard TImeline activity at the same time you’re modifying the score, either from within the TImeline entry itself during creation or by allowing the capture of comments while modifying the Measure and the system then automatically creates a Timeline Activity capturing the change.
Working with a customer we found that reports are not dynamically updated in dashboard after making changes to the report itself. If there is a global filter present in that report and the report is impacted by any global filter then we don't show the option to "clear settings/filters" so the only fix would be to remove and readd the report. This is due to user state preservation. I think a better solution would be to have the reports dynamically update the dashboard or have the option to upon changes.
I would like to be able to drag and drop both groups and fields when I am configuring CTA tabs from the 'Detail view layout configuration' section of the 'Calls to Action' page in Admin. Currently, if we want to add fields anywhere besides at the bottom of what we already have configured, we have to delete everything below it, add the field, then add back everything we deleted. For example, I want to add one field in it's own group to the Call To Action tab for all my CTAs. Unfortunately, I want it to be above the group of fields I already have there. I have 6 global CTA types and 3 Relationship CTA types. Below is a screen share of me removing all my current fields, adding the new group and field and then adding back the previous group and fields. Now realize I have to do this 9 times because I have 9 CTA types. https://www.screencast.com/t/5BcnTv8qUXW This is such a waste of my time for what seems like such a simple fix. We're able to drag and drop everywhere else in the application. Also, this leaves so much room for error since I am manually adding back fields 9 different times.
I have a customer request to be able to apply ranking to a pivot report. The specific request is to be able to sort/rank by whatever the customer chooses. For example: If the pivot report is cases month over month, give the user the ability to rank based on either overall case count or most cases last month etc.
We would like to begin using Email Assist but are hesitant as the need to create the templates in JO adds clutter for our 1:many team and over-complicates the process for adding an email template to a CTA. When asking for folks opinions, here is some feedback we received: Ability to create the email template within the 'Playbook' creating process avoiding the need to create a template within JO and then going back to the CockPit to create the playbook Ability to pull the 'Contacts' directly from the CTA rule. This would simplify who is initially needed on the communication based on the trigger event. Allow CSM's to have a 'signature' in Gainsight that can be added to any email that is sent by them out of CockPit. This should be able to be controlled by the sender that has a Gainsight license as their title may not always be CSM (Customer Success Executive, Strategic Account Manager, etc.) Automatically BCC the sender of the email so that they have a copy of the email. Given that a full email integration is not currently a feature, being able to have a reference of your sent email in your inbox would be beneficial for additional reference. All the above would start to make the use of email assist a very beneficial feature for our CSM's and help drive Gainsight adoption as a 'one stop shop' for both customer insights and engagement.
Sharing this idea/request on behalf of a customer: As a user, I would like the ability to be able to see what is mapped on a particular page in my product when I am in the context of my product. For comparison, something similar is available when creating a Guide engagement. This would help improve the Product Mapping experience so that I can visually see what has been mapped, rather than referring to a list in the product tree.
Hi folks, Would be great to see an additional graph that shows the trend of NPS changing over time, within the time window (i.e. a Rolling NPS score). The “trend” graph at the bottom only looks at one day at a time. The trend graph I’m asking for looks at the current day plus all previous days. So, it shows how NPS is moving over a time window. CURRENT REPORT DATA SET Date Promoters Neutral Detractors Total Daily NPS Rolling NPS 25-Feb 2 1 3 66.7 66.7 26-Feb 1 2 3 -33.3 16.7 27-Feb 1 1 2 50 25 28-Feb 1 1 -100 11.1 29-Feb 0 11.1 1-Mar 0 11.1 2-Mar 1 2 3 -66.7 -8.3 3-Mar 2 2 100 7.1 FUTURE REPORT To include Daily NPS (already included) PLUS Rolling NPS (shown below)
We've seen modbreaks and best answers. But our team of community managers believes that it would be useful to pin certain replies to the topic, visible similarly to best answers - but without solving the topic. Topics in which this tool would be useful are the ones we talk about bugs on. The issue isn't fixed, but users can post smart workarounds or we could often update them with our progress
Posting this product idea on behalf of a customer: As a user, I want to trigger an in-app engagement based on PX survey responses, including multi question surveys. Use case: Launch a PX multi-question survey during user’s onboarding. Create multiple engagements that each correspond to those survey responses. For example, if the survey question is “What do you want to use our product for?” and the user selects “email campaigns”, then an engagement could target the users who selected “email campaigns” and deliver content/in-app guidance relevant to that goal.
The retention analysis now always compares the filtered group to the full dataset. Unfortunately, that full dataset also contains test setups. Would it be possible to compare 2 filtered datasets (e.g. 1 specific customer against all customers, so with the test systems filtered out)?
It would be great to have the ability to customize the “Welcome Message” on the Knowledge Center Bot. Ideally we could set one screen for it to show on and then the rest of the Gainsight screens would show just the Bot icon. It can start to be irritating to have to close the Welcome Message on every page.
Currently the only way to use a custom Bot Badge in the Enablement Engine is to convert it into a URL. It would be great if we had the ability to search for the images on our Desktop instead of having to use another tool to transfer it to a URL.
Currently if we export small reports from dashboards an excel file is downloaded. But if you export larger reports you are sent a csv file in an email. This introduces a number of issues: We have TONS of instances where the email is never received (We have many open tickets on this) There are file size issues when emailing csvs If you’re exporting timeline entries, the csv format gets messed up if there are special characters in the timeline entry, whereas the entries are exported fine in excel format. My request is that instead of emailing csv files, you tar the excel file (similar to how you do that for bionic rule job results) and download that immediately.
In our retention analysis, we would like to focus on those users who used the software at least 3 times (to exclude those that log in once to see what it is). However, the number of sessions/visits is not available as a filter in the retention analysis. This would be a nice small enhancement in my opinion.
If report name is changed of a report which has been added to C360, the name change does not get reflected on C360. However, once the report is removed from C360 and added back again to C360, the report name change does get reflected. Ideally, the change in report name should reflected on C360 without the admin taking any additional actions.
Recently, for one of the customer the “Log email to SFDC ” failed due to SFDC error. Although we were able to discover that error but unfortunately there is no option to do a Manual sync. Can we have some thoughts over this ?
We have multiple data sources that are pulled into the MDA tables to track customer usage information. When reviewing the data, it would be ideal to create a single report that pulls from more then one lookup table at a time so that a single table can contain data points from 3+ data sources. For example, we receive the following data files on our customers: User profile data/access level User logins User usageThe unique identifier in each report is the users email address. I would like to build a single report that provides the user profile information, an aggregation of logins over a given time period, and an aggregation of their key usage behaviors. Because I can only link the email to one other MDA table, I am unable to get all three datapoints into a single report.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
