Allow GainSight PX Knowledge Center Bot, a notification to indicate the number of newly added Web Links. Allow the number indicator to show on the KC Bot badge as well as within the bot to help users quickly identify and access the latest web link resources available within the bot.
Our organization is no longer going to update our X social media account and instead run a company account on BlueSky. We want to add a link to all of our emails from Gainsight CS Journey Orchestrator but it isn’t an option. Please can we get it added? Thanks!
Allow the Monthly granularity to be selectable when loading to scorecard history.
I’ve been reading through a few posts about this and wanted to ask the question to confirm - can an Admin edit (change selections to dropdowns and other content) in a Timeline entry that they didn’t author? If so, how? Thanks!
I would love to see the KC Bot’s Customer Communities search capabilities increase past the current 25 recent posts. We currently use the Customer Community widget in app to recommend help articles, but are working on switching to the KC Bot for added features. We are noodling around with the Recommendation Widget in KC Bot, but ideally would like to see all items from CC pertaining to that search be displayed with the bot. It would also be nice to have the ability to sort how things are displayed from CC - such as articles first, questions and discussions next, and ideas last.
Issue: We have a growing list of articles that have been either created in PX or linked in from SalesForce. The list is getting large and internal users are struggling to organize & maintain these listings. Request: We are looking for better management around these growing number of resources. The prominent request is a way to archive articles such that they are still available for historical reference but not in the way as we try to maintain what is currently in the KCB. Hi, Our CSMs would like to be notified when a Gong call syncs to the Timeline and creates an activity. Because the Gong call activity is created automatically, no notification is sent. This means that the customer team member scheduling the meeting--the account manager or a solution architect--has to remember to include the CSM as an optional attendee on meeting invitations for them to be aware of the meeting. Adding Gong calls to the activities that send notifications would solve the problem and lessen the cognitive load. Thanks for considering. Laura
Currently, if a Full License non Super Admin user does not have Navigation Permission → “Profile” permission, C360 → CSQL and Home → CSQL Widget are not loading with error “Internal Services Failed: Reason: 403 | Status: Forbidden” Viewing CSQL data should not depend on Profile setting. This needs to be enhanced.
I’d like to be able to add survey results to dashboards without needing to rebuilt the report from the flattened data file. Gainsight already creates OOTB reporting so it would be more efficient to be able to add OOTB reporting to dashboards.
Surprised to find this isn’t a thread already (or if it is, the search functionality in community has gone down dramatically), but test participants in Dynamic JOs are only relevant prior to publishing and should be removed once live. How test participants are treated within the program analytics is very inconsistent. For a program I just launched, I have 3 participants, two of which were dropped before publishing. Yet I have six survey participants - 1 for each ‘true’ participant and 1 for each ‘test’ participant - why? And why isn’t there a mechanism to remove them?
Currently it is not possible for the new AI Cheat Sheet to be added to the Mobile App in any way. It would be beneficial to our executives and when our associates go on-site to visit a client for them to be able to see this information as a quick overview of the client prior to meetings or conferences.
We look to view the total views that are cumulative across our PX Hosted Articles, and at this time we can only click each article separately and export. Across 100’s of articles and several KBOTs this becomes a 4–5-hour manual task each month in order to add them to our Power BI dashboard and understand what our training reach is across our customer base. Please consider making Total Article Views/Insights exportable in KBOTS.
I don’t understand why Standard or System objects aren’t available in the actions from Real Time Rules. I can think of a lot of use cases for why you’d want to load a particular field with a certain value to those most commonly used objects. Here’s an example:Load an “Escalation Date” to the Call to Action object when a CTA priority changes to “High”. This will allow real-time reporting on escalated CTAs.A “real time” rule is only as good as it’s “real time” action. Let’s expand the actions possible from Real Time Rules to really make them as powerful as they can be. I’m sure I could use the Call External API to accomplish this, but why not support standard/system objects to begin with?
BackgroundOur KC bots integrate with SalesForce Articles. Yet we are unable to use the search feature due to having multiple products within the SalesForce article storage. If we allowed our users to use the search feature they would not see their current or available products only. They would see articles from all products across our portfolio.I believe this feature exists with Google articles integration as they have Domains that can separate out per-product documentation. The askBecause our SalesForce Articles are all showing within search we would like some way to pre-sort/filter the articles that a user will receive in the search function of KCB. Similar request from mmarques for advancing Google search with sub-domains. Showing that the integration point between articles and KCB can use some attention for multiple points.
Hi all, Currently, Manual Milestones in the Customer Journey widget are displayed using the 'Subject' name, which lacks consistency since they are often manually entered by users. Could we update this so that they appear with the actual Milestone Type Name instead of the timeline entry's Subject? Thank you.
The current method of creating Sections/Categories and then assigning articles to them is cumbersome, awkward, and very inefficient.A combined view, where you create/manage Sections/Categories (which should really be the same thing...just Categories) on the left side and add/edit articles in inventory on the right would be far superior for authoring/maintaining articles and hierarchy. Moving articles from one category to another would be as simple as selecting them and clicking the “move” or even dragging-and-dropping between categories. This way, at-a-glance (without using some cumbersome search tool that is not 100% accurate), I could see all the articles in X Categories to ensure they are in the correct Category.(I realize the attached screenshot shows more levels than you support (although why you limit us to Section>Category>Category is kind of odd, but that’s another Idea, right???)We have over two thousand articles in our inventory and the current tools are woefully inefficient.
Hi all.Like we have today in tabular reports, it will be great to enhance the drill downs in our charts with the ability to freeze the first column. Our drill downs can get as long and extensive as a tabular report and not being able to freeze the first column (usually the customer name) makes them sometimes unusable.
Out CSMs need a way to log emails directly to their Success Plans with the use of GS Assist, however there is only an option to log to Company or Relationships, is there anything on the roadmap for this to be fixed?
The new KPI widget feature of a dynamic goal introduced the option to choose between “Variance” or “Progress” for displaying the goal. This is great, but one of the downsides is this new progress bar is added to the widget whether or not you want it there. Here’s why this is annoying:If I choose Variance, I’m already seeing how far off or ahead of my goal I am in the “variance” section. This additional bar added makes the widget more “busy” There is no configuration available for the progress bar. I can’t change the color, I can’t remove it, I can’t make it smaller. If I choose a KPI widget, it will be there no matter what. While it’s a nice feature, can we please give more options for the admin to choose how, if at all, it is displayed?
[Posting on behalf of customer] Per current product behavior of the Snowflake Connector, if changes to the configuration or data (deletions) within Snowflake have been altered, the connection may need to be reauthorized in order for the newest metadata to be passed back to Gainsight. As this adds several steps to the process, it would be very helpful to have a Metadata Refresh button on the connector job within Gainsight (as we see with the Salesforce Connector). Thank you for your consideration!
