CompanyのCSMは新担当に変更済みなのですが、過去担当していた顧客に関する通知が来続けています。
通知のON/OFFは設定画面からできるのはわかっているのですが、過去担当していた顧客分の通知だけ切るなどできるのでしょうか。
できる方法をご存知であればご教授頂きたくよろしくお願いします🙇♀️
