The PX Team Is Building a Centralized Localization Page — And They Want Your Input
If you serve users across multiple countries or languages, this one's for you.
PX PM Rithvik Varma has shared an early prototype of a brand-new Localization Page coming to Gainsight PX and is actively looking for community feedback to shape it before it ships.
What's being built:
- A central page to view every PX content item (engagements, bots, articles) and every language version in one place
- Bulk download of source files with filters by language, status, and content type
- Auto-calculated status badges (Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Verified) per language
- CSV file format for source files
- External vendor access permissions
- In-app localization editor to translate directly in PX no round-trips to external tools
- AI-assisted translation for multiple strings at once
The team wants to hear how you currently handle localization, whether you use external vendors, and which of these features would have the biggest impact on your workflow. The prototype is live and clickable now.

A Full Revamp of the PX Engagement Editor — Try the Prototype Now
The PX team has been quietly rebuilding the engagement editor from the ground up, and they're ready to show you what's coming.
PX PM Rithvik Varma shared a prototype of the new experience — built directly from feedback the community has shared over time. If you've ever struggled with inconsistent editors across engagement types, limited button actions, CSS conflicts between preview and live, or scattered save and launch controls, this redesign addresses all of it.
What's new in the prototype:
• One unified editor for Dialogs, Tooltips, Banners, Badges, and Surveys
• Layouts library replacing templates — save any step as a reusable layout
• Drag, drop, resize, and nest Row and Column containers freely
• Click actions on any component — text, images, and more, not just buttons
• Native survey and feedback blocks (NPS, CES, Star Rating, Boolean, Open Text) inside any engagement type
• Brand theming that cascades — update your colour palette once, every engagement updates instantly
• AI builder — describe what you want, paste a screenshot, or pick a prompt to generate full layouts
The prototype is live now. The team is in active development and wants your input before things get locked in.
