@anirbandutta, I’m curious -- could you share what KPIs or other metrics your team uses to measure the success of the Gainsight Community? I ask because I’m wondering if there are insights we can take back into our own companies. I was a bit disappointed at the TSIA World conference last week to hear from several community managers at other tech companies that the value of their contribution at their companies is either measured as a just Support ticket deflection or even worse, just a check box. My perception is that Community is being underutilized in tech and in the future will have a tighter link to the work of Customer Success and Product. Interested in your thoughts.

I’ve talked to numerous folks who have heard about this “Gainsight Admin” thing, and have started to explore the career. Some already work at Gainsight customers, others work in operations roles beyond Customer Success, and others are looking for their first job in tech. Hi all, we have a great opportunity for a customer success expert with experience administrating Gainsight to join Peakon.  This role is responsible for leading the design, development and daily management of CS processes & strategies through our Gainsight platform.Having recently become part of Workday, a global leader in HR & Finance management systems, there is the unique opportunity to help lead the integration of Peakon’s CS systems and processes. 

Hi all! We have a private community with about 2200 users, and they all are primarily in the HR/tech realms. We want to create an ambassador program so that those top users (the Enterprise clients) can leverage their company’s clout AND the ambassador title to help within the community. I would love for this program to be organic, and we would preferably not like to incentivize the program monetarily. We don’t necessarily need to utilize the community as a lead source, but we do want them to use it as a primary information resource - like they might use SHRM or other HR community bases.  This is one of my first steps in researching an ambassador program, so any suggestions or input would be helpful!
