「Plain Text」のリンクを活性化する方法ってありますでしょうか？
メールをプレビューしてもリンクがクリックできず、こちらも拝見したのですが修正方法もよくわからず、、
ご教示いただけますと幸いです！何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Plain Textのメールについては、あくまで平文なので、リンクの付与というのはできません。
(ご記載頂いたリンク先の記法は、リンクにするための記法ではなくHTMLをPlain Text化した際にこのように表示される、という説明になります)
Plain Text(平文)のメールのURLがリンクとして表示されるかどうかに関しては、あくまで受信側のメールツールに依存します。(Plain TextではあくまでURLの文字列として送信されます)
