AudienceでCSVを使用していただければ送付できそうな気がします！
カンパニーID、リレーションシップIDなどエンティティごとに必須項目があるので、
連携元の外部IDや、GSに登録なしでサーベイ送る用でID管理いただければ可能かと思います！
