We run large trainings and webinars on a company-by-company basis and it would be really useful if the CS team could upload a CSV/Excel file with the attendee’s email addresses and that associate the Company Person to the timeline entry as an external attendee. 

I’d like the ability to control what query options users have in Slack when querying Sally. For instance, we don’t use Sponsor Tracking, so I’d like to not have that display as an option from dropdown menus. I’d like to be able to limit our Sally for Slack to only be able to query basic information on the Account - CSM, Summary, and NPS - and disable all other queries.

What? Include an option to add an additional indicator that shows whether a customer is Healthy, At Risk, or Escalated. to the customer’s Customer360 page. Why? This indicator is easier to spot at first glance when viewing a customer and will indicate how the Customer Owner proceeds   

Can Gainsight update JO so automatic email responses, such as out-of-office emails, go to the “Reply-To” email address instead of the “From Email”?

After receiving multiple End User questions about seeing incomplete data in an export from the default displays, such as the highlighted one here, I reached out to Gainsight Support to find out that the row limit of the file (file size) could not be increased.Then, an End User suggested the addition of an error message that could display so that the End User can learn of this limit at the time of export, and apply filters (which also need to be increased) so that they can obtain the desired data in the export.An example:Run report wide open Get an error ( “Data has reach Limit, data is incomplete, please refine search.”) Refine the search Re run the report Repeat until error goes away.I again chatted with Gainsight Support and they noted that while this is not possible, i

Currently if a SP that was once in Status = New gets moved to a custom status still representing “open”, such as “WIP”, the Rule that created that SP will not recognize the first one as existing any longer and will create a dupe. Same thing applies for CTA unique identifiers. Instead, we should be able to further configure uniqueness criteria, at the very least to the point of using Status Category of Open or Closed. 

It would be super helpful if admins have the flexibility to assign custom colors to the Status types. In the below screenshot, I wanted to assign Red color to the “Draft” type since the colors are very few I could not achieve my end goal    

[Customer Request]Currently, Object Analyzer doesn’t support the rules which are configured with ‘load to GS opportunity’ action. Can we make this enhancement so that customers can validate the rule from Object analyzer. 

Hello Power at be: We need a glossary on what each field is mapping to. (I know this is a big ask) but would love to better understand all this data coming in from PX. I have used PX before however the organization i am at does not understand how this data is being curated and our business analyst need some documentation. Passing this along on their behalf: @tonyqu A comprehensive list of tracked events/page views (theoretically available in G360 if triggered,) along with in-depth definitions for each (perhaps in dictionary format or some other form of knowledge transfer.)What currently holds us back from reporting more on G360 data is mostly the ambiguity around event definitions. ·One of these challenges is understanding whether an event is a page view, click, or specific action completion. Question Library is a neat idea, but it feels very redundant. Instead, I’d love if questions that I create on a survey automatically stored themselves in Question Library in an “Uncategorized” folder. I don’t always know I want to reuse a question when I create it. This functionality would allow me to use Question Library more.

On creating a CTA and adding a playbook to it, I would like the ability to customize tasks in a playbook that has been pulled into a CTA before saving the CTA.  When these are saved you can customize the CTA tasks, but at that point, these items have already been automatically assigned out and in reality may not be needed.

Currently our My Portfolio view is based on the Relationship. We would like for the columns added to be automatically filtered alphabetically (such as Company Name). We also have two Boolean fields added that are displaying as “True” versus a checkbox. 

Hi,We have two products we are monitoring with PX - Separated to two different tags according to the best Practice. When we go to Audience Explorer and Account Explorer we want to select different columns for each product - since the attributes are different between them. The idea solution would be that you can split this so you have two different sets of attributes, but a decent workaround would just be to enabled two different column sets (managed by the ‘arrange columns’ modal) for each product. 

In GainSight Assist when relating sending an email to timeline the search box brings back both Accounts and relationships.  For our current use case this creates a return of records that is cumbersome for the user to sort through.  We would like the ability to turn off relationships from the search.

At the moment in KCB, if you have a section with for example the name “Section” that has articles in it, you can select a color for the “Section” copy. When the user has read all the articles in that section the color of the copy will be lighter, to indicate it’s completed. We would like to disable the function where the color becomes lighter, or be able to pick which color it should be once completed. Reason for this is we want to have “permanent” content for sections, like “always on” articles so to speak, so we don’t what the copy to be lighter since we don’t consider the section to be “in progress/completed” etc.

I’d love to see some attributes that can be set once inside of Gainsight PX. Mixpanel has this functionality. https://developer.mixpanel.com/reference/profile-set-property-onceThis is needed for multi-product companies like us where the created date / Sign on date is global and only valid for the first product accessed. With a set once attribute, I could assign the date for when the product is actually accessed, allowing me to utilize filters more effectively. 

Multiple company associations at Success Plan level. Use case : We are onboarding our Partner implementation team onto Gainsight and as part of that, they will be using success plans. Partners may be have multiple implementations for different customers. To manage this, we are creating success plans for every customer under the partner and linking them to accounts using a lookup.  Suppose if a partner manager is logging an activity on Success Plan timeline, they would want the same entry to be recorded against the Partner account and Customer account in 2 different timelines so that partner manager and customer success manager are fully aware of what is happening with the implementation. 

I'd like to make an enhancement request to add the option for a "Decision Maker present" checkbox on the Gainsight Assist app, to add to Timeline activities.  Currently there is not an option so the CSM has to go back into Timeline to manually check that box after sending an email via Gainsight Assist.Thanks!

On the Gainsight 360, it would be great if the Support Ticket reports could include a category, like bug, infrastructure problem, question, configuration issue, etc.  Would help admins get a better idea of the types of tickets that are getting created and how they are classified.

 Most of the selection boxes have been updated to permit the selector box to be stretched to see the entire value except these two, from what I can find.There needs to be a way to see the entire attribute, please either make the box expandable (which I feel you would have done if it was possible) or add a text label so that if I hover on the value eventually the full value name will appear somewhere.   

I'm trying to create a report for our CS team managers that shows the count of CTAs that are either overdue or have tasks that are overdue. Essentially, I want a report grouped by CSM, that shows the 'Overdue' count that displays in Cockpit when CTAs/Tasks are grouped by Due Date. As far as I know, ootb, I can only get this info through 2 reports... 1. Create a report on the Call to Action object that summarizes CTAs that are overdue. Cool, but what won't be included in the roll-up are CTAs that aren't yet due, but have associated CSTasks that are overdue

When creating a widget it would be great if you could add some additional text to it, to help someone looking at, understand the point/goal of the data being shown. For example, in the below Widget, we want our mangers to engage on all “61” accounts and drive those down. Having some additional text would help remind the person doing the “why” behind this widget and the action to take.   

In my case I collect both product feedback and community feedback using Productboard and these are in two different Productboard workspaces. I’d love to have a way to be able to connect and use multiple workspace with the integration and to be able to choose in Control which workspace to push to when adding to Productboard.

Hello Team,We have observed that the email signature consists of social networking sites like Facebook,Twitter etc.,  are redirecting to the other link because customers IT teams use a rewrite for any URLs in an incoming email.:  Example Facebook:https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/KVFrCERpm5tlM98MiPsxzJ?domain=facebook.comSo, these url’s going through multiple layers which might be due to permission or security reasons from the customer end and during that process a large number of hyperlinks are converted into Text which causing the space issue. Please consider this as an enhancement and to ignore the hyperlinks in the emails content.

I know you can get to this via a full exports and filtering, but that’s a much larger file than needed and a bit of work. So when considering “nice-to-have” feature enhancements, it’d be great to be able to export topics by a specific user.
