Right Immediately after updating the product mapper with new feature or modifying a feature/custom event, we will perform the action in our application and see if that feature is properly created or mapped with Product Mapper. Adoption report is the one helps to see if the events are captured for the addedd feature. But every time people forget that the last 7 days doesn’t include today. If we have a checkbox near to date range control, we can select that box to include today. if not the report can show last 7 days. This will help a lot!!!!

I have to work on the PX for the most of the time as an analyst. Throughout my day the PX window has to be opened, but the session is getting time out frequently and I have to login frequently to access the same report or dashboard in the PX application. I understand having customized timeout period for each PX user or Role it would help to be more productive. If there is any option of feature already available in the PX please do let me know.

When adding a collaborator, query owner field to restrict ability to select same user as collaborator that has already been set as owner.  This is affecting reporting (double counting) when looking at Success Plan objectives by owner/collaborator for an individual and/or team.

Currently, the C360 People List defaults to showing both active and inactive contacts on the ‘All Status’ list. This leaves room for CSMs to unintentionally send communication to contacts that are no longer with the company. It would be helpful to have the option to default the C360 People List to the ‘Active’ list.

When we add dropdown values, there is a space to input dropdown description, but the description is not displayed anywhere. It would be helpful to have these descriptions be displayed when the user hover over the dropdown to better understand the options that they are selecting. 

We use Okta for SSO.  Gainsight PX by far has the shortest logout time of all the apps I’ve used - to the point where I’ll be working on something, go to take a short break, then I’ll have been logged out and have lost some work.  It would be nice if this time to logout was longer or even better, configurable, by an admin.

We are currently working on expanding out how we engage with our customers digitally, and would like to suggest an interactive page for different journey stages. (We plan to start with onboarding, but eventually expand this to adoption, renewal, and mature customer journeys.) This idea in many ways stems from the old concept called “Nucleus” that Gainsight introduced at Pulse in 2022, but never launched.Ideally, such a hub page is specific to the customer, tailored to the product they own, is personalized to their stage in the customer journey, and integrated with Gainsight CS. Resources, next steps/journey map status, and interactive tasks (which are linked to milestones in Gainsight CS) would allow the customer to see everything that matters to them in that moment, and more importantly, hold them accountable to their own success.Furthermore, such an integration between CS and CC would allow our scaled Customer Success team to step in when the customer is falling behind, and keep them

We have gotten some traction without our organization around people maps in the C360. However, we are now being asked if we can track internal people with the people maps. I know there is an influencer section where internal people can be added, but we would like a map where we can map internal stakeholders as well.

Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of customer.In Timeline V2 we have given feasibility to create new timeline views based on limited set of fields on timeline object.However customer has a use case where they wanted to see the data of timeline activities generated through CTAs source.This couldn’t be achieved since the field “source” present on timeline object isn’t exposed while creating new views. It is a very useful enhancement to give the customer a free hand to filter out all the source based activities. Regards,Jagadeesh

It is common (in Germany) to have a signature/greeting that has multiple lines:e.g.Viele GruesseMarcelThis isn’t possible with the actual signature, so the idea would be to have it expanded to 2-3 lines. Hi,We are switching CRMs to Salesforce and setting up the SFDC API Integration. Support  (ticket 270057) just shared that the API will not retrieve historical data.Our community has been around for over a year and we have almost 7,000 customer members.  We need to have one source of truth on customer activity and would like to be able to use the Engagement Analytics dashboard in control but these seems impossible if we are unable to retrieve historical data.@olimarrio @valerie.molina @Jacinda Espinosa   

The new InSpired home page, community overview page, and knowledge base overview page all use what appears to be rows of 4 quick links. When I configure the quicklink widget on my home page, adding a fourth quick link reconfigures the layout to be 2x2, rather than 1x4How is InSpired doing this? Our CSMs identify key contacts from the contact list, and it would be very helpful to pull up those contacts’ past timeline activities based on “External Attendees” so they can quickly reference to any historical interactions. 

Currently, when I try to import data by using CSV file, I should prepare CSV file of encoded by UTF-8 (without BOM).But when I generate CSV file from Microsoft Excel’s saving files by choosing CSV UTF-8 format, Excel generates CSV file encoded by UTF-8(with BOM NOT without BOM,,,).So my suggestion is,,, if GainSight support not only UTF-8(without BOM) but also UTF-8(with BOM) on CSV import Bulk API, it would be helpful for me,,, not only me I hope.

Currently Gainsight PX throws you to your default dashboard when you try to access a dashboard that you do not have permissions to. I would expect that if following a deep link to a specific dashboard, that the user would be given a notice that they have attempted to access something that they do not have permissions to view. Yet the user is redirected without any notice to their default dashboard.Would love to see the ability for the user to request access but at the minimum be informed that they do not have permission before redirecting the user.  

Add an option to click the year and month in the date picker for the moderation overview and the user overview filters. For the Banner widget it would be helpful to be able to set a target on button links as currently they all open in the same window. For example, we often have a primary CTA that will be taking folks somewhere else (e.g. register for a program or event on another platform) and a secondary CTA that is maybe to content in the community to learn more.Optionally, this could also be set by default so that if an external link open new tab/window and if internal to the community open in the same tab/window.

In Advanced programs, you have the ability to select the number of rows you want to show in an inline tabular report (from 20-100).  That capability has been removed in Dynamic Programs.  Can you please add it back? 

Couldn’t find any posts that raised this issue, so here goes…Would it be possible (or is it on the roadmap) to increase the individual embedded attachment size in JO email templates? I recently ran into this issue while trying to insert a GIF. In the future I’ll work with my teammates to see if we can reduce the file size prior to the day the email is due to be sent, and otherwise will see if we can get these GIFs hosted and use an image source link, but 5 MB seems a bit low for a per-attachment limit.I could understand if there is a per-email attachment limit, but a per-image limit seems a bit strict.Any info would be appreciated! 

Would love if there is a way to set autocorrect words in topics or conversations. In particular, hoping for our company name to be autocorrected with typed incorrectly (second part isn’t capitalized). Would really help ensure brand consistency!!

The recommended version of the GS Home Summary Ribbon allows all metrics to go across giving a clean look to the Home Page. When you configure a custom Home, the Summary Ribbon only allows for two metrics beside each other. It would be great if when creating a Custom home, you could choose to have all of the fields in a single line in the Summary Ribbon. 

Hi All, As it sits today, when we send out our NPS Survey, there is a multiple choice question with a list of all products that we sell and we ask the customer to check off as many as they own. While this technically works, some customers don’t actually know the name of the product.I have a new object I created with a list of the products they own (could always move this to the Company/Company Person Object as well), but is there a way in the Survey to only show the products in this list dynamically? I guess I would want the multiple choice answers to be dynamically picked from the object. Thanks.

It would be great if Global filters on Dashboards had the “OR” functionality between different filters. One use-case is that we currently have some CSM’s assigned as the main CSM for some accounts and as an Overlay CSM for other accounts. Ideally, we’d like them to be able to filter on CSM= their name OR Overlay CSM= their name so that they could see all of their accounts they manage in view.
