Not sure where this idea belongs category wise, but, could we unify the logins for all the Gainsight properties that are customer facing:support.gainsight.com community.gainsight.com pulse.gainsight.com education.gainsight.comAnd any of the others I have not probably set foot on yet?I always get confused with what my login and password is (so does my password vault) because I tend to use a personal login to everything certification related (for posterity, right).And based on my own experience with contact data quality, I think it would make things a lot easier in Gainsight itself for Gainsight so you wouldn’t have to figure out who is who and map people’s many email addresses back to one individual.cc: @anirbandutta 

It would be great to be able to customize the Customer Goals card view when associated to Success Plans.

Something that has recently come to my attention is that search bars across Gainsight do not function the same.  I’ve already posted before about the C/R360 search bar needing fuzzy/exact match toggle. But I’d also like to see consistency in other parts of the product. For example, in User Management, admins are only able to search for a user by email or name. But in Data Management if you go to the “Data” tab for Person, you can also search by GSID, in addition to email and name.  Allow GSID as a field you can search on 

I would love to be able to add someone as a subscriber to a specific post. I know I can @ them and have them included in convo - but would be great to have a way to flag them as a subscriber.Use case here -- we have some convos that relate to tips and tricks during onboarding. If we hear from a customer that they are struggling with something, would love to subscribe them to a convo so they can get updates (vs. having to send link or @ them)

We had a feedback from one of our clients - in case there are several reaction to one thread, they get notified every single time, which can mean 20 emails a day.When this happens, they simply erase all of them, because the number is too high.If there was an option to send these email notifications only once in a day, like an overview of what happened, that would be an ideal solution.

With events when you download an attendee report the file only contains limited details on the attendees. We’d like to see that report contain all user fields so we can spend less time doing vlookups with a corresponding user export to understand details about who attended.  Could these be added to the CSV?

Make it possible to add fields to the Event Registration form? Currently, when I download, I see Username, User ID, User Email and Sign up date.I would like to see which company they are from, their first name and last name as well. How do I set this up? Any help here is highly appreciated!

It seems like a few distinct suggestions, but I'd appreciate additional functionality in groups.1. Pin Posts for Visibility:   - Introduce the ability to pin posts to the top of the group, ensuring critical information remains easily accessible and doesn't get buried over time.2. Enhanced Collaboration Tools:   - Enable the addition of quick links or document attachments within the group, fostering seamless collaboration and making it a central hub for shared resources.3. Being able to give a member in the community admins rights to the group - for example would like to give some limited access admin rights to the user group leader to be  able to pin topics, etc . Not an issue right now since groups are very simple at this stage 

The Journey Analytics dashboard is handy and analyzes the program's success.We are missing though the ability to have more analytics based on company/ contacts attributes like region, segmentation, and others.- It would be very useful if we had the ability to add custom filters to this dashboard-  another solution would be the ability to use the reports in this dashboard on other custom dashboards (instead of building them from scratch)

We love Draft mode, as it is an easy way to update live engagements. Not only does it help with testing, but we can also update links in production engagements.However, we recently discovered that if an engagement is launched in production, only someone with production launch permission can start draft mode. My proposal is that anyone with Engagements Manager permission can start draft mode and work on the draft. If the engagement is in production, then only someone with Production Launch permission can publish the draft.

Hi Team, Few customer are looking to preview the data in each task to understand, if the task is pulling the data correctly. The view doesn't let us preview any of the data, so it is hard to understand what is working and figure out where things are going wrong.I believe this request is already in our Pipeline. But raising here, to get timeline or tentative ETA on this request. Best,Hardik 

Right Immediately after updating the product mapper with new feature or modifying a feature/custom event, we will perform the action in our application and see if that feature is properly created or mapped with Product Mapper. Adoption report is the one helps to see if the events are captured for the addedd feature. But every time people forget that the last 7 days doesn’t include today. If we have a checkbox near to date range control, we can select that box to include today. if not the report can show last 7 days. This will help a lot!!!!

I have to work on the PX for the most of the time as an analyst. Throughout my day the PX window has to be opened, but the session is getting time out frequently and I have to login frequently to access the same report or dashboard in the PX application. I understand having customized timeout period for each PX user or Role it would help to be more productive. If there is any option of feature already available in the PX please do let me know.

When adding a collaborator, query owner field to restrict ability to select same user as collaborator that has already been set as owner.  This is affecting reporting (double counting) when looking at Success Plan objectives by owner/collaborator for an individual and/or team.

Currently, the C360 People List defaults to showing both active and inactive contacts on the ‘All Status’ list. This leaves room for CSMs to unintentionally send communication to contacts that are no longer with the company. It would be helpful to have the option to default the C360 People List to the ‘Active’ list.

When we add dropdown values, there is a space to input dropdown description, but the description is not displayed anywhere. It would be helpful to have these descriptions be displayed when the user hover over the dropdown to better understand the options that they are selecting. 

We use Okta for SSO.  Gainsight PX by far has the shortest logout time of all the apps I’ve used - to the point where I’ll be working on something, go to take a short break, then I’ll have been logged out and have lost some work.  It would be nice if this time to logout was longer or even better, configurable, by an admin.

We are currently working on expanding out how we engage with our customers digitally, and would like to suggest an interactive page for different journey stages. (We plan to start with onboarding, but eventually expand this to adoption, renewal, and mature customer journeys.) This idea in many ways stems from the old concept called “Nucleus” that Gainsight introduced at Pulse in 2022, but never launched.Ideally, such a hub page is specific to the customer, tailored to the product they own, is personalized to their stage in the customer journey, and integrated with Gainsight CS. Resources, next steps/journey map status, and interactive tasks (which are linked to milestones in Gainsight CS) would allow the customer to see everything that matters to them in that moment, and more importantly, hold them accountable to their own success.Furthermore, such an integration between CS and CC would allow our scaled Customer Success team to step in when the customer is falli

We have gotten some traction without our organization around people maps in the C360. However, we are now being asked if we can track internal people with the people maps. I know there is an influencer section where internal people can be added, but we would like a map where we can map internal stakeholders as well.

Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of customer.In Timeline V2 we have given feasibility to create new timeline views based on limited set of fields on timeline object.However customer has a use case where they wanted to see the data of timeline activities generated through CTAs source.This couldn’t be achieved since the field “source” present on timeline object isn’t exposed while creating new views. It is a very useful enhancement to give the customer a free hand to filter out all the source based activities. Regards,Jagadeesh

Would be great to have an option for subscriptions to show as a widget on Homepage.This would allow users to get a feed of their followed people when they log in to the community.

Hello,we had a couple of users asking about if it would be possible to have a signature with line breaks. It is common (in Germany) to have a signature/greeting that has multiple lines:e.g.Viele GruesseMarcelThis isn’t possible with the actual signature, so the idea would be to have it expanded to 2-3 lines. We don’t want HTML in the Signature, just multiple lines.Maybe there are other users who would see this as a useful feature.Cheers,Marcel    

Hi,We are switching CRMs to Salesforce and setting up the SFDC API Integration. Support  (ticket 270057) just shared that the API will not retrieve historical data.Our community has been around for over a year and we have almost 7,000 customer members.  We need to have one source of truth on customer activity and would like to be able to use the Engagement Analytics dashboard in control but these seems impossible if we are unable to retrieve historical data.@olimarrio @valerie.molina @Jacinda Espinosa   

Our CSMs identify key contacts from the contact list, and it would be very helpful to pull up those contacts’ past timeline activities based on “External Attendees” so they can quickly reference to any historical interactions.
