Hi team, When ever users wrong mapping in the email assist task like Company Person-->Person ID ( instead of Person) --> Firstname, it throws up an error like below  The error message is not helpful for user to know what the issue is. if it is more descriptive to inform the user how to fix that would be helpful.

Having Slack/Sally capabilities in Webex Teams would be great as a feature.Notifications to CSM team would be great as well as alerts for issues with clients or certain interactions with team members.Sharing is caring! 

Would love it if the Rules Engine preview window would show the number of results returned with the sample of data as well.  Would give a good idea if your logic is working the way you want it to without having to test run the rule.

Hi Team , Posting this on behalf of a customer. Idea is that whenever we change the owner of a success plan , it should be able to dynamically change the objectives owners as well to the newly changed SP owner. 

Hi Team,From Share 360, when sharing a Success Plan the preview is in the old U/I and not Horizon. The customer wanted to see the new UI Horizon instead of the old UI while, sharing the success plan from share 360. Thank you.

Hey Team, This is an issue with a customer where records fail while coming over from Dynamics Connector because the charecter limit has exceeded 15,000 charecters on Rich Text Area field from Memo Datatype field in Dynamics.   The customer suggests automatically trimming the field after it reaches the limit of 15,00 rather than erroring the field out. Kindly let us know if this can be done or share your thoughts around alternatives.

Posting on behalf of a customer :The Feature dashboard widget sometimes is hard to read when you hover over the lines. The background of the hover box is a dark grey and when you have a few different features selected one of the colors for the text is dark blue. The dark blue font is very hard to read against a dark grey background. On a Success Plan, we have a lookup field to link related Success Plans together. If you mistakenly select the wrong option or want to remove it altogether, it’s very clunky and not very user-friendly. From testing, I’ve found you must click on the selection again > Click enter > Click the ‘X’. However, this process sometimes needs to be repeated a few times as it doesn’t always register the first time.  

I've been working on some visualizations of customer data recently and wanted to create a visualization of customers by country and found there isn't really a nice way to do that.   I tried a pie chart but it looks like a mess. I also tried the packed bubble visualization, which could be ok but doesn't take up all the space in the report area so is super difficult to read. Screenshot attached to show you what I mean (there’s really a lot of unused space when I use this visualization).   It would be really cool if there was a map visualization, like in every other BI tool that I've used in the past. This would make visualizing geographical data much easier to read.  

Hello, I notice that a JO title can not be changed. Is there anyway we can have the ability to edit this? It is annoying as we sunset a JO and want to create the same JO with updates to figure out what is what. The other enhancement that would also be acceptable here is a description box or a note section where we can add notes to indicate what the purpose of goal for this JO track is. I think this would be very helpful.  Best Regards,Darshana Shah

Hello, I have a few use cases where I would like to map usage data to company person rather than adding fields to the company person object itself. So I created a custom object and would like to map the email address to the company person table to get user information such as role, persona, etc. (this would be data manual enriched by the CSM within C360)But the email address is not a field available to map from the company person from data management.If there is a solution out there please let me know. Is is possible to add multiselect question as inline question for Survey? If not, can we have this functionality added in Gainsight.

Hi Team, The incorrect number of records is displayed for any report against an SFDC object that contains at least one group by (if there are more records retrieved than the “Show Limit” for the UI page). For example, there are 412 records, and I have selected to show 100 records per page, then “100" will be displayed for 4 pages, and 12 displayed for the last page.One suggestion is to remove the "Total Number of Records:" and "Click Here" for SFDC API queries that cannot return the correct number of records.https://share.getcloudapp.com/JrunDADE

Hi team, Posting this request on behalf of a customer.We have  given the feasibility to customer to create their Email template directly by using HTML code.However it is currently not possible to directly create tokens within the Email template by using HTML code. It would be great if we can provide the feasibility to customers to directly create tokens using their custom HTML template. Regards,Jagadeesh

Submitting this on behalf of my customer.  When CSMs are out on vacation it would be nice if we had the ability to auto-assign the CTAs that would have been assigned to them to a pool of other reps.  This would ensure that urgent CTAs are being actioned on and not sitting stale until the rep gets back to the office.

As a use case for Associated Records in Timeline we would want to create something like an Executive Summit or a Product Advisory Committee meeting - an event that had attendees from multiple Companies. Currently it seems the Attendee search is limited to only show Company Persons from the original Company, and not the Associated ones. Is this possible to add? Thanks team!

I’d love to have a way to add Article sized images to a conversation or question in the community. This would just be available to moderators on the backend, not to community members on the front-end.We like to have featured topics on our home page but they don’t really draw the eye in the same was as a article does with an image. And while I can use an article in this case, it just seems like the wrong content type for the kind of content this is — a question or conversation.

Customer has a tool which generates JSON files and would like their CSM's to be able to upload this file in Gainsight at the relationship level. From there they would like this to sync over with S3 as entry point into their data pipeline.Currently, we only support CSV/TSV  and we do not have an option to upload the JSON at this moment. So, if we can support uploading JSON it will be helpful for the customer so that they can send to the designated S3 bucket.

We have a leaderboard on our home page which is driven by the points gamification.Current configuration options allow for certain roles to be excluded.We’d also love a way to have leaderboard points only come from interactions from a particular set of categories or groups. In some cases it doesn’t make sense to assign points to activities that happen in certain private groups or community areas.Some examples:A hidden group or category and don’t want topics, replies, likes, etc. from there to drive points on the leaderboard A group or category that is primarily outbound and that doesn’t allow folks to create topics or comments 

Wasn’t sure what to call this post  Anyways, I learned recently that when you are using Email to Timeline, Gainsight considers the direction of the email when trying to associate the email to a Company. Here are the details I got from GS:If you are logging a sent email, meaning you sent an email to a customer and trying to log that to the Timeline, Gainsight checks the 'Company Person/Relationship Person' objects to see if the contacts you are sending the email to are available there.
