My team and I were discussing a manual measure that we have which allows for individual CS team members to assess our relationship with a client. This field is the only manual measure on our otherwise fully automated Health Scorecard.To encourage ongoing and timely evaluations of our relationships, I wonder if it would be possible to incorporate a feature into Gainsight which will create a pop up on a group’s C360 if this manual sentiment field has not been updated for a pre-determined amount of time. In this way, the field will function as a sort of C360-specific NPS score. The pop up would not appear every time a C360 page was loaded; I could see that getting very frustrating, very quickly. But it would be good to help encourage regular assessments of our relationship in a very quick fashion, different from having a rule-generated CTA which would also need to be dealt with after an assessment is provided. 

Is there a way to have users use topic templates based on categories? I know Zendesk allows this feature and I would like to mimic and bring this user flow to our community.

You should be able to map the To and CC fields of a task email of a success plan. I don’t believe there is currently a way to do this OOB. 

Good Morning- We've run into this issue a few times over the last few months and I wanted to get some feedback from the community: When our CSMs try and past any text into form fill boxes in Gainsight, the formatting from the program where the text originated (PowerPoint, .pdf, etc.) is transferred to Gainsight's text boxes. The problem is that Gainsight's text boxes don't support formatting (well, there are extremely limited formatting options in the form of <b></b>, <i></i>, etc., but I digress), and the text ends up taking a form that's unreadable, unususable, or just different from other text fill boxes that are manually typed or contain information pasted from a different originating software. Is anyone else running into these issues? Would anyone be in support of Gainsight automatically stripping out all formatting upon pasting, much like Notepad/Textpad does in W

Hi Everyone! Rules and playbooks seem very very disparate from each other and very difficult to manage. I have had to go back and forth between the rule and Playbook page just to see what rules associate with what playbooks. I want to see from the playbook view if a rule is tied to the playbook. This will help me see how many are manually vs automatically triggered.  I cant mark a playbook as inactive, EVEN IF the rule is inactive. Lots of extra work.  My task owners all show as blank, because it defaults to the CTA owner. Shouldn't this drip down for visibility vs showing blank? 

Hi Team,Showing NULL values in the reports results reads like there is an error, It just looks odd. NA makes far more sense from a user perspective. NULL being shown doesn't look as user friendly and may be taken to mean there's an error.https://share.getcloudapp.com/jku45LRz

We’re having moderation on for all posts for launch although this may change in future. If there are multiple posts to approve, you have to go into each one, read it and then go back to the list to approve it. It would be great if you could approve it whilst in the article/post to save time and also make sure you are approving the right one. It seems a little clunky to have to leave it to then approve it. Thanks!

Our community team is an active user of the “Team notes”. With active use, there tends to be more notes than there’s room.My idea is basically that the field would be larger or that there would be a possibilty to enlargen the field 

I actually came across this today within the inSpired community. Was tagged in a reply post, clicked on the button in the email and saw the original post and comments but could not find where I was tagged or that specific reply. Then I noticed there was a second page, went to the second page, and all of the recent comments, including the one I was tagged in, were there.This was the thread, for reference:  Does it make more sense to sort the replies by most recent first? Or, have the email button jump to the reply that they were tagged in? Shamefully, it took me maybe just a little bit too long to realize there was a second page of comments. 

My team and I are terrified each time we go to update a Group with featured topics because the Delete this group button is directly above the save changes button. I’d strongly recommend moving delete this group to the upper right corner or some place less likely to be clicked by mistake.   

RequestPlease add support for link targets within articles. JustificationThis feature would allow us to:Build mini-TOCs of links to sections in long articles to help users navigate to the sections they need rather than having to scroll. Add a link from one article to a relevant section in another article. Again, this helps prevent having to scroll. Hi Team, When creating a Bar Chart 3 axis report the custom color palette will not work. Once it is a two-axis report then the custom palette works. We will not get individual bar in individual colors till that's only the dimension in the chart. Thank you.

We are using Gainsight to send Journey Orchestrator emails internally. We have been marking them as Non-Operational, but since these are internal are really Operational. However, we do not want to hit the 5000 limit. We want to use the CC function that Operational emails have. It would be great to not only be able to identify Operational vs Non-Operational, but an Internal vs External

Hi Team,I want to export a report of the whole 24hour schedule for a certain day, together with a “wait time” column, if possible, in order to see how much each rule/chain was delayed and export a 24hour report with the WAIT TIME for each object. Best,Hardik

Right now, you cannot edit a Success Plan after it is created. I am trying to do a workaround where I have:Custom Field on the Success Plan that is an ID Custom Field is a Lookup to a Custom Object via ID The custom object actually holds the content that is going to be continuously updated from SFDCUnfortunately, you cannot map/ populate a field using a value from a query (like you can with mapping to literally anything else in GS rules engine). Instead, it only allows you to input a custom static value, which will not allow this workaround to work. Regardless of lookup, I should be able to populate a value on a Success Plan with a pre-set value from a query 

I continually have to pull down metrics and data for the current week. I’d love to have an option in the menu that is for “This week” so I don’t have to continually select a custom range. 

I’ve noticed there are a number of items in the inSided platform which are fully destructive when clicked or selected. Some examples:Deleting a post Erasing a user Deleting a group Deleting a rankAnd I can go on and on…I seem to even recall some folks like @DannyPancratz talking about the constant worry of deleting a group when saving a change (since the buttons appear so closely together).There are lots of usability best practices -- you can go all the way back to the early days of computing and writings from folks like Don Norman and Jacob Nielsen, and even modern writing on the topic where the importance of a confirmation dialog to make sure that users want to procee

Hi Team,While sharing the report (through schedule) it saves with no end date. Just automatically selects the next day as the end date with no notification.An end date seems to be required, however, if you save without an end date, there is no validation to preventing this from happening. Instead, it actually creates its own end date (the day after the start date) and does not inform the user that it has done this.

We have a number of dashboards with reports that are a large number of columns and its getting difficult to display all of the columns on the screen. I was looking to have the ability to have multi-line reporting something like below:Line 1: Account Name, ARR, Renewal DateLine 2: Account Owner, CSM Name, Rich Text Field 1  Are there any upcoming options or options to do this today rather than the wrap text option?

Hi Team,When a global filter is applied to a dashboard if the report then results in no data a sad face is displayed rather than 0 or - which leads the end user to believe there is an issue with the report and not that there are no records.

Hello Scorecard team, If customer is updating scores of measures on Monthly basis, it makes sense to have an option to select Monthly Trend view instead of Weekly Trend. But, right now, we do not have an option.Right now it is WEEKLY trend by default. I know we are tracking Monthly snapshot in history object but no way to select to see monthly trend on UI. Thanks.

Customer was looking to use an Okta user to authenticate the snowflake instance via Gainsight. We believe that the current snowflake connection mechanism doesn’t have the possibility to create a token and store it in DB (similar to our SFDC connector).Do we have any near-term ETA for enabling okta users to authenticate the snowflake connector via the connectors page? 

I have a report that’s displaying some boolean field values, and the values are left justified and running into other columns with longer strings.  Would be great if I could center those columns to make the report more readable.

Hello Team,  Currently in Horinzon Analytics we have the ability to share the dashboard via link or via PPT. But, would it be possible to have a simple email sharing in which we could embed the reports/dashboards in the body of the email.
