Last week, we hosted a small webinar to inSpire you around offering your users personalized experiences on your community. We had Thomas Pel (Channel Manager Communities, KPN) as a guest, who showed us a number of really interesting examples of customization and personalization which he is using on the community.I personally found the example of the in-community escape room really inspiring, but he also shows ways to customize the user experience to drive visitor conversion, to increase registrations and content creation. Here you can find the recording, it’s only 30 minutes so you can also enjoy it if your agenda is packed already. ;) Should you have any questions, feedback or ideas for upcoming webinars, just let us know!

Hey there!I’ve been chatting with @Kenneth R  recently, and we’ve come up with an ingenious idea as to how to massively upgrade the Employee Leaderboard here on inSpired. I had a friend of mine called Pilar Loof help out with figuring out the weird coding stuff, as I’m hopeless with HTML, JS, CSS and PHP.But after loads of work, here’s the masterpiece that we’ve come up with. What do you think?I think it really shows how much progress old @daniel.boon has made here in recent weeks, given that the evil Count @Julian has finally been toppled at long last. It’s only a prototype right now, but I’d say it’s already a massive upgrade over the regular leaderboard. And it also has the advantage of not accidentally throwing regular users in there either…What do you think? Is this something to suggest as an Idea? Hehehe! April Fools! :P

Hi everyone, I have been doing Account/Operation Management for a good 20 years with the last 6 years in client/customer success. I have been using SF/GS on and off, however soon I am expecting to have more exposure of GS, certainly more activities to record and initiate (I do not like to be re-active and mobilised by GS). As for myself, London based with a family of 4 (wife, two boys and me). I spent first half of my life in China , where I originally came from and then the rest equally spent so far in the UK (with 90% in London). Hobbies wise, I love outdoor activities especially hiking, but a stroll in the park can also do me as a treat. Can be very competitive at sports especially tennis and table tennis, though I know I am barely a beginner in both Having done fair some bits in CS domain, I look forward to collaborating with you all and helping our customers on their journeys. That’s my intro done! Hello! My organization is mid-rollout for Gainsight and I am starting to plan forward for its ongoing operations. I am wondering if it makes sense to hire a full-time Gainsight admin. Those I've spoken to so far have indicated that it is common to have one admin fulfill both roles, especially for smaller organizations. In our case we would initially have an experienced SFDC admin picking up Gainsight. Does anyone have an opinion on what the workload is for ongoing operations? Or alternatively, at what number of users is it worth having the role separated out? HI All New to the Gainsight community so delighted to be here. I would be interested to know from other Gainsight CS Leaders if their customer basic are technical (Coders / developers) and what their response / engagement is like from these customers with their CSMs. Also have you experimented with different channels of communication (Email / Survey / Phone / Zoom) and which have you found to be the best channel for Engagement.  Looking forward to discussing this topic.  Thanks Damien
