Hello,My management team has asked for a report that shows which Companies have no Timeline activities with with the  type of Meeting in the past 60 days.  In SF you can create a report type of with and without, I have not found that kind of functionality in GS, but I’m sure there is some way to do it.  Can anyone tell me how can I accomplish this? I am trying to use Gainsight API to get company information. I would like to query based on list of SF Accounts that are provided to me. What field from my SF Account should I use to match (filter) down to the correct row in Company object so that it pulls information about the correct organization.

How would you recommend we generate training certificates for our customers? With Healthcare, we hold trainings for our customers that must attend and complete prior to practice. Once completed and signed off, we are manually generating training certificates and would like to incorporate that into the 360 instead.Is there a way we can create a Snapshot with tokens (like Name, Date, and Training Class Name) but export as a PDF instead of PPT so we can send the branded certificate for each customer? I want to create a report that shows me overall healthscore by account over time.  I can see it one account at a time but I need to produce the data for all accounts in one report.

Is it possible to report on Timeline Activities that are tied to a specific CTA? For example, for an Implementation CTA, it would be cool if we could see all the Timeline Activities that are created from that CTA and then do stuff like sum duration of time. 

Hello Team, The Use case in below.One of the customer want to create a CTA and want to start it later.In the present case, start date is populated with created date of CTA.Can we do that.

Users running into formatting issues when copy/pasting from outside source such as Word or Outlook into the C360 Summary Comments section.   The edit box doesn’t show any issues but when you save and view it there are large space gaps and formatting inconsistencies.   Clicking the “remove formatting” button on the edit text ribbon doesn’t help either.  Any suggestions for ways to ensure formatting stays how you input it?

Do you have any A-Z guides showing step by step how to connect Power BI to my community for reporting/dashboards?I see a lot of posts mentioning we can use the APIs, but I’m looking for a guide on exactly how to set that up.Thank you!

Feedback from out team:When creating a success plan, there is no way of navigating back to the customer profile, which is very time consuming as we have to navigate back to the customer profile in case further information is needed. Would be amazing if there was an option to allow us to jump back and forth more easily

Our company has acquired another, and that company primarily has used OneNote since they weren’t previously in the Gainsight Platform. Is it possible to insert their existing notes from OneNote into Timeline through an integration?

The Insided Community includes links to their knowledge base/ help center, but a lot of other communities I’ve looked at don’t link to help centers at all. What are the benefits of keeping these two resources completely separate? 

Hi! I am looking for best practices on enabling quality control of content posted in the Community. How do you scale? How do you manage? For example, if an employee responds to a question or conversation when it comes to how-to use a product, how can I ensure it’s the most accurate information? I welcome any ideas here 😀

Hi Team,As per the document, we can see that the performance is compromised after the number of searchable fields goes beyond 2. Could you please let us know is the  "search performance" is pertaining to 'speed' or 'quality of results' being degraded if more than 2 fields are searchable? 

Just getting started with the Ideation module.  Before I can pitch an integration to my IT team to build to our product management tool, I wanted to spend a little time doing the “integration” manually.  Export to Excel and then upload or retype into our product management tool.When I export the ideas, you get the title, # of votes, status, etc.  BUT you do not get the description or any comments.The specific users who voted would also be good to see, and I see that someone else has already asked for this.It appears that these fields might be available in the integration to ProductBoard & others.  Can they be available to those of us who are low tech & need Excel?

Hi Gainsight community!I have an active play. For next e-mail chain (e-mail #2) I had to update some contacts. I added the new CSV with the new contacts but deleted the old one. Now when I upload the new one, the contacts don’t show. I have 3  questions:Is it bad to delete a CSV when it’s active? The participants in the current CSV (the new one) don’t show. Do you know why and how could I fix it? If I delete a CSV, does it mean that the e-mail #1 will be sent again? Thanks in advance!

Would love to hear what kinds of groups you’ve set up within your customer community. What purpose do they serve your members, and are they typically public, private or hidden. 

Hi there,Apparently when users are visiting our forum with a mobile device, the search bar appears before the pen icon, blocking it. And hops over it again when scrolling. One of our superusers mentioned this. He added a video, so I added it below :) Is this something we can customize or change? TIA!
