On the c360 attributes section- it would be nice if we could display and make fields on custom objects editable. Today, we can only display these fields.
Customer Goal would be one of the key feature for any Organization to track them, So it would be great if we could have a one more button for Customer goal creation under “Create” in C360 page along with Activity, CTA, Task, CSQl, PFA screenshot. This helps for the CSM to quickly create a goal while in customer conversations like wise for CSQl.
I have a need to add fixed data to the Success Plan Plan Info that I do not want end users to be able to change manually. But it appears that you cannot both lock down editability of custom Success Plan fields and have Rules Engine populate them automatically. When I have “Editable” turned ON on the Plan Info fields: I can populate the fields in a Rule Action:But when I have “Editable” turned OFF on the Plan Info fields: I canNOT populate the fields via Rule Action: It would be great if this didn’t have to be mutually exclusive. Seems like it would be a common need to auto-populate non-editable data fields.
Going through and checking all the reports is tedious, especially since there isn’t a “Select All” option. So ideally in addition to fixing this, having a Select All option would be great. Either way, if you barely miss the checkbox, it opens the report for editing. If I wanted to edit the report, I’d click on the report name. This would make mass moving or deleting a bunch of reports at the same time much easier.
Would love to be able to upload data (either to a rule or MDA) directly from Google sheets instead of having to use S3 as a connector. For example, we are pulling a lot of product data into Google sheets to slice and dice and decide who we want to target for campaigns, and I have to export from the Google sheet to Excel and then load the excel to the S3 to grab and pull into GS. Would love to just connect Google sheets to GS and be able to save some steps.
Any thoughts on having a Zapier connection that we can manage with the MDA? I have spoken with a few customers that use it regularly for other things, including pushing or grabbing data from MDA.
Hi All,To would be good to give the CSMs the flexibility to add their own phone numbers in the my profile - for now the CSMs inform me(the admin ) and I make the changes in user management - as CSMs do not have access to this .Any ideas/insights would be helpful here .
The reports in the Survey Analytics tool are incredibly useful but are often impossible to replicate using Report Builder. We have matrix style questions or multiple choice questions that, when in Report Builder, come out looking awkward, or multiple selections are separated by commas instead of being counted as individual responses towards a percentage. I think the survey reports should be available to add to dashboards as they are, rather than having to go rebuild with the data using several unrelated objects in Report Builder
“Sally Enabled” is a field we can see on the list view of users in User Management, but it’s not a field available to us on the MDA User object. Can we have this added? Our organization relies heavily on Sally -- both in AND out of CS. We’d like to set up a process to notify admins when we have new users to provision Sally access for, as it’s available company-wide, but we’re not able to do this until we have a way to query it through the MDA.
Hi we would like to preserve microsoft word original text formatting when pasting the content into the article editing page: - lines spacing - bullet points - text formatting (bold, underline, italic) every time we need to manually adjust text even in the HTML formatting editor.it should be something useful for the community, since Microsoft tools are widely used.M.
Hi there! I absolutely LOVE creating new articles and posts on DH and sometimes I put a lot of TLC into the fonts, emojis, and gifs that I add. But then…. *GASP*…. my browser refreshes and I have lost it all! I have also heard this from other customers that may not have DH but are active on the community. This would ensure that all the love we put into our posts don’t suddenly disappear saving HOURS of time from having to start over (or on the other hand, giving up and not adding beautiful and amazing content to the Community!)
This came as an idea from Noy at HPE ADM: The team is currently using Quip, and they would like to see Quip integrated into Gainsight. Quip is a collaboration tool to allow teams to collaborate on documents, drive next steps, etc. Will be interesting to look at what Quip offers vs. vision for Timeline vs. SFDC Chatter
If anything is changed on CTA by our CSMs, such as CTA due date or any comments or posts recorded, should change from "New" to "Work in Progress". That shows that the CSM has engaged with the CTA to some extent. At least having this option as a checkbox ("Change Status Based on Activity" on the Cockpit Configuration section on the admin page on Gainsight) would be great.
I’ve been working in the non-Horizon Success Snapshot editor a lot this week and I’ve encountered an issue. If this is already corrected in the new Horizon-ized version, please let me know. When adding the “Tasks” section to a Success Snapshot deck using the out of the box config shown below, I’ve noticed that slides are generated for every Objective in the associated Success Plan - regardless of any filters applied to the actual embedded report. This is an issue if you’ve added filters on the report to limit which Objective’s tasks are shown. For example, I have set up an Objective category of “Internal” and applied a filter to the Task report to exclude any tasks under those objectives. While the tasks are excluded, slides are still generated for the Internal objectives and are blank. The workaround for this is to skip using the Tasks option under Add Success Plan, and instead embed the report on a plain slide instead. Even when using the same report, going that route does not result in slides for those Objectives whose tasks are filtered out.
I am storing date data in an MDA table in MM/DD/YYYY format, but when I use that field as a token in a CTA, it’s displaying as YYYY/MM/DD. It should display the way it is stored in the system. HHow it is captured in the systemHow it displays in the CTA
It would be great if the note fields in a Success Plan could auto-save. I accidentally erase my work when activating plans without having taken the step to save first and it hurts so much every time!
Currently the functionality of Success Plan Template fields is fairly limited as it pertains to the final Success Plan this is created. Once a Success Plan Template is selected and the SP saved, all data attached to the template itself is no longer visible except the objective Name and Category. The Success Plan name is gone as well as the Objectives descriptions -- the only current option is Admin description only. The request here is to offer fields within the Success Plan Template that will be visible to the user once the SP has been created. For example, you could provide information around a specific Template that would go into the general Success Plan Info tab. Also, you could add a field into the Objective inside the template that will still be visible in that Objective once it is built.
Hi,As of today it appears as if only a single version of the My Portfolio widget can be used in the Home Configuration section for Admins. One of the biggest benefits of the My Portfolio widget is the ability to in-line edit fields, which helps scale mass edits/updates for accounts. As of today the functionality seems to limit Admins from only allowing a single instance of the My Portfolio to widget on the Home screen for users -- we have to choose either the Company object or the Relationship object. It would be ideal if we could have multiple displays on the Home view using the My Portfolio widget so, for example, CSMs can edit Company-level fields in one report but also edit Relationship-level fields in another all within the single Home view. We use our various products as Relationships in Gainsight. Instead of a CSM needing to open up a new window for each product a customer purchases to provide a status update of that product, having the ability to allow for multiple instances of the My Portfolio widget would allow for them to provide these updates in bulk all on the same screen.I’m happy to share more detail here if you’d like. Thanks for your consideration!Ryan
Scorecard widgets moving to be in their own section has lots of downstream effects and missed considerations. One of these is the fact that we can no longer see where these reports are being used, both in the list view as well as view Analyzer. This is a huge miss. Please help.
This really isn’t a new idea because it existed before this newest release. Task descriptions in old Playbooks had the WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) style editor, which allows for a fast and convenient way to format text (it’s what we all are typing in here even). Now it was changed to a simple plain-text field that supports HTML. Huge downgrade! It went from this To this At least we can switch back to the old playbook view for now. Please bring back the wiz-zee-wig!
When a Milestone is created by an end-user, it triggers notifications as per Event Subscriptions > For the customers I follow > Activity created in the Notifications area of My Settings It would be great (and consistent and intuitive) if rules-generated Milestones also followed this same behaviour — as they do for rules-generated CTAsThis current feature gap is also missing from the documentation
Posting on behalf of a customer (and I would also personally use this feature): As a user, I would like the ability to pull in custom reports (path analyzer, feature adoption, etc) that I have already built and saved in PX. For example, I may want to pull in an adoption report that I’ve already customized with filters, timeframes, and dimensions (grouped by accounts or features, for example). That way, I can pull together multiple views of my data to see it all in one place without having to rebuild reports.
We would like to request that Gainsight Assist, specifically in Outlook, offer the ability to post the email to multiple customer accounts using the ‘Related To’ option. This would help immensely in our organization of health care customers. The majority of our customers are parent with child accounts. This feature will allow our users to quickly attach their communication to all the correct accounts. Currently our users need to go back into the email after it posts to Timeline, edit and then apply any other customers in the Related To field. Thank you for your consideration,Patty SoldaniPointClickCare
