We recently ran an email campaign and it would have been great to have the conditional wait allow the option to only take an action based on a business day rule, as opposed to a calendar day rule. Is there a workaround for this using other actions in Journey Orchestrator?
One of the main Use Cases for R360 is for them to be products or product lines. To be able to log Product Requests or Enhancement Request from the R360 would tie them directly to those specific products, and beyond that, many CSMs/end-users work in their perspective R360s vs C360s. This would be a very valuable feature, and save users having to hop back and forth between the C360 and R360. Even having it log to C360 but be able to access and log from R360 would be valuable.
It's been brought to my attention that in order for "non-super admin" users to see any data in the NPS 2.0 widget in C360, users have to have Analyze permissions on the survey. If they don't have these permissions, users will see "N/A" in the widget, which may lead to confusion around whether or not the widget works/if the calculation is being done. This leads to an extra permissioning step that did not used to be required. This permission was not required in NPS 1.0, where any user that had the ability to see C360 could see the NPS average for that account regardless of survey permissions. I'm hoping we could implement some sort of a "one-click" function to make this visible to all users, or to just eliminate the need to have permissions to see this at the 360 level?
We have two similar improvements we would like to be applied to the Query Builder date range:We would like there to be an option to include the current day for relative date ranges (e.g. “Last 7 days” etc). The only way we can include today’s data is to create a custom date range but that would need daily manual updates to the query. This could perhaps work like a check box “include today”. For custom date ranges, we would like the option to look for all events since a specific date where we wouldn’t need to manually update the end date every day. The way this could work is we only provide a start date and the end date would then default to “today”.The motivation behind the above two points are so we can track events usage since a date (whether we are using a custom start date or a relative one) without having to manually include the current date. We need to include all data (including the current day’s events) to confidently make decisions based on a features usage so it would be much better to not have to manually edit reports on a daily basis.I know there is a delay between events being tracked and then being accessible in the Query Builder but it would be helpful to be able to access as much data as we can when making decisions based off reports.
When you add a report to a global 360 section, and even when you then add that section to a 360 layout, the report builder doesn’t show that the report is used anywhere; Nothing shows in Used In columnAdded via Global sectionAlso section is assigned to a layoutThis makes it really hard to do report clean-up/admin as I can’t trust the used in column (and makes me wonder what other things it’s missing….)
Right now we essentially have an “all or nothing” Timeline activity sync back to either Task or Event object in SFDC. It would be nice if we allowed customers to filter which Timeline activities they want to sync back. Use case: One customer I recently talked to had a certain activity that they only want to sync to Events but the rest should go to Tasks. They’d like to still use the out of the box sync because of its real-time capability while having a rule that pushes the other activities to the Event object.
When Gainsight PX dashboards are created they default to public. This is causing significant bloat in our system as we have a large number of users. Requesting that new dashboards be made private by default and have to be published to public before they are visible to everyone in the product.
Requesting product changes to allow PX users to create custom buttons within PX survey engagements. This way, users can be redirected to targeted relevant content as desired. Currently, it's not possible to add new custom buttons to the PX survey engagements. We can only modify how the existing OOTB buttons display (text, background/border/text color, corner radius), and these are limited to "Close" or "Submit" behaviors with no redirection capabilities. A text/image link is currently the only way to redirect users. However, we'd like to call greater attention to and redirect users to a targeted URL via a custom button at the conclusion of a survey (e.g. "Learn More", “Sign Up”, etc,). Enabling PX users to add custom buttons as desired to share additional information would be helpful by offering greater flexibility for admins and providing users with additional options and information to enhance their overall experience.
Good Afternoon, It would be really useful if we could create segments by choosing the customers we want to add to the segment from our Audience or Account Explorer data. Also, would be useful if you could import data using a CSV file. We’re either having to manually add customers to each segment, which as we have hundreds of thousands, takes quite a while for certain circumstances, or covert data in a CSV file to be able to post it in.
Right now, if you publish a new GS home, you overwrite a custom Home. We want to update our default to current goals (we haven’t updated in over a year at this point), but know by doing this our CSMs with custom Homes are going to not have a great experience. To me, this allows CSMs to have something that works great for them, but also allows Leadership to provide an expected home and easily keep it up to date.
The ‘Move to New/Existing Topics’ option Is extremely handy to maintain context on threads and is a blessing on Discussions and Questions to keep them trimmed to one topic and branch off any diversions as new convos… but we do not have that option for ‘Ideas’ (or for that matter any content type) - it equally makes sense. Please extend this option to Idea threads as well.
I was doing some comparison between a Bionic Rule and a Migrated Horizon version of it and thought I had encountered a problem: Bionic Rule execution history record count: Horizon Rule execution count:I expected the same result, and on initial look thought there was something wrong with the setup so I went to download the HR logs to check, and discovered that on mouseover you get the actual numbers: It may seem like a small thing, but not having the actual counts without mouseover really cuts into the great benefit of having the whole execution flow “at a glance” (well, unless you have more than three actions off a task). It would be very helpful to have the actual record counts, not a rounded number, be visible in the execution history.
It would be a good addition to PX if there were more animation options for how engagements appear in the application. The ability to transition an engagement in from the left or right, for example, would help PX engagements feel more like a native experience in the end application.
I’ve just started testing the waters on the Bionic Rule (BR)>Horizon Rule (HR) migration tool and the general workflow is great - I love that you can see the status and there are migration logs. Unless this issue is going to be addressed which seems less and less likely, I humbly request the migration tool help folks out with the Rule Action descriptions added as the Criteria when migrating the “Action Setup”. In BR, I have this view of my Actions - I can see the action type and my description, and then expand each to see the criteria if needed: In HR, it migrates to this: While I can mouseover each action to view the description in the rule that does carry over, I really want to have that info at the Criteria step name (truly, it’s more helpful to see the action and criteria on the same screen but I digress) - or appended to the end of the action. Because “NO filter/criteria” actions are lumped together, which may not be desirable, it would likely be better to add it to the name of the filter criteria so there is something there to distinguish between your actions so they aren’t stuck on the same criteria branch. Given orgs will be required to move to HR very soon this tool will likely see lots of use in the coming weeks, so please consider this in a patch update to help the admin community out. cc: @rakesh @anirbandutta
We recently rolled out Customer Goals and in looking to add the details of associated Customer Goals to our Success Plan reporting, we discovered that the Customer Goals look up in the Success Plan object does not work. Two workarounds provided by Support:Build Reporting on the Customer Goals Association object - this works, but isn’t a great workaround if you want to add Customer Goals to existing Success Plan reporting. Use Rules Engine to load the Customer Goals Association GSID to the Success Plan object. - this should also work, but I don’t believe you should need to do this. The look up should work if it’s there. This seems like a miss, and needs to be addressed ASAP for customers to feel confident in implementing Customer Goals.
C360 Horizon layout builder has no white space in this container. But on an actual C360 page, there are SEVERAL line breaks of white space with no values. Why? Please fix this. BuilderActual C360
Simple admin “quality of life” improvement -- I often think about a new folder for reports I need to create while I’m building the report, and I realize it doesn’t fit into my current folder structure. Giving me the ability to create a folder from the report builder page would save me a couple of steps. The user experience today is:Need to create a new report Start creating report Click Save Report Realize the report is serving a new function/use case and you need a new folder for it (and future reports related to this use case) Unable to create a report from the Save Report window Save it to Uncategorized Exit out of Report Builder to Report Builder List View Create a new folder Click the report in question “Move To” the newly created folderImproved user experience:Need to create a new report Start creating report Click Save Report Realize the report is serving a new function/use case and you need a new folder for it (and future reports related to this use case) Create New Folder Save report
@nitisha_rathi - is there any thought on allowing users to edit entries that they have not created? This is handy for CSM transitions and also for anytime there is a collaboration in a meeting. Use case: CSM enters in the entry and assistant goes in to take notes in the same place where agenda was made
Today we see a significant challenge in staying agile while managing multiple pieces of content in a multiple solutions. To edit any active engagement including: changing a typo, updating a date/token, editing the engagement name, fixing a broken step, updating the audience rules, adjusting the schedule or throttling or sample size, editing a translation, adjusting a trigger or anything that must be saved requires these steps:Remove the engagement from each K-bot where it is referenced Pause the active engagement Make any update necessary. Activate the Gainsight Asset once again Load the engagement into each K-bot where it is used. Reorder the engagement in each K-bot where it is usedWhen this is multiplied by a few dozen engagements that need attention each week, this process turns minor updates into an exorbitant amount of work. I am requesting that engagements allow for near real-time editing and saving that allows for all updates to be “applied” as opposed to pausing and re-launching.
Posting on Behalf of a Customer, but would say its a good idea also. Today when trying to edit the Engagement used in KC Bot you get below. Its a pretty bad experience where someone has to go back and forth to remove the Engagement from KC Bot, Pause the Engagement, Make Changes, Launch, then readd into KC Bot. Especially, If a simple change needs to be done, such as fixing a spelling error, or changing the title of a step. Somewhat related to this community thread:
When working with a very large product map, it is hard to identify features that were created but are missing rules. If you expand the module within the PX app there is a visual indicator for which ones have rules and which don’t, but there is no way to easily find these without expanding each module. It would be nice to be able to either filter the tree view for these features, or to filter the list itself. When using the product mapper in your application, there isn’t the same visual indicator for these features so it is hard to know which ones still need to be setup:The icon should be consistent to give a visual indicator and it would also be very useful to be able to filter for these while working in your application.
