When setting the values for each color, it’s not clear what number you are looking at, nor inputting. This one looks like the values are thousands, but actually they are millions. You have to set the cursor on top of it and move it one position at a time with the right arrow and count, or assist yourself copy-pasting in a notepad just to understand the number that’s living inside those fields.Would be a small but significant improvement in the UX just to have bigger fields to be able to see the whole value at once Thanks
Currently, when we integrate the slack with the Gainsight PX, We are providing only one channel where we can receive the notifications. Can we make it possible to add the multiple slack channels while integrating, so that we can configure like “within each channel establish unique channel specific alerts”. For Example, USE CASE: I’ll create the multiple slack channels called Engagements channel, Account channel, Audience channel etc. Then While integrating,I want to map “Engagement related notifications to #Engagement_channel.” “Accounts related notifications to #Account_channel.” “Audience related notifications to #Audience_channel.” “Leads created -> #BDR_Leads.” “Feedback received -> #ProductManagement or #FeatureRequest.” **With the current design, we can set up only one channel for all the notifications.
We send automated account renewal reminders and welcome emails out to new users through the JO/Programs (and soon enough, surveys!) - while the reports and analytics are great! - it would be fantastic if we were able to have those emails or comms logged to the actual customer timeline. While I can go in and download participants to see if an email went out to them, it would be amazing to be able to open up a time line and see that it has. It would definitely help us complete that 360 view of all customer account activity, streamline workflow, and be a time saver for my CSM’s!
Hello, I am doing a deeper analysis on SEO for the community and I found out that many images don´t have the "Alt Text" attribute. I use the following tool: Meta SEo Inspector So, in order to enhance the SEO, it could be great to have an option on the BO to add/create/modify that attribute, to a better google indexation. What do you think?
It would be great if we had the ability to limit which of our users can “Grant Access to Gainsight Support”. We would like for this to only be available to our Admins, and not our endusers.
I was just working on a new rule transformation, and accidentally hit “Cancel” instead of “Save.” There was no confirmation window as a safety net and I lost 45 minutes worth of progress because of it. 😭 Can a confirmation window be added to rules engine → Setup Rule to prevent this from happening again? 😅 Thank you!
Posting on behalf of a customer: In a KC Bot Currently we cannot show different engagements based on the URL the user is currently on. It would be great if we could show the different content(Engagements) based the URL the user is on. Use Case: If a user in on a URL1 then the user should see Engagements(if any) related to URL1 in KC BOT and If a user in on a URL2 then the user should see Engagements(if any) related to URL2 in the same BOT.
I have a requirement where in I need to show the percentages of emails clicks and open rate of emails delivered through a program (AO Analytics object) and this is useful when representing them in Dashboard as the percentages speaks more than numbers. Even though we show them under Program analytics tab, but needs to report using report builder. Could you please advise.
Issue: When using Data Designer, your object output can only include alphanumerics, whitespace and the ‘_’ character. When Gainsight creates a flattened survey object the name includes the ‘-’ character which is not supported (e.g. Survey-Flattened-SUR-55555) so in DD the object name must always be changed. While the workaround exists to change the name, Gainsight character support in reporting should be consistent with their naming conventions. Requested Change: Support additional characters (including the ‘-’ character) in Data Designer.
Basically what the title says. I’m creating a custom object just for testing, and everything is manually input. I go to create a multiselect dropdown field and holy smokes is it a pain. In order to make a totally new field with new options here’s what I have to do: Data Management Dropdown Lists New Category Fill out New Category Click New Category Add items Go back to the object Add field Change data type Add Category Complete rest of field information. Done Here’s what I would like Add Field Change Data type to Multi Select Add Items complete field information Done
[Customer Request]:When customer fill in the name of the associated person to automatically have the email address of this contact auto-filled in the recipient data field, when they want to send an email thought the CTA.Kindly check this product feature request.
The titles for reports will get cut off currently if too long, but often (especially KPI Widgets) we have the report widget downsized and you cannot read the full title without hovering It would be great to have an option in the dashboard builder to to wrap the “title” so that it does not get cut off
When there are limits enforced on certain things then it becomes quite imperative that admins have visibility to that limit consumption. I am basically talking about this article -https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Administration_and_Permissions/General_Administration/Gainsight_System_Limits#Journey_Orchestrator . In this article , you can see various limits with respect to each CS feature. But today admin don’t have a holistic view of their instance system metrics like how much operational email limit they have consumed in a day, Monthly participant limit consumed, etc. They either learn when they get the limit error or creating some custom reports. But if there is a System Overview Dashboard and way to set threshold alerts/notification on those entities then admins can govern their instance more effectively and avoid any sort of escalated situation.
Currently, you’re not able to do something like Field_Name does not contain space (just the space character, not the word). You will get an error like ‘invalid input’ or “comparison value is not provided”. You should be able to use any operator and it should accept that a space character is as valid an input as a letter or number. This is true for filters, case fields, whatever. Please and thank you.
My CSMs have requested the ability to create a CTA or tasks associated with a timeline activity from within the Gainsight Assist screen. This would allow them to document a conversation with a client from an email, add it to the Timeline, while also associating a CTA or tasks that came from that interaction.
There are discrepancies between the fields and functionality available on the Engagements page versus the Knowledge Center. For example, on the Knowledge Center page, we can see the Last Updated field, but this field is missing and cannot be added to the Engagements page. Alternatively, we are able to launch engagements directly via the Status field on the Engagements page, but have no such functionality from the Status field on the Knowledge Center page. In addition to bringing in additional fields that are relevant, such as Start/End dates or Used In as suggested here, it would be really helpful to see some consistency between the Engagements and Knoweldge Center pages in PX. Furthermore, enabling the ability to selectively surface additional fields in these tabs would be awesome.
After talking with a customer via a support case we discovered that when you preview the results of a rule they will not show the same as the results show. For instance, in the first image below you see a preview data set to a rule, this shows the name of the data in the field. "Guided" is an example. But in the second image this is a rule run result and it shows an ID (blanked out for privacy purposes). This is as design but in the future myself and others would find it useful for these to be matching. Troubleshooting a rule or data validation is very hard when these do not match up. The reason it is like: The execution itself uses the actual data so we have GSID's for Picklist values in the logs. But in rule setup preview we are converting these GSID's to Picklist names to avoid confusion while setting up the rule. The way we would like it to work: Show the datasets as the same so that we can validate and confirm data easily.
Posting on behalf of customer:It would be great to add a feature to edit Templates that would update all the existing engagements based on that template. Customers might have several engagements on their subscription and when they need to modify these to match their UI, they require to edit the styles of each and every engagement manually. Instead of this, implementing an option like “Update all Engagements on this Template”, when they modify an existing template, could save them hours!
In HA Report Builder, you can edit the name of a report in report builderIn HA Dashboard Builder however, you cannot edit the name of a dashboard in dashboard builder. You have to be in the dashboard list view to Rename a dashboard. This is inconsistent with HA Report Builder, and I believe the ability to edit the name of a dashboard when you are editing the contents of a dashboard would make sense.
Posting on behalf of customer. They are looking for have a different objective CTA layout with differnt field layout's based on what type of Success Plan type the objective falls under.
The follow button doesn’t do much (see here). It would become much more useful if you could toggle the activity feed in the Community and Category widget by Following/Subscriptions and see: Posts authored by people you follow Posts replied to by people you followAnd ideally…Categories/groups you subscribe to.
Product Area can become this 1 unifier for Product features on the Community. Not only does it make the UI uniform as Ideas, but it reduces the need of having separate categories for separate Product Areas.Follow the Product Area to get to all content about that Area:Discussions, Ideas, KB articles, Product updates, Events… etc. Will be a great blessing for Multi Product communities
