Overall the new Rules Engine experience has several improved features, however here are a few items that are still challenging:Below (and same for Rule Chain view and everywhere else in NXT where asset names are shown)The ordering of the columns needs to be improved, similar to the order in the Rule Chain view….not sure why Created By, Created On, Last Modified and Modified By are listed before the Last Run Status, Folder and Next Scheduled Run (which IMO would be referenced more often than the the created/modified columns). But at least if it was sticky when I reordered them I could make my peace with it. Alas, they are not. Need a way to quickly clear/reset filters instead of having to Edit the filters and remove them manually. This is a little more minor, but the Activity tab should have same navigation functionality as the other two tabs, meaning I should be able to view the Activity tab within the standard NXT view without having to click my browser back button. Would be really great if RT rules and Bionic rules could coexist in the same view without having to search two separate panes for rules related to certain objects, etc.
I believe this is available in AE but not in Horizon Reporting...video overview here: https://video.zoominfo.com/watch/3X4iHxwdBrggWVXtAERxEy?When sorting ascending or descending on a date column, either way only shows the nulls at the bottom. We should have the option to show the nulls at the top or bottom regardless of sorting direction.
Login History example to report onIt would be great if the user log in information found under user management was availalble as part of the User Object so that reports could be run on the data as well as action triggered. Use case: Want to make sure that purchased Gainsight licenses are being regularly used. Want to make sure that my team are using the tool. Want to make sure we are getting value from the software.
In email templates it’s possible to load HTML from an external source but in order to make it editable from the Design tab (basic), the gs-editable=true tag has to be added to every element that requires editing manually.https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Journey_Orchestrator_and_Email_Templates/Examples_and_Tutorials/Tutorial%3A_Use_of_External_HTML_Content_in_Email_Template#Properties_of_.E2.80.98gs-editable.E2.80.99_TagCan there be an easy button to apply to the whole layout rather than have to manually add the tag to each element?
Hey all, I am posting this on behalf of a customer that had a question about Survey CTAs. What they would like to see is the ability to put a link in the CTA that is fired off from the Survey tool that will direct the CSM straight to the survey question so that they may have quicker access to the finer details of the survey response. This would keep the CSM from having to go through the CTA then navigate to the customer's CS360 page and grab the details from the Survey section of the page. Do we have any other requests for something like this or have it anywhere on the roadmap? Thanks!
This issue where changes to a picklist value do not propagate to all JO features is really biting me this week when a user deleted and readded the mapping in order for the picklist values to appear. This results in the conditional wait step breaking (as in, it doesn’t load) but variant filters do load. Replicating the program carries the same behavior.I now have to delete the conditional wait step and all preceding steps to rebuild them with some emails having 18 variants to be filtered. You should not be able to deleted a mapped participant field that has a dependency within the program given the repercussions it creates.
We have CTA rules where we want to close the CTA and set the status to different statuses based on certain criteria. We would like to use the “GS ID” as an identifier but according to documentation, all options are set to the pre-defined “default”. For example, we have CTAs where all the tasks have been closed and the CSM forgets to set to “closed success” so we want to support our team and auto-set the status to “closed success”. At the same time, we want to look at CTAs that are past due and set to “Closed No Action Taken”. Currently, we cannot use the “GS ID” as the identifier if we want to select the status. Additionally, using criteria is only allowed with the “GS ID” option. We had to select the “GS ID” to add criteria, then unselect the “GS ID” to use the other fields to set the different “set status as” option. Screenshot of how we had to setup below instead:
Hi team,Right now when we add a custom filed (Multiselect dropdown field) to the success plan configuration and select multiple dropdowns from the success plan the text begins to get chopped off at the end so we can't read the complete text Customers feel that it would be a better end user experience if they are able to view all of the text thereAlso, one of the suggestions is that they would love to be able to list out the selections from the drop down in more of a list format than the comma formatPlease see the below screenshots and GIF regarding the same. Thanks,Haribaabu Ravikumar
In order to test engagements, it would be really useful to be able to reset user statistics for them. For example, I have an engagement that only appears once for a user. When testing it, I have to keep creating new users since the last user has already seen it.
We are finding different functionality in NXT vs SFDC when it comes to Cockpit columns, In SFDC if we go to add “priority name” we get the column header to show “priority name“ as expected. In NXT when we go to add the same it shows in the config Priority > Name and then only shows the name: For ease of use, we would like the ability to either add an alias or both names in the field.
My team loves Timeline Activity Note templates, but they are not accessible when logging a Timeline Activity via the “Timeline” tab within the CTA. We want all activities associated with a particular CTA to be associated with that CTA, but we need to be able to use the templates as well. This seems like an oversight. Is there a quick fix?
Hi Team,The Pick list field sorting is not sorting on the entire data set but only on the page. Can we provide an ability to sort entire data. This was a request from one of our customers.
Hi , Can we have the sorting functionality for the multiselect picklist dropdown? Thanks ~Shiv
We have identified a need to “group” program participants by Company. Today, each program participant is considered individually, so if we are emailing 3 people at the same Company, they are emailed separately and the next conditional waits are considered individually and all reporting is based on an individual participant. We would like to group participants in the same company together for all these purposes. The outcome would be:1 email is sent to the Company with all participants part of the same group message where they can easily reply to all Example 1: Set of instruction is sent to 3 participants but they are not grouped, no one know who else was messaged or which of them will take action. If they are “grouped” 1 person can reply-all with “I got this!” Example 2: If the CSM is cc’d on email communications, it is challenging to know which people at which companies received the messages. The CSM would receive a cc’d communication for each participant and need to read them all to understand if separate messages are sent to the same practice. The Conditional waits based on reading an email should have flexible settings for if 1 or all of the emails is un-read Example 1: The 3 people are emailed at the practice, 1 person reads the email and takes action and the other 2 delete the email because it is not ultimately their work to complete. If we have an unread email condition to create a CTA, the first participant will drop, but the CSM will still receive a CTA because there are 2 un-read emails. Reporting is very challenging since our CTA analysis is at a Company level and all reporting in Programs is at a participant level. Native reports in the Program should be able to be toggled for the grouping settings so we can easily see a 1:1 comparison of CTA volume and automated outreach volume.
Current Share Report functionality makes you choose between Link or Excel. Would love to see a third option for BOTH, and let the recipient of the report choose which one they will use.
Back in SFDC edition, we had the ability to edit a section of a Success Plan and hit save only once. Now in NXT, our users are being forced to save each field they edit, resulting in far too many extra clicks. Below is the message and screenshot from one of our end users explaining the request:“in the future is there any way we could get the ability to edit all of these at once? Like still have to check off each one, but instead of clicking the edit and save button plus check it off for every one, we just click one edit button and one save button. Right now I am completing 27-20 clicks to check off 9-10 items.” End Proctoring-
Is it possible to send a survey to a customer base on what time zone they are in? Example, I would like a customer to receive a survey at 7 AM whether they are on the east coast or west coast I would imagine the program would have to run multiple times to accommodate this request. Has anyone tried or attempted this? Thank you!
I was surprised to figure out that I’m unable to re-order or delete out-of-the-box timeline fields, specifically “duration,” which we don’t have any use for. I want to use the out-of-the-box Timeline types, but this limitation is an annoying hinderance. The only similar post I could find was this 3-year-old question.
We recently had a Program created in Nxt edition that involved a conditional wait and then creating a CTA. After the conditional wait, it looked like everything was fine on the snapshot view and no failure notifications were received, however, the participant status changed to drop and no CTAs were created. The root cause was a mapping issue (ticket 154293). The mapping issue could not be resolved by a backend process, so I need to manually create all qualifying CTAs (breaking the link with the program itself). This is an unacceptable outcome. The product enhancement requests related to this are:Create an error message if the wrong type of field is selected for the mapping so this does not occur Create a failure notification email for the CTA failure, same as scheduled rules have Enable testing on a participant list that allows the admin to confirm mapping on CTAs, including the owner and tokens
Today’s join options include a full outer join, and while the documentation describes the option similar to a union, it is not the true equivalent of a union because it requires an output set that includes all of the columns from both input data sets. I’d like to see a ‘Full Outer Join Union’ option which would retain all rows of both input data sets, but would allow you to store them in the same columns (remove the restriction of unique output column names). For example: Dataset 1: Country, City, Home Phone Dataset 2: Province, Town, Cell Phone Today’s Union would give me all rows in a dataset that had the following columns: Country, City, Home Phone, Province, Town, Cell Phone. What I’d like to do is name the output columns from both input sets to Location, Town, Phone and have the data from each input dataset as rows in this new table with 3 columns.
I have a customer that uses a child/parent relationships and CTA's could open for either or, but the contact from either side does not pull into the CTA when fired. For instance I have Parent A and Child B The contact I need lives on Parent A but the Child B is where the CTA fired for. They would like to be able to see the contact from Parent A on the Child B CTA as they are related.
Currently, PX users can create Bookmarks and schedule these to refresh daily/weekly, but we do not have the ability to share these. It would be very helpful if bookmarked reports could be shared or made available based on specified permissions (e.g. shared with all admins). Without this functionality, we have multiple users in the same organization creating identical reports that cannot be shared. To enable sharing would significantly improve consistency and efficiency, not to mention user experience.
