I would like to request the ability to add CRON expressions for same day recurring syncs within Journey Orchestrator program schedule settings. We are currently utilizing multiple programs and/or queries to accomplish this as a work around but it would be great if this were built it. Even if not CRON expressions, but to have a way to have a program sync on a schedule more than one time per day.
Are there any plans for adding accessibility controls to the Knowledge Center Bot widget or Embedded Bot? Being able to launch the bot from a keyboard stroke is nice but also having the ability to navigate the tabs and articles would be a great enhancement.
Right now, I have a customer who would like to heavily leverage scorecard exceptions, but they ran into a limitation in which you can only add three criteria per exception and five exceptions total. It would be nice to expand this capability, especially for customers looking to implement more advanced logic and/or have a lot of scorecard measures.
Hello Everyone, I would like to know if you are looking to export data from Gainsight into any BI application (like Power BI, Looker, etc.) or Data warehouse (like Snowflake, Azure Data lake, etc). Please leave your comments below. Your inputs will help us in creating a roadmap for this.
We have many workflows that require CSMs to submit information for an account via a google form for notification to other departments outside of Gainsight. I’ve tried to add a google form within the embed option on a customer-360 so they can action on an account’s submission in one place instead of leaving Gainsight to do so w/ the ability to auto-populate the form with relevant information already in Gainsight. In order to auto-complete the form fields you need to align a parameter with a value in the embed options. Unfortunately, gforms parameter fields include special characters, of which is not currently supported in Gainsight NXT after hearing from Support’s : “Currently parameter names doesn't support special characters other than underscore (_).” So the request is to support special characters in the parameters fields of an embedded page.
We have a number of email templates that we have created which are specific to events and notifications (like upcoming product details for a specific service pack). We would like to be able to set an expiration date where it removes the ability for a CSM to send. For example when we click the “make available to user” give a date or number of days available. Thanks,Cody
I appear to have to create a separate C360 section for each Object Source from which I want to display reports. Some of my data exists in similar, but separate, MDA objects. I want to be able to pull a report from one MDA object (Omni Data-Prod) and another report from a different object (User Adoption) and appear as Related List in the same C360 section but I don't appear to be able to do that.
The move of reporting on scorecard objects to its own section under Horizon Scorecards missed a very fundamental, hopefully minor effort and major impact item: descriptions equating to dashboard help text. In Report Builder, if I add a description to a report, that shows as help text on the dashboard where the report lives, upon hover on the report title. This is not the case for Scorecard Visualization reports. I cannot find a single way of achieving this. This makes adoption of a brand new concept of robust health scorecards and related reporting beyond a single C360 extremely difficult. Example of report description, which appears as help text on dashboard.Example of a Scorecard Visualization with a provided description, but this does not appear on the dashboard on which this Visualization lives.
Although the total size of the attachments can be 10 MB in an Email Assist, each attachment cannot cross 2MB. This limit is too small for any pptx/ppt type of documents that tend to be very common artifacts one shares with their customers. Can product consider increasing the limit? Anyone else feeling the pinch?
We would like to be able to add helptext to MDA fields AND to be able to see that helptext in the C360 as well. Example: When creating fields on the timeline object for activities we would like to be able to display helptext about that field in the c360.
I'm using the new DateDiff function in a Formula Field for the first time. I expected that, if the DateDiff's "start date" was earlier than the "end date", that the result would be a positive number. And, if it were the reverse, it would be a negative number. Instead, I'm finding that it's taking the number of days between the days, regardless of which is before the other. This isn't a blocker, since I can use Advanced Logic to combine it with a criteria for "End Date field is greater than Start Date field", but isn't intuitive to me. Maybe I'm just jaded from working with too many datediff functions in other contexts. Here you can see the DateDiff function producing positive values regardless of which of the dates is earlier:
We're looking for a way to integrate gamification elements into our PX onboarding flow, and checklists and progress bars generally work very well for this.Although the KC Bot will show a checked box for every engagement a user completed, we would like to incorporate this more prominently into our engagements that we show to new users only.Ideally, there would be a engagment type that creates a checklist based on a selection of existing engagments and shows a progress bar that changes with completion of the selected engagments. Clicking on engagements in the list will close the checklist and trigger the selected engagements. This is an example I found:
It would be super helpful to have a way to define and save a set of filters and logic in report builder. I am looking to be able to create a “Custom Segment Filter” comprised of 8-9 filters and logic that I would then be able to magically “apply” from a “saved filters” dropdown list to my new report in report builder. Saved filters would be quick to apply and save time when you have a long list of criteria that need to be defined to get to a custom segment filter. Currently cloning previously reports that I keep on cloning, but this is not ideal as they inherit the drill down table definitions that might need to be refined and thus spending extra time there. This would be a saved filter “with predefined logic” and different than global filters on a dashboard for example.Thank you for your consideration!
Hopefully a small UX request for Reports in HA -- when you click & drag a column to organize columns (in a drill down), it also then sorts by that column. This means that when I’m trying to organize a drill down report, I always have to go back and re-sort by the column I actually want to sort by. Please let it be that clicking once will sort, but clicking and dragging will not also sort by that column.
Hello Guys, trying to find a way to solve an issue here: Our company actually acquire a large number of new customers per month that turns very hard to just one person route these accounts between the CSMs. And we can't automally route it directelly to the CSMs: the team leader needs to analyze it and then select the CSM who has the best fit with that customer. With a fast-growing team of customer success managers and team leaders, we really need to find a way to automatize the routing (round-robin) of "New Customer" CTAs around the team leaders, who then will assign the CTA the the selected CSM. We have 3 CSM team leaders and 3 ISM team leaders (Implementation Success Managers, aka the implementation specialists), and we are promoting in average 1 team leader a month. Can anyone figure out a way to automatize the distribution of New Customers CTAs using GS/SFDC rules engine? We already have user roles set in SFDC. The critical point here is to have a balance of new customers between CSM/ISM teams. Any ideas? Thanks, Bruno Giacomelli
Wouldn’t it be cool if we could assign certain users access to JO programs the same way we do for Surveys? This will enable more power users to work within a specific program and not have access to ALL PROGRAMS at the org level. So basically the SAME UI for JO Programs as Surveys :)
Right now, the survey list shows all surveys and you cannot group into folders. This would be super helpful to keep our surveys tidy. We are able to do this with programs, reports, dashboards etc so I would expect to be able to categorize surveys by folder or category
When debugging or troubleshooting a rule, it would be SUPER helpful if the fields in a Transformation Action in a rule that are using a Transform Function (Formula Fields) were indicated by using a different color, or an icon or something so you know which fields are just from the source activity, and which are being manipulated in the Transform.
Currently we only have two options for Zendesk federated search:Include all categories Include a list of categories using the “Filter by category”However, it would be helpful if we had the option to exclude categories. In our case we want to include all of our categories except one.
Wanted to raise this enhancement…! I just discovered that we don’t support multi-select picklist for permissions attribute and thus while creating a Gainsight User Sharing Group having multi-select picklist as criteria, the results are entirely different and incorrect. Is this in our roadmap?
Hello, We are just about ready to start utilizing Journey Orchestrator, starting with a handful of usecases e.g. getting in touch customers who have not logged into our product for X days and sending focused training material to a specific customer group. One thing I have not been able to establish though is where in C/R360s can I see which Program & Outreach comms went out to which contacts - I've found posts on here saying this ought to appear in Timeline as well as SFDC - I see the SFDC set up in JO but would like for our CSMs to be able to see this in Timeline also as we use TL rather than SFDC. I've sent a couple of Advanced outreach to selected contacts but none of these have been logged in Timeline. Can you advise please on how to set this up? Thanks Katerina
