in Gainsight Reporting, it appears that you can enlarge a window due to the expander at the bottom right, but that you cannot.
As a Gainsight admin, I’d like the ability to send weekly email reports to each CSM in our organization. These reports would be specific to each CSM. CSMs currently have to log in and enable these reports themselves. Current Workflow: Admin creates filter for each CSM User creates and bookmarks report from filter User sets email schedule for report Having an admin enable these reports would save our CSMs time and reduce the amount of duplicated effort. It would also be nice to not have to create a filter for each CSM.
We want the ability to show numbers instead of percentages on the pie chart option of reporting.
Hi Team, We are unable to rename the drilldown columns which is creating confusion for the bussiness at some times ,Please find the below screen shot. Here if we see we took the name from different Look ups, But it is showing the column names commonly as Name
Hi Team, In report builder we have an option to include and exclude null record from the report builder. But this option not available in dashboard Report builder: Dashboard builder:
Right now you can only add 20 containers to a dashboard. Is there a plan to increase this?
I love the new Custom Colors option in report builder. I think its a big step forward! It would be stellar if we could also select a custom ordering for field values (eg select the order they'd be displayed in a stacked column or on the X-axis). For example, we have a field with values "Green", "Lime", "Yellow", "Orange", and "Red". I'd love if I could customize the ordering of field values so they actually appear in that order in a stacked column. Currently, they display as G/L/O/R/Y I have a similar example for our customer segments. I'd love to be able to display the field values in a High tough to low touch progression, instead of a scattered progression based on the alphabetical order.
It would be useful to have the ability to configure sections within a dashboard that you can use as sort of "page breaks" to split up components of a dashboard. Each section would have a header. For example, I am using a dashboard to show metrics around different parts of an onboarding process and I would like to split it into different sections based on what part of the process the metrics are pointing to. 1) Surveys Sent To Onboarding Project Owner, 2) CSM Assignment CTA's and 3) Sentiment of New Accounts
Currently, you have to go back to the report repository after creating a report to select which folder is should go in. It would be great if you could select which folder the report should go in as you are creating/saving the report to remove the additional step
When I make a change to a report that has been added to Dashboard Builder, i have to clear the previous settings in order to see the changes. This means I must inform every user to reset their filters in order to see the changes. Is there a 'Master Restore/Clear Settings' button or a way to clear settings/filters in mass for all reports added to the Dashboard Builder section?
It would be great for Admins to have a way to see dashboard visits. I'd love to be able to see how often certain dashboards are used and by whom. With the every growing list of reports my teams want to see in dashboards, it would be great to be able to say "Well, this one isn't being used, so I'm going to delete it." 🙂
Currently while using a badge in an Engagement, If we do not have any other steps like tooltip or dialog other than badge, when we launch it, if user visits/clicks on the badge the views in the engagement is not increasing, thus simply we are not tracking the badge views. But it would be useful to have the analytics for badge views as well, Because we might have some use cases where it will be enough to show just a badge and it’s badge tooltip. In those situations we are missing the views or count in analytics.
Customers love Timeline and want to make it meatier, juicier and easy to use. Here are some great feedback I recieved from one of our customers: 1. Custom filter options in Timeline: Right now, it is restricted to a few. But what if the customer wants to look at the all the updates of type risks where the exec sponsor was present. What if the customer wants to see EBRs that happened onsite? What about the EBRs that have red sentiment? All this is possible now using reports but given that each layout is different, we are looking for a cumbersome option when it comes to creating 20+ reports out of the possible permutations. 2. No easy way to know the activity as it relates to a certain contact: Say Kyle is a contact and you want to know if Kyle was present in an EBR, last cadence call and was copied in an email? What if you click on Kyle in the external attendee option and know how engaged Kyle has been with your team?
We use a “meeting type” field in our Timeline entries for various activities, such as Webinars, Proactive Outreaches, Tech Assists, etc.. When a users creates an entry using Email to Timeline, the field must be set after the fact. Users have requested a filter to be added to the Activity Timeline that would allow them to see only those timeline entries where the value is set to Null. Additionally, there is a request to have a custom view to the Activity Timeline so that filters can be retained.
As people have started using the Timeline feature, I was curious what everyone is finding or viewing as the Pros and Cons while putting this feature into play. I thought I would start with a few thoughts and attempt to get people talking about how and why they use the feature or perhaps why they have chosen not to (yet). Pros: - one can sort or only show timeline data based on a specific activity type - diary of events and account updates in one place - draft notes for the next meeting and future discussion points for the account - log calls, onsites, weekly updates, EBRs, latest Deal notes, At Risk Notes (create a specific activity type for each) - Given the SFDC widget, most others in the organization can see the Timeline data and find CSM updates one place Cons: - small to see/view/edit the information in the GS widget - exploring ideas, but not sure we have many options based on the SFDC account/opp page layout. - (from what I know - disclaimer) the Timeline only accepts manual entries and no way to auto-add entries like CTA completed or Renewal closed. Believe this functionality is on the GS roadmap for the rules engine to auto-add entries into the Timeline. Bottom Line: - Overall, I believe most teams benefit by deciding on one or two places where ALL the activity / account / deal notes live and the Timeline could easily be that place. Thoughts, Feedback, alternative uses of the Timeline are welcomed !!
In Salesforce, there is an ability to apply configurable dependencies on a field - if the opportunity type is 'Renewal', then in the forecast picklist field, just show relevant fields such as 'At Risk', 'Renewal will happen', 'Will churn' vs. if the opportunity type is 'New Business, just show 'Upside', 'Commit', 'Close' etc in the forecast picklist field. When we pull these fields into the linked objects, we lose these dependencies, and therefore the user can see all the available values in picklist. How can I enable user to see only relevant values in this picklist in the linked object?
This originally came up with respect to Dashboard folders, but it should be applicable wherever there is a folder organization structure. Yes there is a search, and you are able to find reports if you more or less know the name, and if you are clever about your report titles you can reverse engineer the folder name it is in. However, I would like the ability to be able to search just the folder and sub-folder names. The use case here is you have a large volume of reports, and a nested organizational structure, it would be helpful to be able to search the folder names. Alternately, if, when using the current search folder names that meet your criteria show up as seperate line items.
Ability to export Dashboards as PDF so they can be shared externally. And that includes the graphic visualisations. e.g. scorecard tables, graphs etc.
I love love LOVE the Rules Engine folders! Thank you for hearing us! Would be great if the white space could be adjusted, though, so that you can see more of (if not the entire) Rule Name. Viewing "All": Viewing "in folder": There's a LOT of available space there...
We have a use case where we would really like to iframe a separate window into the Knowledge Bot in its own tab instead of the “Feedback” tab. Our support team has a Visualforce support page that would be more useful here for our end users. This would allow our users to submit tickets directly from solution without having to leave and come back. Has anyone else figured out how to iframe content within the knowledge bot?
