Our team LOVES using the Gainsight Assist extension, but we’ve run into frequent cases where we’re really like more reporting capabilities to understand HOW our teams are using it….specifically, which email templates they are using most often (or using at all). We frequently have initiatives where we don’t want to trigger CTAs for every account/solution, but make templates available for our teams to send via Gainsight Assist as needed without going through the process of creating a CTA.
Hi Team,As of now we are handling below scenarios in Gmail plugin -1) If user tries to log a mail that is being sent then it checks if emails in To are in Company/Relationship person and resolves it accordingly.2) If user tries to log a mail that is received then it checks if email address in From are in in Company/Relationship person and resolves it accordingly. But there is another scenario which rarely happens and can we consider this as enhancement.Scenario - If an Email is sent from an internal user(Prathap) to Company Person(Gains) looping in another internal user(Kumar) who is CSM for that Company. Now Prathap hasn’t logged it as Timeline and since Kumar is CSM tries to log this email as Timeline from his Inbox. As per above 2nd point, plugin considers From address while logging a received email, so it checks for Prathap in both Company and Relationship person, since Prathap is internal user it goes to Drafts. Here though Gains is in Company person, plugin doesn’t search for it since its in To address. So please consider it as enhancement where when user logs a received mail and incase if From address is not in Company person then please check for other email addresses in To. Please let me know if you have any queries regarding this. Thanks,Prathap
I came across a customer use case where the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd reminder email templates should be different with each send. It would be great to have this functionality, similar to multi-variant templates, but have a place to select which goes with each send.
We have a rule that runs from data in an MDA and creates a CTA when executed. We would like to create an email template for Email Assist, but some of the key data points are in the MDA table and the template seems to only map to SFDC native elements. Is there any plan to expand that capability? Thanks, Elizabeth
I would like to track engagement completion rates on a dashboard. You have this on the engagement analytics page. My current workaround is to add two widgets side by side, one filtered for all views and the other filtered for completions.
The C360 Survey reporting currently shows recipients who responded, but it would be really helpful to also display those that have been a survey that have not responded. This would be helpful for CSMs to see who they may need to remind, or if there is a contact we may need to reconsider sending NPS surveys too.
It would be nice to have the ability to customize the headers in report drill downs. Today, you can change the header labels in show and by sections of the graph report. You can't customize them when you configure the drill down. Thanks!
We would love to be able to report on users who checked the ‘It’s okay to contact me about my feedback’ checkbox. The ‘Contact Me’ checkbox in multiple question surveys is not sortable in the analytics table. It doesn’t seem to appear in the csv export (I could be wrong about this and just be missing it under another name) It’s not available as an audience filter for engagements. It would be very useful to be able to use this at least for a follow up email engagement to close the loop on valuable feedback from certain respondents. This could be particularly useful if used in combination with segments identified as power users for instance. Thank you!Jonathan
I have seen older similar requests and questions on the forum that don’t quite answer my question. I have also (unless my mind fails me here, not out of the realm of possibility) actually seen this done before but I can’t think of how. Here are the details: I have a Transactional Survey and program triggering on a case closure. The cases are SFDC objects My context id can be either Case Number or Case ID (I have tried both) In reports, I want the report viewer to be able to click on the Case Number and be taken to the SFDC case, similar to how the Account Name is a link taking you to the appropriate account page I have currently been reporting on the Flattened Survey object (MDA) This is in a production not sandbox environmentCurrently, the case number only shows up as a string. I don’t know if when I saw this implemented before that the SFDC case object was imported into a custom MDA case object. However, I’m wondering if there is a solution out there not involving doing that, but I’m curious if someone else has had this issue and if/how they solved it. Happy to provide more details if needed.Thank you!
Posting on behalf of a customer…. Gainsight PX does not currently support “Multi-Question” and “Boolean” surveys for mobile and only for web app usage. We would like to have those survey options available for mobile, so is there an ETA for when this option will be available?
Hi Team, Posting this on behalf of a customer. We have cross org functionality to move data across different orgs which has Gainsight installed in it. It would be great if we can have a similar feature in Gainsight which scans the entire list of objects and its meta data across two given orgs and share an insight to customer on the missing data.
Since PX is charging subscription according to the number of MAU’s, I think it would be extremely useful to have a combined number of MAU’s for our company account shown on some dashboard (perhaps under Administration section).Right now if I want to track number of MAUs for our company and have an idea when we are close to reach another tier, I have to create a separate dashboard for our every product and add them up together in some excel product by product.
We’re on NXT but we require users to login via SFDC, including Admins.Would be a timesaver to allow us to change the Direct Rule Link in failure notification emails to the SFDC Login path, because today it is linked only to the NXT path:
I often make small changes to my reports that live on multiple dashboards. I end up having to go in to every dashboard and replace the report. I understand that this is because of 'User State Preservation', but if I am making changes to the foundation of the report, I actually need that to override what is currently there. Having to switch out every report I edit from within the dashboard takes a ton of time and is not ideal. Typically, these things get updated in real time when you edit the underlying core of the reports.
It would be helpful when authoring documents within PX, if we could have a larger modal window for editing and publishing documentation (or at least have it expandable):
I recently created a real-time rule to date stamp when the CSM field is changed. This looks at any time the CSM is changed, then loads to a datetime field on a separate Gainsight object. This allows me to see an easily-reportable log of when these assignments change. The real-time rule works great, but I noticed that even when I used a datetime field as the target time stamp field, it will only populate the date (shows 12:00 am as the time). Is there a way real-time rules can populate the datetime instead of just the date? One other thing I noticed in setting this field - I only had the option to do “Add N Days to Run Date” and I set it to 0 which works. But it would be nice if an option was “Run Date” like in the rules engine.
We want to limit who can delete Success Plans as we are planning to auto-generate initial plans. We want to make sure there isn’t an accidental deletion that we cannot recover, and instead requests to delete to the admin must be made to delete a Success Plan
I'd like the ability to version my success plan templates. It would be easier to do this if I could duplicate templates instead of having to rebuild them. I try to improve our workflows as often as I can and am looking to create a structure around that.
I have widget reports that are showing percentage data like click through rate and survey response rate, but the widget just shows a number. It would be great if we could set the widget to display as a number or percentage to make it more clear
One thing we’d like to do is build metrics based on aggregated data using Horizon Analytics (SUM:X / SUM:Y). Example: I know the total amount of Success Plan objectives successfully closed-won (e.g., we achieved them) and divid that by the total number of Success Plan objectives closed in that same period (e.g., closed-won + closed-lost). From looking through Horizon Analytics, I don’t believe we can do that today.
I like that downloading data and sharing reports can be toggled on and off, however I would prefer if it was handled by Permission Groups rather than just a global on/off as below: This way, you could enable it for executives but not for end users, for example.
Is it possible to change color pallete for each report? We have reports built off of the same Field, but looking at different health groups of customers & it would be helpful if this could be reflected also in colors of the reports so that let's say Engaged customers are in green vs Caution customers are in orange....
