Hi Team, In Programs we can control the first emails delivery time with help of Program sources schedule time. But if we are sending multiple emails in the same journey,we are not controling second emails deliver time. One of my customer excepting delivering all the emails in day time.It would be good if we have control on emails deliver time.. Thanks,Baji
Is there anything in roadmap to enable scheduling in Success Snapshots 2.0? Most of my customers are asking for this feature as they want a customized powerpoint to be shared with their customers at regular intervals. We are right now doing this with Journey Orchestrator Programs but the limitation here is that we cannot add more than 5 reports and also it cannot be shared as a powerpoint presentation.
Currently Action Cards do not appear in any way editable in Renewal Center. It would be great to either have better fields display when you click into a card, or allow admins to configure them. Example: Overdue Unresolved RenewalsThese are the fields shown, but the opportunity stage isn’t displayed. In my data there are opportunities with close dates prior to their due dates so this wouldn’t make sense at first glance:You’d have to click into them to see that the stages are not closed won/lost. Based on the description of this card, it sounds like due dates and close dates are the primary considerations. However, since the stage is one of the main relevant pieces of information for this card, it should be displayed by default - even better if admins can configure these detail views like elsewhere in Renewal Center.
We just switched to a new Scorecard. We have history to populate, but cannot because within the Account Scorecard History table each customer can only have ONE scorecard record in the history table per snapshot date and if there are already records for the PREVIOUS scorecard it will block loading history for the NEW scorecard. So in order to load for the new history, I have to have the old scorecard data purged - which I cannot do so I’m at the mercy of Gainsight Support (and the inherent delays that come with that). But why must the data be purged? What if we want to preserve the history for the old scorecard (while backfilling history for the new scorecard) so that we could make YoY comparisons between the two scorecards?
My team has recently gone through a coverage model change where they now have new-to-them account that may not have had a CSM before. I was tasked with providing them with a report on customers who have not had an activity logged on their timeline since we adopted Gainsight. I understand the absence of data is tricky to report on, so what I ended up doing was exporting a report on all timeline activities and one on all customers and got the info I was looking for in excel. Ideally, I'd be able to do so in Gainsight, which would enable me to: - Coach my team on Timeline if activities should be present. - Provide them with information on which accounts have not been engaged by a CSM and should be prioritized. - Help me keep our records clean by giving me visibility into inactive, duplicate or incorrect Customers.
I love the left navigation panel in Gainsight but find that I’m always using the search function to go to specific modules/tools on a regular basis -- Scorecard, Playbooks, Success Plans, Company, Report Builder, Dashboard Builder, Sightline Vault, etc. It would be wonderful if Gainsight could give users and admins the ability to favorite their most-used/visited modules so they are surfaced at the top of the left navigation pane, without the need for repetitive clicking or searching. Giving users the ability to tailor their experience to their workflows and improving access to what they need and use most in Gainsight would improve the overall usability.
X-Org migration assets do not pull up adoption explorer specific configurations. Can we have the feature enabled in near future?
We have a lot of options for quarterly filters, but one thing we’re missing is having something like “Current Q1,” “Current Q2”, etc. A customer use case I’m dealing with right now includes the following scenario: The customer needs to know what their renewal ARR target is for each quarter of their fiscal year and therefore wants four widgets at the top of a dashboard showing that data. However, because our dynamic filters are only “previous quarter,” “current quarter,” “next quarter,” etc., they are stuck with having to manually put in “Jan 1 - March 31, 2021,” “April 1 - June 30, 2021,” etc. Which means they’ll have to manually update all those filters every time a new year comes along.
It would be great if PX allowed PX Engagements to be localized/translated into Arabic, Hebrew, and other right to left languages. Please upvote if this is something that you need as well. Thanks! This is an extension of this previously submitted PX Product Idea.
Please add ‘Account Product Mapper’ filter box in all engagement types, the same way you currently have it in email engagements.I don’t see the reason why it should be only present in the Email type and not in all in-app types. I’m finding this feature necessary almost every week in some engagements and it would make our lives 10x simpler if we’d have it available.
We need to be able to add Featured Content to Category pages and also to have context-aware widgets that surface targeted topic or links only within that Category. We are a large-scale B2B technology company with multiple product lines, and the user experience is very challenging to support those without being able to modify the Category pages more and target content to localized topics/content/announcements, etc.We are willing to try custom CSS but prefer not to.
Hi all,After raising a support ticket with Gainsight, I learned that the Logs tab within Data Operations stores activities performed only on low volume custom objects. While there is detailed documentation on this, there is no indication within the actual interface that this is the case. I’m requesting that there be some sort of help-text that indicates this. Again, while I know documentation exists around this matter, I believe seeing this information directly within the platform would be more effective and time-saving than going to search for the documentation. Thanks for considering this!
Hello, We have a customer, actually quite a few who are interested in continued improvements in the Timeline UI. They want to be able to have easier editing, including pictures/diagrams in the edit console (not as attachments), and other unstructured data.I don’t see other postings like this, but the need for an improved editor for timeline is a frequent ask.Thanks...
Hello!I am not sure if this idea has been brought forth, when I am constructing rules, I often need to either reuse the same task for whatever reason.I wished we have the ability to copy tasks in Bionic Rules without having to recreate the whole task object. A good example of this is when I am looking at CTA’s and trying to determine where they are or what criteria we want to use to trigger future CTA’s or close the ones that are already open.
Renewal center allows up to 20 widgets in a view, but Gainsight only offers 9. While you can use the same widget and change the filters, you can’t actually add anything new you create. This greatly limits the usefulness of renewal center, and really forces a one size fits all approach with it’s design. Want to see something one of these widgets doesn’t offer? Guess you’ll have to make a report on a dashboard and look at it there!More flexibility here would be useful and increase the value prop for customers to buy and use RC, and keep it long-term.
Posting on behalf of a customer, who has two user workflows that are essentially identical, with exception of the URL path being either /new/ or /edit/. Here is the question that they had ,“We have the “new” workflow mapped, with probably 100+ elements. We now want to map the “edit” workflow, which again, is mostly identical. Is there a way to copy the entire node that’s labeled “activities:create” into a new node called “activities:edit”?”Let me know if there are any workarounds. This makes for a good product idea . Please consider this
I don’t know what memo I missed, but I just now discovered that this button in table view of Data Designer is what determines how many and which records you see in any data designer visualization you run for that report. This seems pretty obvious now but I’ve only started using DD again recently and was very puzzled on some of the DD behaviour. My request is to not limit this to the table view, but have it persistant across every visualization type so you can easily change if you’re seeing 50, 100 or 200 records, and which “page” of the results you’re seeing. Not only does this make it easier to use but it would make it more obvious to people that you’re only seeing an extremely limited portion of your records at any given time. In my view, Gainsight should always tell you explicitly when you’re seeing a limited data set regardless of where you are or what you’re doing.
