Hi Team,Since people maps is in C360 and all users who have access to Gainsight can edit them and change the view. So the admin or CSM are facing a problem where he is adding few users to People maps as per need and after couple of days this is being changed and they cannot identify on who are making these changes. So can we have a track on people maps where the changes can be tracked by modified name and date and store this History. This will help admins & CSM’s to set the expectations to their internal users and track them. Thanks,Prathap
Posting on behalf of customer,Currently we do not have Z-index option for badges in the guide engagement. It is limited to tooltips/dialogs. It is really good to have the option for badges also, so that the badges will not overlap with the content of user end application.
We have a need to be able to have increased control of what S3 files are generated coming out of Px. We need to be able to turn on/off files to limit what data flows and just create the files that are required. This is due to data security demands, and is critical. Contact me for customer details.
It would be great to be able to add the 'show me' fields as titles under the graphs in the reports. I compare two sets of data often and embed these graphs in the C360 and users do not have the ability to clearly look at what the data is unless they hover over it. It seems like an easy enough enhancement that would be very helpful when reporting multiple data points.
I understand that Font Awesome 4.7 is built in, but if Font Awesome is a language, Font Awesome 5 Pro is a totally different dialect and Font Awesome 6 is even further evolved. We use different the three different weights of icons for different purposes, for instance. At a minimum, if the editor needs to allow all FA classes… I would prefer to be able to insert our kit or license and choose what version we want to reference in the editor.
I’m trying to determine if my CSMs are leveraging the Comment function in Timeline. I don’t see a way to pull comments into an Activity Timeline report. Is this possible? Timeline entry with comments Activity Timeline report grouped by Subject
Journey orchestrator is super powerful, however there are a number of emails that once they bounce on send they are blacklisted for eternity and won’t even enter the program distribution if it had previously bounced. You can remove the email from the blacklist but it has to be done for every invidiual email … and it is tedious. Often times I have found that if I remove them and resend they no longer bounce. And some of the bounces make no sense as other tools have no problem delivering to those addresses. I would be great if you could 1. pull a dynamic list of all customers on the black list, select the ones you want to unblock and remove them.
Hi All, We only have our CSM’s covering a portion of our customer base however we have been requested to send emails via JO to accounts that do not have a resource assigned. This has caused us some pain due to the fact that we don’t have the ability to send via the CSM if it is present or send as a generic user if it is not present. We would like to have more flexibility with this similar to a default value in an email template. Our workaround for this is to create multiple journey’s...but definitely more work on us. @asmith , @alanclos
Right now it would be very helpful have a Program Dashboard. This would be helpful as we have different teams starting to use. Similar to how you can get analytics on an individual program. Analytics how how many programs are currently running, scheduled, recently stopped, paused, etc. Also if we could have it broken down by folder to use a filter
Linked to another issue with have open on email templates, we would like to have additional granularity on the templates that our end-users can see and use. Example: Role 1: Can see all templatesRole 2: PS specific templatesRole 3: Renewal specific Our current challenge is that our users are getting confused with the number of templates which they can see from the Cockpit and we believe that this is one of the areas where we can better streamline the process.
If you add a Case Field in a Data Designer Transformation step, the only data types in the drop down are String, Number and Boolean. I would like to see a Date type. My use case is that I have two dates in my setup, Date1 and Date2. I only want to pass one date to the next step in the setup (Date3). The logic I wanted to use involved a case statement as follows: If Date1 is null, set Date3 to Date2, else Date1 But because I had to define Date3 as a String, I don’t see Date1 and Date2 in the ‘THEN’ drop down.
Would be very helpful to select columns in tabular reports where you could wrap text, especially if the Column Headers names are longer than the data that resides in the column.
Hi Gainsight,I believe it could be useful to be able to rename column in the breakdown view. Sometimes it’s a bit tricky to understand what is what if they all look the same :) Thanks
We are about to migrate to NXT and will require our end users to still login via SFDC. For security (and data accessibility) purposes. We do not want them logging in through the direct Gainsight login.I was under the impression that shouldn’t be a big deal because if you don’t have the URL to login, you wouldn’t know it is available.Today we just moved to Gmail and I discovered this in the Gmail Chrome plugin. We need to ensure there is a comprehensive way to prevent end users from logging in through the NXT direct UI.
I am working with a customer who wants to authorize the Gainsight connector to ZenDesk with a token, rather than a user/pass. Is this possible as it would make management of vendor connectors to ZenDesk easier? Let me know if more info is needed
Hi Team , When i am working with the customer F5 .I got an use case i.e., need to create a report with 20 columns . While selecting the columns in report , for now we are able to select the columns one by one only. We are unable to select all the required columns at a time . If we have that option of selecting multiple columns at a time then creating report will be more simple. Regards Raju.
It’s great that we now have a new points based Leaderboard, the option to modify points given for different activities, and the ability to exclude some user types from it. Next, I’d really like to see a view of the complete Leaderboard. It could be end-user facing, but a moderator view would also suffice. We need to know who our most active users are (sometimes, that’s top 10, sometimes it’s top 30, etc.) along with their total points and last login date. I’m also interested in having an Employee-only Leaderboard, as well as customer member board. This would help support internal contests to encourage employee engagement. And finally, I’d like to be able to select last 30 days, last 90 days, last 1 year, or a custom date range to understand participation and points earned. All of these options are important for rewarding engagement, making it easier to manage contests, quickly identify most active users and invite them to opportunities, etc.
It may be beneficial for end users/admins to have the option to adjust Task Type mapping when syncing Activities from Gainsight to SFDC. Currently, it appears it is set up in such a way that the Task Type to any Activities synced from Gainsight to SFDC will automatically pull the Default Task Type and, depending on which activities are synced, may cause confusion for end users. For example, a user logs a call from the Activities tab with the "Sync to Salesforce Activity" checked off on the Activity config, this call will appear with the default Task Type which may not be set to "Call" and could throw off some end users. Having the ability to map Task Type in the Activities config may assist in resolving this. Thanks!
Posting on behalf of a customer…The use case that one of our customers asked me about is… Can they build one PX Engagement (e.g. updated terms of service) that is linked to ALL PX Products, which would be shown only 1 time to any user that accessed any of their PX tracked products? My add-on comment/workaround… Currently, this is not possible/supported in PX and our customers must build a separate PX Engagement for each PX Product. However, they want to avoid showing the same Engagement (e.g. updated terms of service) to the same user each time they access a different Product, which makes very good sense. One thought that I had, which would require the user to take some action (click a link/button) the first time that they see the Engagement, would be to use the method described in my previous PX Community post Tip of the Week: Using a PX Dialog Engagement to collect additional information from your users to store on their PX User Profile to update an Attribute on the PX User’s profile. Since every PX User has only 1 record in PX and it is shared across all PX Products within the PX Subscription … and the he same is the case for PX Accounts too ... this newly updated PX User Attribute could then be used in the Audience Logic of each Product’s PX Engagement to determine if it should be shown. High level setup steps: 1) add a new PX User attribute, perhaps named “Viewed Updated Terms”2) In those PX Engagements, add the simple custom code as described in the PX Community post linked above to update the PX User’s “Viewed Updated Terms” attribute to “true”. Perhaps a link/button named “Acknowledged” or “I Agree” would be effective.3) Add Audience logic to each PX Product’s separate/identical PX Engagements to check if the “Viewed Update Terms” attribute is not set, which means they either did not see it or did not click the link/button that you provided in the first Engagement they were shown. See sample below:
Hi.It would be good if we have an option to Auto Search when we started typeing the values in all the searchable fields. Example: The Company Name Filed is working as Auto search in Report filter Condition, but not in Rules.Screenshot: This Auto Search is not working in Rules at present. It would be nice if we can get the same facility in Rules as well.Screenshot:
Posting on behalf of customer,Customer wants to have Number of Visits as widget to analyse and compare the data between number of visits and active users each day.If we have a widget of number of visits it would be really easy and helpful.
Hi, Happy new year everyone. I am currently working on Person 360 and would love to hear your thoughts on the same. The plan is to build a Person profile so that you could view all information of a Person in one place. Few inputs that would help me here areWhich teams within your organization would find the 360 view of People helpful? What would be the different details that would be relevant to the different stakeholders? What are the information do you check before you get into call with a customer? Are there any actions that you would need to drive from a Person profile? Also any other thoughts or ideas that you may have for the 360 would be super helpful. Thank you all for your wonderful ideas.Preethi
It would be great to be able to set company holidays that can then have a selection in the playbook to skip company holidays and weekends like you are currently able to set skip weekends in the playbook option and rule due date. this would allow each account to set the dates they have out for their company - or dates where there is a known all company activity (IE Pulse). This came up bc I was applying a playbook and the due date landed on Christmas and New Years Day
