Team, We have a client who is using the playbooks (As playbooks are critical their workflow). They want to track all the changes who have made the changes (w.r.t specific time) changes made by the specific User. Can we have all the audit logs tracked in the Gainsight as well.
Unless I did something wrong, it seems that my reports migrate over to production in the Uncategorized folder. As we spent some time organizing the reports and dashboards properly, it would be nice if there was some Configuration included to migrate the Reports & Dashboards folders too.
Posting on behalf of a customer… It would be nice to be able to add Knowledge Center Bot Analytics to our PX Custom Dashboards. Since we cannot include this on our account/customer filtered dashboards, we must go to Knowledge Center Bot Analytics and filter by that account/customer to see how they are using our Knowledge Center. It would be much better/easier/quicker to see these Knowledge Center Bot statistics on our current account/customer filtered custom dashboards.
Adding tasks directly to meeting notes on the Timeline saves a lot of time. However, to check them off, you need to go to cockpit or edit the Timeline Activity. It would be useful if you could check off tasks in a Timeline Activity without having to edit the Activity.
Posting on Behalf of a Customer. Currenlty when getting daily PX export files from the AWS S3 Integration, it would drop everything at the target destination at one level. Eventually you will have many files in the target destination which can go pretty long. Example (Its one file here, but each days sends over 10 different files): GainsightPX_User_Feature_RollUps_Day1 GainsightPX_User_Feature_RollUps_Day2 GainsightPX_User_Feature_RollUps_Day3 GainsightPX_User_Feature_RollUps_Day4 It would make more sense to have a folder created each day to contain that days data and would help load time of directory, as you would only open the day that is needed to ingest at the target. Example (Instead of “Day 1” we be doing a date “2020-07-08”: Day 1(Folder)/GainsightPX_User_Feature_RollUps_Day1 Day 2 (Folder)/GainsightPX_User_Feature_RollUps_Day2 Day 3 (Folder)/GainsightPX_User_Feature_RollUps_Day3 Day 4 (Folder)/GainsightPX_User_Feature_RollUps_Day4
Wanting to delete older data weekly before inserting new data.
Right now, as I understand it, when you look at Adoption reports in PX, the account adoption percentage is the number of accounts who have used a feature in the time frame specified divided by the number of unique accounts seen in the same time frame. To me, this isn’t the actual account adoption rate. I would expect it to be “All accounts that have used a feature divided by the total number of paying accounts (as seen from the SFDC connector) (or specified in a particular filter).” We have a very commonly used feature… the account percentage is very nearly 100% all the time, because people who log in do use the feature. However, some percentage of our paying customers are not logging in, so I need to know the actual percentage of our customers using the feature… if they didn’t log in, they didn’t use it.
There is currently a limit of 10 formula fields per Transform task in Rules Engine. It would be nice if this limit was increased so that we don’t have to create multiple Transform tasks for the same source data.
It would be helpful to provide functionality when a Success Plan is created you could format the name oin a semi-automate fashion...such as: Success Plan Type “Get to Green” Date is 2020-05-20 The Success Plan Name could fill with: Abatement May 20, 2020 That the user could then add a suffix to. Don’t forced this to all (PLEASE), but make it a possibility.
USE CASE: In PX, with the current design we are not able to change the icons/emojis in the surveys. For E.g, Considering the Boolean survey, we have two emojis with the different expressions. Here is the image, Some of the users, may not want to use the face emojis, as they might come off as racially insensitive. But with the current design, we can’t change the icons. So it would be better if we have the option to edit the icons, either through code or by including some other symbols in the PX, like Thumbs-up/Thumbs-down symbols. Thanks, Shireesha.
Hey Team, Speaking with a customer we came across a use case I would like to share here. We are looking at an engagement that they would like to set the audience based on the comparison of 2 fields. example…. if field x is greater that field y… then user should qualify for the engagement. Do we see this as a possibility as a feature request for an upcoming release? -Mike
Hi Team, Currently, our Gainsight end users receive a 'Real Time Digest' email whenever they have CTAs assigned to them. Would it be possible for that email to include who assigned the CTA to them? Right now the email notification just tells them that a new CTA was assigned to them, but does not tell them who assigned it to them
I’d like to be able to filter the Journey Orchestrator / Program Analytics page by different attributes that are on the Company object. For example, by Segment (custom field), Stage (standard field), Renewal Date, etc.
I am in the process of trying to clean up the CTA Types and Reasons for my current environment - an environment I inherited that was terribly configured. Struggling with the fact that I cannot change CTA Types on existing CTAs (and according to Support, Gainsight can’t either) I cannot disable a CTA Type if it’s in use by existing CTAs My only option appears to be to delete the CTAs that use the type I want to eliminate - but I discovered that if I delete a CTA that had an email associated with it, the email gets deleted from Timeline as well. So basically, can Gainsight suggest a way to retire old CTA Types so that end users do not continue to use them?
As I have Journey Orchestrator Query Builders running which use the Rulese Engine to process information, these can be impacting Rules Engine Performance when troubleshooting. There is no location that shows these JO Query Builder Status in a combined location. The only way to see a status of a Query Builder running is to go into each Program, then to the Sources, and then into each Query Builder to see that status, to see if it is running, or queued. To have a dashboard that would show the status. would be very helpful. To have these show up in the Rules Timeline would be even better.
Hi Team, When user exports the report it fails with below Error saying - Your request to export "" report failed due to the following reason(s): Invalid report details to export This happens when SFDC session expires and export the report. Multiple users reported asking for the reason for it. Can we change the error message saying that Session expired, please refresh the page/login again and try export again or something like that. This will help most of the users. Thanks, Prathap
Team, Currently, we don't accept the special character like "Semicolon, Double quote & Single quote" in the Items list of Dropdownlist whether it can be Single/Multiple Dropdownlist as per current design in below screenshot. However, it should accept all the special characters which allow by Salesforce. Can you please consider this request as well.
Currently there is no way to identify a High (Red), Medium (Yellow), or Low (Green) color for the success plan objectives. It would be nice to have this in the objective/gannt chart sections to reflect the items that are trending a specific color. It would also be nice to have a way to sort and filter on the specific colors.
Currently, we are not able to include the survey link in an Escalation Email in AO. The escalation email goes to the CSM, and in some cases, users would like their CSMs to copy this email and send it back out to their customers personally, and include the survey link. Due to the way our survey participant tracking works, I can't add a template with a survey to the escalation email, but I'm curious to know if there is any way to do this in the future? The customer wants his CSMs to be able to resent the survey personally but at this time there's no way to get the link to the CSM to then give to their customers. Thanks
This was cited as a comment on https://community.gainsight.com/cs-ideas-21/success-plan-snapshot-2-0-export-capabilities-31593. Figured it warranted it’s own post. With end users heavily using Success Plans built on Success Snapshot 2.0 it would be great if the Success Plan Export Configuration would support 2.0. We have dashboard reports linking to SPs, which end users will use to pull up specific SPs. Except if they want to export, they have to go the extra step to navigate to C360 in order to export a Success Snapshot because the native export function doesn’t support 2.0, producing a frustrating end user experience.
