Hi All, It will be very helpfull if we can group the average session data based on the Accounts/users on the dashboard widget as shown in the below screen shot. Regards, R Satheesh
Daily/weekly usage reports that gets sent to PX users includes sensitive information like name, email address. Allow admins the ability to hide this information from usage reports.
After applying audience rules for a guide, I would like to see how many users match the criteria. This would help boost my confidence in the rules I created. For example, if I have 0 rules I’d like to see that every user is going to see the guide, and if I apply a rule for something like “users are not located in north america” I would expect that number to decrease. Without this, I don’t know if the rules are working or not.
It would improve the UI to allow for a Dropdown type of field for multiple-choice survey question responses, instead of a long list with checkboxes.
As we create more and more engagements, it would really be helpful if we could organize engagements into folders. I could see organizing engagements by topic or application page or release version for example. This would help me find what I was looking for more quickly.
It would be helpful if there is a toggle to show and hide certain types of events. For example, being able to hide UI Element rules would help a lot. Show only custom events hide generic features like “Any Page Viewed”
I want to see how many timeline entries are in draft to make sure CSMs are going through and moving out of draft eventually. Is there a way to report on this?
Is there any chance of availability of Gainsight 360 in NXT
Unless the customer unsubscribes from the link provided there is no way for the Gainsight Admin to opt-out the customer and/or contact(s) from non-operational Success Communications and/or Surveys. Sending a test e-mail to yourself on behalf of the contact provides an unsubscribe link that does not work. Gainsight Admins should have the ability to opt-out on the customer's behalf instead of telling them to unsubscribe on the next e-mail communication.
We would like the capability to connect “Success Plan timeline entries” to the actual Success Plan. Currently the CSM types in the name of the Success Plan but there is nothing actually connecting it to that plan. We want to be able to see all new timeline entries in our Success Plan dashboard.
Hi Team, We have a customer who is looking to bulk update the success plan by making them as Status as “Active”. Currently we don't have this feature in gainsight. Reason: We are unable to close the relationship level CTA's via rule because they are part of a success plans which weren’t active. When the success plan isn't active, corresponding CTA's also wouldn't be active. The rule was showing zero fail and zero pass. Impact: We need to go to each success plan and make them active manually. Best, Hardik
Hello, Resurfacing a request I saw on some older community posts… an oldie but a goodie! I’d like to be able to create a report on timeline entries, filtered by keywords present in the notes of timeline entries. Currently, we are able to filter by contains keyword for the Subject, but not Notes of timeline. Any further consideration for this?
I would like to understand how people are best keeping track of their tasks. My thought is that I would log in in the morning, and see all of my tasks that are due today and throughout the week. Then i can prioritize and plan my week. But it looks like I need to go find these tasks within each individual CTA. I would love them to appear in a calendar view or something. How are others doing this? Right now, I will export them and prioritize them in excel.
I could be missing it, but is there a way to add a notes field to the dashboards? We have this in our own product, and it’s incredibly helpful to call out quick wins or point out high-level data points. It helps provide context or summarize a widget/report for someone like an executive who doesn’t spend all their time in Gainsight, allowing them to quickly glance at the data and immediately get what’s most important out of it. Something like a standard blank field that I could add multiple times to a dashboard, and edit it for each instance with the summary info I want to include.
Report changes were not reflected in quick insights. For example If a customer created a quick insight on a report. Later customer removed some field in the report builder it was not reflecting quick insght.
In recent days, we ended up CSMs asking for similar ability where they could attach necessary files using Gainsight c360 layout that we have in Salesforce Accounts related tab “Notes and Attachments” section. Functionality helps CSM to look for what contracts they have signed and which contact has to be reached for ease of communication with right customer contacts at need of hours. We did build a solution having a report on Attachments and link to C360 layout using ParentID field as the customer id lookup. Apparently solution worked, however retained only with direct files to the customer/account id but the lists show up is not exactly as SFDC related tab. Where as, SFDC does reflect files associated even to its contacts task, events, notes etc I reached to support team of Gainsight and they where directed saying it could be achieved via VFP, but again, managing VFPs developed by internal IT had overlaying issue on Gainsight page layouts and if this feature is developed by Gainsight as embed solution of having it under C360 or even at R360 would be of great deed. Can we get this in one of a future releases? Thanks for keeping up the rate of customer success high.
Posting on behalf of a customer: In Audience and Account Explorer, you can see the number of visits per account and per user. As a user, I would like the ability to filter any report or widget by the number of visits. For example, I may not want to target a user who has only been to the product once. Right now, I can sort Audience and Account Explorer by visits, but I cannot filter. There is another similar request that is focused specifically on Retention Analysis.
Submitting on behalf of a customer… It would be nice if PX allowed a mapped PX Feature (or Module) in the PX Product Map to be temporarily/permanently disabled without deleting it. And, with this, the ability to filter by “active” vs. “inactive” PX Feature (or Module) in the Product Mapper view. Use cases: disable a PX Feature from being tracked temporarily/permanently without deleting it (we may want to turn it back on later) build/test a new, improved mapping for the Feature without deleting or modifying the original one when Features are no longer being used after they were removed from the application
