Hi Team,In the Data Designer, if we have a option to select (>, >=, <, and <=) operators in the Transformation filetr task would be great like how we have in Rules.So that we can perform comparisions between Numeric Fields.In Rules, if we select any “Numeric” field in the Transformation task Filters we have a ability to perform various operations like (=, !=, >, >=, <, and <=), but that option is not existed in the Data Designer. It is a good addition to be able to cross-refer to other parts of the article. This will allow us to write in a more targeted way and increase the reading pleasure of our members. 

Can Gainsight allow for ORC files to be ingested in any capacity?  Either in data designer (via S3) or any of the connectors.  Our datalake has a lot of standard usage tables that are in ORC file types that are used by other teams and products such as marketo.  In order to ingest this data, the data team needs to write additional scripts in a .csv format in order for Gainsight to ingest it.  Since the majority of the organization can access the ORC files, our request becomes more challenging to prioritize (good ole work politics) :)  

Hi All - I have an account who would like the ability to move the Action Button (to a VF page) from the far right to the far left so end-users won’t have to scroll when needing to make edits. 

I’m hopeful this idea to add Product as an option to the +Create Topic / Create Idea dialog gets developed in the future. To complement that, it would be great to have a version of the Idea Pipeline widget (for the Ideation module landing page) that can be showcased by product, not just idea status. Use case: more than one product, wanting to focus community’s attention by product, in those pipeline widgets, not idea status. 

We're running into a funny but also rather frustrating issue where the tags from old spam topics show up in the drop down: Can this be changed so topics that have been marked as spam doesn't 'bleed’ into the rest of the community? :) 

Creating a new event eveytime is painful. Better we clone the existing event, make changes to it and save it as new will make job eaiser.

 In Germany, the 24-hour time system is used. It would be great if it were possible to choose the time system for the front end. Especially for events.

Ask:I would like to be able to set user roles for events (whether it’s individual events or entire event types) so that an event is only available to that particular user role(s). It would hide/appear in the Events feed and widget.An alternative solution, though a less flexible and less desirable one, would be to make Group events populate into the main Events listing for logged in users who are part of that Group.The problem as it exists today:When I create an Event, it can either be created and visible to everyone or the Event can be assigned to a Group. The downside of using a Group, however, is that the Event then does not show up in the Events feed, regardless of whether or not you are logged in and part of that Group. So these Events are not exposed nearly as well to the potential attendee. They don’t show up in the sidebar event calendar widget, they don’t show up in the “Events” module page.Examples

Enable the “attend” button on event pages to redirect to a specific URL. Use case: using Events for calendaring on the community, but linking to a more robust events platform for ticketing, etc. Alternate use case: calendaring related events that are not “from” the community, but partners in the space. If another party owns the registration, but if there’s a desire for the community to direct traffic to external events.  The link functionality doesn’t serve this need, because it’s still possible for someone to RSVP via the community event page, which could be a misleading user experience. 

It would be great to be able to reply to a thread via email. Many of our internal users on the Jive platform leverage this feature today. They would get notifications about responses to threads that they are subscribed, and can simply hit reply on their mobile device to respond without having to open the community and login.

In Application Settings (NXT), the Timezone doesn’t show the full name of the timezones available which makes it more difficult to select the correct Timezone. Not a major issue but the unique Daylight Savings scenarios in different GEOs could be an issue if the time is slightly off.

Hi, I love the menu overview on the Knowledge Base - example attached below using inSpired’s very own content  - as it’s really helpful for highlighting to users all the information that’s available to them.It’d be really useful to also show a menu like above, or a ‘related articles’ (instead of ‘related topics’) widget once a user clicks into an article.For example, if I select General information > New to the inSpired Community?, I lose visibility of the menu above. If I don’t find the info I need within the selected article, I then have to click ‘back’ to the General information page to see

I come across a scenario many times while handling multiple accounts. We login to the Customer Orgs through LMA at times; there are situations where assets like Reports/Rules have been deleted/modified. It’s a difficult situation to track down the missing assets. It might take time till we have logs for everything in place but for now atleast we can have it for deleted assets. This avoids confusion and saves time!

I am looking to build a custom "Trend" widget similar to the Health Score widget on the summary page of C360. I have a Core MRR value that I want to show progression over time (higher or lower than average)  

Hello everyone I would like to understand how I can customize / reorganize the position of the different fields in the custom section in the Company Object.So far, Gainsight seems to position them in a default order and I would like to fine tune it.Thanks for your help !RegardsClement

Our CS team uses email logs in C360 to understand how customers are engaging with email. We have various teams sending emails through journey orchestrator, so it’s important for CS teams to be able to review the actual content the email log is referring to. Ideally they could click the template name in the email log table and view the email template.  See the comments in this discussion.  

Customer use case :Customer requirement is to add big graph, but it’s looking clumsy.Can we increase the width of the report in JO.

Mouseover is available in so many places in Gainsight’s Admin UI so that full field names (especially with object paths) or other asset names can be viewed when there are multiple long names with the same “starting string” naming convention (rules engine, reports, etc. - really helps).  Would like this added to the Mapping section of JO Programs - see screenshot below - would be a real help to admins where field names exceed the space allotted, but the leading object name, or standard prefix, makes it hard to see. Although you can find the full name by srolling through the dropdown and looking for the bold & highlighted field (vs highlighted only for where the mouse pointer is), that’s extra mouse time and can lead to inadvertently changing the mapping:  

We use the Rule Date field to load a “snapshot date” to certain objects for historical tracking. It would be very helpful to be able to load the Rule Date as a DateTime field for greater granularity when troubleshooting. For example, if we have a certain rule that updates values every 2 hours, the time granularity would be helpful in understanding when an error may have occurred (incorrect value loaded, etc.). 

Right now, if you change a success plan field name, there is no indication it was changed at one point or what the previous field name was called. It would be nice if this was indicated somewhere.

It would be really helpful to have an option to exclude from a join. This is intended for “exceptions”. Right now, I have to do a full left join and then a transform to get this. It would be great to be able to do this in one step. SQL example:select * from TABLE_1where Unique_ID is not in(select Unique_ID from TABLE_2)

Currently, the only option for setting logical operators between rules is to choose a global “AND” or “OR” operator for all the chosen rules.EXAMPLE:I want to show our engagement to all the users satisfying the following criteria:(UserId is on a certain list OR the User triggered a Custom Event) AND (User visited URL)where Users, Custom Events and URL are different Rules in Audience Logic.In other words I want to show our engagement to all the users which have visited a certain URL and which satisfy at least one of the conditions in brackets (their ID is on a list of IDs OR they triggered a certain event).Maybe you can apply a logic similar to the one for “Group&Prioritize Engagements” which you announced in th

I have a table of application outages/degradations in seconds by begin date. I want to use data designer to calculate an uptime or availability time by month for the various applications, but I can’t because data designer does not allow me to summarize a date field by timeslice (e.g. one month) before I do a transformation where I take sum of all outages in month and subtract that number from total seconds in a month, and then divide by total seconds in a month to get an uptime percentage.
