Hi. Can we have a Revert/Reset back option in Rules Fetch task like how we have in Reports. Screenshot:   And right now the preview option is working like Save option. Once we click on preview first the task is saved and then it is showing the sample data.  So unfortunately if we remove any filter in the live and scheduled rule and click preview it is saving first. Hi.When we apply the Aggregations on Datetime field in Rule the Output data comingup with Daetime, whereas in Report showing Date only. So just want to know is this expected behaviour or am I missing something.Ex: I am using Activity Timeline Object in rule and report with Max of Activity DateReport Screenshot: Rule Preview Screenshot: Thanks.

Does Gainsight (CS/NXT) provide a data connector for Eloqua? If not, are there any plans to introduce this functionality in a future release? 

Hi Team, We have a custom field on an activity type where the drop down options are cut off as per current design. Can we please wrap the text or have some other way to view the full option? 

We would like rules engine rules to be able to scope items edited/created within the past x hours (e.g. in a Post to Slack external action)- but we can only limit based on days today, even if the value is a timestamp.

Hello Team,Recently, I came across a situation where the Rule execution history showing as below, when it failed for crossing the limit of 30 Miniutes Time Out error :: “Error occurred in action: Action 1 - Load To Opportunity - Task - Merge Close Type : exception.SystemException:--------------------------------------------------------------Exception occurred while polling status of bulk api action"  I believe, If we could change the error information in the Rule execution history as “Bulk API Error – Timeout – Rule exceeded 30 minutes run time, it would be helpful for end users. Thank You

Currenty, the only way to create some kind of a landing page - the page with all available categories and articles in the Knowledge Base - is to have a single Parent category and sub categories in it.Also, having no way to customize this Parent category the way Community Homepage could be customized, makes this page not really convinient for users since you can’t add the cloud of tags or other widgets, and customize it somehow else.

Right now there is no way to add permissions to CTAs. Without the ability to lock down the permission to delete a CTA, setting any sort of performance metric based on CTA success rate requires quite a bit of auditing because CTAs can be deleted to artificially inflate win rate.

In the Global cockpit, the CTA owners are distinguished wtih the user’s initials PLUS various colored bubbles (see attached).  Would be useful if these same color coded initials would be displayed on Timeline entries (see attached screenshot). 

I was checking the documentation for the new Cockpit implementation with Horizon Experience at https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/04Cockpit_and_Playbooks/02User_Guides/Cockpit_New_Functionalities_and_Improvements_(Horizon_Experience) and noticed the following comment: My CTAs view does not display CTAs where you own a task but does not own the CTA. As we often have CTAs assigned to 1 person and tasks to someone else, this feels like a blocker to switch to the new experience. Will this be addressed in an upcoming release?

I'm working with an Admin who has enabled internal survey questions to gather feedback from the CSM team on why the NPS response was what it  was. This allows them to see in  one report the Customer's Response and context from the CSM from follow up conversations. What they are running into is that once they answer the question and hit submit they no longer can edit the answer if they get additional context or if there is a grammar or spelling error.  It would be great to allow edibility on internal question answers.

Hi Team, Had a request from a team member to display a number next to each C360 category on the left-hand panel of the C360. Example:Scorecard (3)Success Plan (2)Cockpit (6) They felt it would add nice visibility to show how many items fall under each category.Thanks!

I often need to remove a report from a Dashboard and we're heavy users of Global Filters. When I try to delete the report, it says I need to remove it from global filters first. This requires me to then navigate back to the top and click through each filter - find my report - uncheck it - click next and then save it. It'd be great if when I tried to delete the report it asked "Would you like to remove this report from the global filters?" and then allow me to remove it from all in the same motion. Would save quite a bit of time and make updating dashboards more enjoyable :-)

We have a business scenario where we need a report of accounts that have changed scores (example: yellow to green, red to green, etc) and want only the scores/accounts that have changed score levels.  Currently, there is no way to report on the actual change. Knowing this list of X customers improved in metrics A, B, and C, while this other list of Y customers trended down in metrics A, B, and C would be hugely valuable for us and other users. So much around CS revolves around the trend...who is headed in the right direction and who is sliding backward. Being able to communicate this across the organization to various stakeholders is critical. 

Currently, we are unable to delete attachments in the drafts. It would be great to have the ability to remove/delete these similar to how we can delete timeline drafts. Below is an example

I'm trying to find some documentation on the functionality around "Continue" in a Program in Journey Orchestrator: What does Continue mean?  Does it just wait until the Conditional Wait Time Limit is up?  What would be the next step in the program shown above if the conditions were met?  Weren't met? Could we add an option to view dependencies in MDA by Field? For example, if a specific field has dependencies, I have to search through all of the dependency categories until I find where the field is identified. If we could add a category that grouped the dependencies by what field they are associated with, that would be really helpful.

When saving a report for the first time (or using the save as button), you should be able to choose which folder it is being saved to rather than having to save it then back out and move it to a folder.

Currently, if users are in the Lightning experience GS has implemented a security limitation where the action icon on the reports in C360 that would normally redirect to the SFDC page do not work. Our CSMs are constantly receiving an error on permissions. This last week alone I have received 3 tickets from CSMs on the issue.This should work seamlessly regardless of if the user is in Classic or Lightning mode. I am told by support we need to add another permission to the users "ExportChurnAlertsDashbord" or  “Gainsight Admin”. We are working to see if the "ExportChurnAlertsDashbord" will work, but you cannot give everyone Admin rights.To visually understand, Lightning for us is when the SFDC banner is still present. We have locked down toggling back to Classic. Classic view in GS for us currently is when the end user does not have the SFDC banner present, but that is very inconvenient for users. When navigating to any C360 page and search for company name from the search field.It should contain history of at least last 10 searched companies.The moment a logged in user tries to find a company in the search, it should show previously searched items. It would help a lot user to navigate to different C360 pages and keep track of search history.

It would be really great if we could add embedded pages to the shared c360 layouts - we’d like to include a project plan which is hosted in Click-Up (Unfortunately the Success Plan feature has some missing functionality /UX issues that mean our CS team are not adopting it)Ideally we could give the client just one link (gainsight) and they can view the project plan there alongside other info, rather than having to send them directly to click-up (and probably sending them a gainsight link as well)

I am finding that when I am adding filters to reports that some of the data is cut off i.e.(previous score Lookup(Sc… . It would be great to allow the window to expand to see all the information or at least have a hover feature that would provide a pop up with the full text
