When saving a report for the first time (or using the save as button), you should be able to choose which folder it is being saved to rather than having to save it then back out and move it to a folder.

Currently, if users are in the Lightning experience GS has implemented a security limitation where the action icon on the reports in C360 that would normally redirect to the SFDC page do not work. Our CSMs are constantly receiving an error on permissions. This last week alone I have received 3 tickets from CSMs on the issue.This should work seamlessly regardless of if the user is in Classic or Lightning mode. I am told by support we need to add another permission to the users "ExportChurnAlertsDashbord" or  “Gainsight Admin”. We are working to see if the "ExportChurnAlertsDashbord" will work, but you cannot give everyone Admin rights.To visually understand, Lightning for us is when the SFDC banner is still present. We have locked down toggling back to Classic. Classic view in GS for us currently is when the end user does not have the SFDC banner present, but that is very inconvenient for users. When navigating to any C360 page and search for company name from the search field.It should contain history of at least last 10 searched companies.The moment a logged in user tries to find a company in the search, it should show previously searched items. It would help a lot user to navigate to different C360 pages and keep track of search history.

It would be really great if we could add embedded pages to the shared c360 layouts - we’d like to include a project plan which is hosted in Click-Up (Unfortunately the Success Plan feature has some missing functionality /UX issues that mean our CS team are not adopting it)Ideally we could give the client just one link (gainsight) and they can view the project plan there alongside other info, rather than having to send them directly to click-up (and probably sending them a gainsight link as well)

I am finding that when I am adding filters to reports that some of the data is cut off i.e.(previous score Lookup(Sc… . It would be great to allow the window to expand to see all the information or at least have a hover feature that would provide a pop up with the full text   

I would like to have the ability to upload native Outlook attachments (.msg) to a timeline entry. This will reduce the amount of copy and pastes for the CSMs and also a keep the original email attachment in case of reference for trails/reference purposes.

Integration of Outlook into Gainsight. Outlook the standard tool used by Cisco. Having the ability to leverage all of the functionality Gainsight has built around email, through Outlook would be a huge win, increase in adoption and increase in user experience.

Outlook: Receive email notifications in Outlook and SMS ( Example: Gainsight when a customer's Health Score goes down, etc. everything)

Adding post to Athena category: Today there is no integration of outlook with Gainsight. Communication and documentation of communication all in one place is key for CSM's success. As email is widely used and office email is key part of their day to day operation it would be very useful to have emails attach to the CTA so there is a context to the communication

I’m not so happy with some of the recent update to the Surveys 2.0 Enhanced Survey Participants change under the Analyze tab.  Previously, the page had icons in the first column that allowed me to easily preview the response, which I used all of the time.Now the preview moved to the dropdown menu on the far right of the screen, and instead the left-most column has check boxes for each survey and allows me to delete a bunch of surveys at one time. Now, that might be a useful function, but I almost NEVER delete survey responses, and I would hope no one does.So, instead of one click on the left side (typically where my mouse starts out on the page) to preview the response - the action that I do ALL THE TIME on the screen, I now have to navigate to the far right, hoping that I am still on the correct row, click the vertical ellipse, then choose preview - a mouse drag and 2 clicks to perform a very common action that used to take just 1 click.I don't think that is a

I'm creating a survey and I need to create a question that is not a checkbox and it's not a radio one. When a person will answer my question he can choose 1, 2 or 3 answers, not more than 3, but less than 3 it's ok. And I'll give like ten options.How can I do it?

Hi Insided, I just wanted to share an idea that I had and think many community’s would benefit from having. The events widget is great and good to have, but it would be even better if when someone's RSVP’s that they would actually receive a community notification on the platform, via DM or by email saying that the event has started or is starting soon etc. If this was to be done by a DM, it would be great if you could include imagery in DM’s to such as a banner. 

We build all of our Knowledge Center content on Insided, and as such our colleagues are constantly sharing different pieces of content on Slack. When you send a link, it shows a preview with our community logo and the general meta-description. Oftentimes, we will be sending 3+ links in answer to an internal question (e.g. what features are good for sponsors? link 1, link 2, link 3).This quickly clutters a Slack channel lowering adoption. A colleague asked if we could customize the preview to show some of the content - e.g. the title, and the description. At very least, to not show the same thing over and over. I understand that this feature was built with social sharing in mind, so I get why it’s not working that way.Would be way more helpful if the preview said “BizzaKnowledge - Answer Questions Live Using Bizzabo Q&A”​​

Right now the only option for a chart is “cumulative”, but when the measure is an average, it just adds the averages from each period together. Obvious usecase is rolling OSAT average. Right now I can just do period by period, and if there are only a few survey responses in a period it is very noisy.   

It would be great to see logs/history of exports from the admin tab or have a link to download that particular export pop up when it is available. I have trouble with my export emails hitting my inbox (or even my spam filter) and I have no way of going back to find the export. It would be nice to be able to go back in and find the link to the .csv from somewhere within the app in case my emails are being blocked.

We would like for our org to be able to use filter on their own reports within dashboard. However when creating job aids, we have a hard time helping people understand the drop down of options  when looking at filters. There is a hide function but that function will hide something from all users not just CSMs. Is there way we can designate who to hide filter fields from so that when editing dashboard reports they see what is relevant for them and not the full list an admin would need?Darshana

I've noticed that when you create a daily usage report in the line graph format, that because of the way that it's scaled, a very small change can appear very dramatic.  As a result, a customers usage can appear to be in trouble when it's not.  I would suggest that we are enabled to set the scale of our reports so it shows the data and scales more accurately.

Currently, when you create a timeline activity of a certain type, the corrosponding CTA that is created is created as whatever your default CTA type is which throws off reporting on CTAs. I would suggest that instead the CTA created from tasks from a Timeline activity can be set to be in a certain reporting catagory instead. 

When creating an activity on the Timeline, after typing in meeting notes, if I hit "tab" it takes me to the Tasks section and automatically adds a task.   This should not create a task for me, because I don't always want to create a task.  

Sometimes due to multiple attchments to an email, the email fails to log into Timeline (bcc to Timeline) feature. Is there a way to better this experience by adding secondary timeline entries with just attachments? 

In regards to attaching files in Timeline - Currently, the system is limited to certain file types, and we cannot attach Outlook email messages. Will .msg be a file type that we can add as an attachment in Timeline in the future?

We are trying to find a way to effectively search for keywords in notes & timeline across all of our customers.  Such as "Financial Reporting", is there a way to do this?

User Story: As a CSM I need to filter & group by my task due date so I can prioritize my work in my cockpit. Use case: CSMs have overdue tasks within a CTA, but the CTA displays in the group by as due at a future time because the filter & grouping options are based on the final due date of the whole CTA.  This is true for all CTAs that have tasks with distinct due dates.
