Posting on behalf of a customer… For us, we look at Retention Analysis in a weekly cohort size view (not monthly) as we see such volatility each week.  In our efforts to drive and increase retention, in Quarter #1 we implemented a, b, c and in Quarter #2 we implemented d, e, f, and so on for Quarter #3 and Quarter #4.  Since the Retention Analysis chart is limited to only 12 weeks (in weekly cohort size view) we cannot get the full picture from Q1-Q4, so it would be great if this could be expanded to cover more than 12 weeks and perhaps even up to a full year.

Hi Team, I am posting behalf of a Customer. Customer recieves a report with attachment on daily basis, and would like to be able to have Gainsight consume this via the S3 connector. However, they want to achieve this without any manual intervention. Is it possible to somehow forward emails with attachments to the S3 and have it consume the attachment.

Team, Currenlty, There is a chance of getting duplicate records inserted via S3 Ingest Job because if the source file contains multiple records with the same key values are inserted on particular insertion when there is no records with that key value in that object. The upsert key will be checking if there are existing records and then it will be updating the existing data. Upsert key doesn't check the source file if it contains the duplicates or not. Can we validate the source file based on the upsert key value and remove duplicates before inserting in MDA object

When a related list is added to a C360 section, from my understanding, an "Add" button as well as a view icon (eyeball) are available to the end user. In addition, if that user has access, an edit icon (pencil) is also made available. If the user doesn't have the access to add a record, an error message will be displayed. Currently, there isn't a way to configure whether you want these icons to appear, but it would be useful for this option - especially for the "Add" button.

Hi All,Roboto font is used by the PX application and that it is available in the Editor. However, Roboto is not a web safe font, and it is unavailable/not getting applied for the customer application. if the customer wants this font to be available he needs to add it by himself to his application.To get rid of this, it will be helpful that specific fonts should be loaded by the PX-SDK only.Regards,R Satheesh

Given we are seeing a fair bit of spam right now, we can only access this through control. So have to remember to check this. It would be great if we could get notifications when something hits the spam folder in control to ensure we don't miss anything. Darran

Don't know if this is more of a question or an idea, but putting this out there as I don't know if this is possible in Gainsight already. I have a multi-picklist field for selection of product names that can have a variety of combined selections. I want to try and capture those values as multiple rows in a single column, and write out to an MDA table. (for any Linux geeks, kind of like you can do with an AWK statement in a shell script) Anyone know if this is already possible in Gainsight? If not, then would be great if it could accomodate such a use case.

Hi Team, I am raising this post has it created a lot of confusion among many user. On C360 when we have a stale score, we get the below option as highlighted in the screenshot. When going through the message, one would think that it will refresh the date and make the existing score valid again. But as per the instruction when user clicked "Refresh score" as they believed clicking so would just refresh the date, it actually made it null/NA. Please correct this verbiage .

Hello everyone, I have a customer who is looking to handle auto responders in an outreach/JO Program and flurry of OOO messages spams sender's inbox after a survey being sent. Is there a way to do it today? If not, It would be great to see, perhaps JO program can pause the participant from the journey when an auto response is detected.

Would be great to have the "Show dual Y-Axis" OFF by default as in my case it’s been more often than not unnecessary and causes confusion when overlooked and left enabled.

When we create a new program in JO, the From and Reply-To emails are automatically populated by the email of the user that is creating the program at the time.  In many cases, you wouldn’t necessarily want that users’ email in those fields, as most outreaches would come from a business unit such as a marketing team.  I’m wondering if there’s any plan to allow us to set default email values for Programs in JO, to take this step out of the process for users creating programs and reduce the change of using the wrong email?

Hi team, One of our customers have brought into our notice a limitation where he had a custom date field and wanted to use the date field in the variant filter to choose which variant is to be selected according to date but was not able to access the date field there.  Is there any plan on having the ability to do so?Please share your thoughts. 

This came up while working on some other issue, so thought of sharing this! This is with regards to creating new field inside an object. When you add an object, the secondary “save” button doesn’t appear without having to scroll down when you use Chrome. It’s not obvious that an additional save is required as there’s no warning, asking -if you want to save prior to navigating away. I would like to make a feature request that the button appear on the screen without having to scroll and such a warning populate.

Currently, when you export the XLIFF file for an engagement, it exports just a blank file based off the base English engagement, rather than the existing XLIFF file. I believe the intended use case for re-exporting an XLIFF file is when the base engagement changes and thus the <source> tags (at least in XLIFF 2.0) change as well.However, our PMs are finding they frequently want to:Make small translation changes that aren’t based off changes in the base engagement. Make small changes to the base engagement that don’t require a full re-translation, just a few modifications to the XLIFF.This means that in order to avoid fully re-translating when we have a small translation or engagement edit, we have to maintain our own repository of our previously uploaded XLIFFs.We would like the option to re-export the currently populated XLIFF file instead of the blank one, as PX is clearly already storing them. 

After meeting with multiple User Groups at Micro Focus, we received requests to see if Gainsight could integrate with Whatapps or SMS.

This is a feedback I would like to share  on-behalf of one client. While listing the email for the notification, if you first copy/paste the list of email with leading or trailing spaces the system commits it with that email address and when email is triggered it gets bounced. Now, if you hit re-save, the system strips of the spaces and then commit that back without any space. Can we have the system do that in the very beginning not when we re-save it?       Initially - “  abc@gainsight.com”, “xyz@gainsight.com”  After re-save - “abc@gainsight.com”, “xyz@gainsight.com”

As it currently stands, the position of Knowledge Center Bot is relative to the button it is embedded to. There is the offset functionality, but my understanding is that it is limited as it is done via pixels. As different screens have different resolutions, the positioning would be different on every screen when using that capability. My team would find it useful to have the ability to  put it in 1 fixed position, relative to the screen (e.g., bottom right) instead of relative to the button.

Hi, I brought in a URL field from an outside data source and added it to Company, and the URLs are hyperlinked/clickable in both the original MDA and through the Company object. However, when I add the URL field to Unified Scorecard Fact reports, the URL is no longer clickable. Can this be improved upon by the product team? I’d love to not have to have different reports just because one field doesn’t function as intended. 

Hello Team, Can we retrieve the failed emails that were supposed to log to SFDC (when "Log to Salesforce" option is enabled). This is because once logging to Task is failed with “Apex CPU time limit” error, we are not able to login them again to Task in SFDC. If this cannot be done, can we update “Text body” in AO Emails object with token values instead of tokens.This would help multiple customers.   Thanks & Regards, Srikanth

Hi , One of our customers have reached out saying it is important for them to have the ability to add “%” in their new CTA Reason name as is the case in SFDC.As of now, it is not supported in NXT. Please share your thoughts.
