Some of our users would like to pin more than 10 sections to their personalized C360. There is real estate on the page for a couple more pins at least. Can the limit be made controllable by admins?Thanks,Jasmina

Here are some things I have had to re-discover, so I’m putting them here in case they help anyone else working with Programs:If an email template has a survey, that email template can’t be used in a CTA. If an email template has a survey, and the question is a radio button, the question won’t show up as an available option for an Advanced Program For Advanced Programs, you only see email templates with inline surveys in them if you pick NPS Survey or Generic Survey as the type of Program.

I was configuring permissions for a team that will be handling our user provisioning going forward and there is currently no way to allow them to manage users without giving them super admin permissions which I do not want to do. They should have access to the manage users section only.I tried assigning the permission bundle for navigation to the user management page but this only allows viewing and not administration. There should be a permission specifically for user permissions as there is for things like emails, surveys, etc.

When sending a Success plan to customers, it’d be great to be able to remove the “powered by Gainsight” similar to how you can do on the surveys.  

Currently, the “last seen” filter shows any users/account who has logged into any Product, Channel, or Environment within a given time. While this is a useful filter, we could use a filter that looks to see if a user has been active specifically in the selected product, channel, and environment instead of ALL products, channels, and environment. This will allow our customer to see this data within Audience and Account Explorer.

Should I expect that Object Analyzer fully supports Horizon Rules or is this a bug?  This is a just a hunch, but it appears they may only appear in analyzer if the object being analyzed is the last source task in the data setup. Ex. I have a two Horizon Rules that pull from a Salesforce Object “Ticket”:  CTA: CAPRISK: CSM: Q2H: Open CAP Ticket and DATA: EXPORT: S3: Call to Action to Snowflake. Only the latter shows in OA.CTA: CAPRISK: CSM: Q2H: Open CAP Ticket:  DATA: EXPORT: S3: Call to Action to Snowflake: Only two rules show in OA for the Ticket object - ne

Rather than having to invite someone to a group that is closed, I’d love to be able to grant access to a group based on their role or custom role in the community similar to how it works with categories and manage the visibility, their ability to create topics, and create comments.

We run a number of different betas in our community within groups.When you share a link to a private or hidden group and the user is not registered, they are prompted to register for the community, then are taken to the group but then have to first activate their account before they can join the group. This makes for an odd user experience.Could this be just:Link > Signup > Activate account > Add automatically to group (and let them know)

On behalf of a customer,      Currently, when utilizing a Horizon Rule to Load to GS Lead object, the Lead Contact field is not available for mapping.     Consider the use case of wanting to associate each record from the GS Lead Upload object via the Email field (or any other field) to a Company Person contact. First, one must push the records from the GS Lead Upload object to the standard GS Lead object. The GS Lead object has the Lead Contact field, which has a lookup to Company Person; however, it is not available for mapping, as previously mentioned.     Please enhance the functionality to allow for mapping to the Lead Contact field of the GS Lead object.  Regards,Evan

It would be GREAT to not have to click the ‘Save’ button within the comment section each time I make an update. Best case is the text would auto-save. Thanks!

In Journey Orchestrator, when the program is structured exactly like below with just these 3 steps, is it possible to make the “Recipient Email Address” field not required since it’s not used in the Call API step? It’s not the biggest deal in the world - I was able to easily create a dummy Recipient Email Address to map in the participant sources section - but would be nice to skip this step if it’s not required in the rest of the program.

Our team noticed the character limit for Conversation posts is 30k, can this be increased to at least 50k? 50k is what is stated in API documentation, but in practice this is not the case 

I believe this was suggested in the past, but I would like to bring it back to life.I think it would be useful for the admin to have the option to back date items in the community. That would include articles, product updates and topics.If you think this is useful, please consider upvoting 👍🏻

It would be wonderful to be able to get screenshots or photos via Private Message. 

Request: While editing a dashboard widget I would like to filter down the list of features by label. Allowing me to more quickly re-sure the work to label specific features. Example image shows that Product Mapper has 3 features/modules labeling the features I want. I have to manually find them in the Multiple Features widget editor to apply them. 

Request: When multi selecting, or editing a previously selected multi select list. Bring the already selected items to the top of the list for easy review and to be de-selected easily. This enhancement could be performed in many areas where multi select is performed. The use case where I found it most needed is in editing a dashboard widget for Multi Feature Performance. The list of features is 100s long and working to find the existing selected features to remove and replace is not fast. Example image shows a Multiple Feature widget that has 8 features selected and 6 are old features with now 0 usage that need to be removed. I will have to scroll the list and find the features with 0 usage and remove them. 

It would be great to report on ideas based upon the number of votes from accounts rather than users.Why? There are some DH customers that might not allow all users to access the community and instead there are spokespeople from the company who would log the ideas on behalf of the company. This could mean that a large revenue customer needs something but it appears as just one vote.

Product Mapper includes a summary count of features and modules in the selected product. Presently, these counts do not update to reflect the filtered or found set. The enhancement request is to reflect the product map search and/or filter results in the module/feature count. e.g. if I filter the Product Feature Tree for empty modules, the count of modules would change to reflect the count of the filtered set (empty modules).

Users of our product have very specific and technical questions as they use our product (“What’s a way of programmatically detecting changes in metadata fields, metadata types, and controlled vocabulary lists?”) We have a vast support library, but getting the customer to the right info is challenging. KC Bot has documentation integrations; however, we’re finding users still have to do a lot of searching to get to the right info. A better experience would be a generative AI bot (built into the KC bot) trained on our documentation. The idea: The user could write a question. The KC bot would respond instantly with accurate information. The user could respond and say “What if I want to do ...” or “Can you say that more simply?” and the KC bot would adapt and shift the response. 

This probably isn’t a common use case, but I’ve had 2 occasions where removing a badge in bulk would have been nice. When the community was launched, a commenter badge was created. We then built out our gamification and didn’t use that one anymore. I wanted to remove it for consistency - which I had to do manually - looking up each record. The other issue happened today, where I ran a report for giving out our 1 year badge - except I ran it for 2020, not 2019 and ended up awarding it to 50 people who shouldn’t have received it. I had to look up each record, manually revoke it, and then send them each a PM about it. It was my error, but easier clean up would have been nice!

Some feedback on the new Playbook experience:Would be great if it could remember your filters or you could save them. I have a mini-heart attack every time I come to the page that defaults to Global, and there’s nothing there.  (all our playbooks are Company). So, would be great for it to remember my Company filter setting. Adding tokens to email tasks is very twitchy.  A lot of times, I can’t get the assign token piece to load, and it appears that the task doesn’t save, but when you click Save multiple times, it creates multiple tasks.  Usually, I can go back into the task after closing out, and then, get the token assignment to load.  (I’m also submitting a Support ticket for this)

It’s come to my attention that Cockpit Views aren’t supported in X-org. This feels like a pretty big miss.

Instead of showing “due in 11 days” or “due tomorrow” would like the option to just include the actual date it’s due

Ran into an issue where the Linked Object configuration did not appear to be working on a CTA I created, where I had a Link to the SFDC Opportunity object on the Opportunity CTA type.   The little 1 that usually appears on the CTA Detail view wasn’t showing up.I opened a support case and was told it was because I had a Company-level configuration for the Opportunity CTA type, so the Company level config overrides the Global Config.That doesn’t make sense to me from a design perspective.  If I create a Global CTA Type, then why would the Company level configuration override it?
