The new config for the Load to Relationship action in Rules Engine is great! For the most part, I like not needing to create separate actions for each relationship type. However, I noticed that mapping Relationship ID to Relationship ID is no longer an option and for rules where I had this mapping in place, the mapping was deleted– which in turn caused some rule runs to fail over the past couple of days (I think). I think the scenario where this becomes an issue is when trying to update relationships on the same account where type and name are the same. Ideally, that wouldn't be the case– we do have several instances of Accounts with the same relationship type and they should have unique names, but sometimes duplicate names exist and having Relationship IDs to include as an identifier would ensure successful upserts.

The support team has confirmed that when you add a date field as a token to the CTA comments via the rules engine, the date format will always be YYYY-DD-MM regardless of how the field is formatted. It would be great if we could designate the date format similar to formatting tokens in CoPilot.

Hi, we pull Stages to our Gainsight straight from Salesforce so we don't use the standard Stages. When pressing "Edit Summary" button in C360, it shows the standard Stage Picklist. This might make some confusion to our users, so I suggest to make this "Edit Summary" view editable. It would be great if one could add custom fields to show there or remove standard ones. It would be actually really great if one could add all of the fields from the Summary view and edit them if they are set editable. The only way at the moment to edit Summary view fields is to add them to another tab in C360 (which is Attributes in our case) and edit them in there.

It would be great if you could create tasks that could be created and then used across multiple Playbooks. Allowing consistency on how a task is worded, etc. It also would allow you to make updates to the master task and have it applied to all the playbooks it resided in. Right now you have to open the playbook where the task exists and copy and paste to the new playbook. Or duplicate the playbook where the other tasks exists and delete all the other tasks in the new playbook. We have new playbooks where we might copy a task from one playbook and another task from another playbook.

Our internal users are really passionate about this one!! Please create an optional setting for reports in dashboard containers to autofit to the number of rows there are. This should be a relatively simple "given" with regards to a user-friendly interface. Instead, we have to click to see the next 100 or so records for numerous reports in a dashboard, which can be very tedious. It is also frustrating when attempts to filter a column for a record only applies to the 100 or so visible records. Quicker access to all rows in a report would lead to greater productivity and adoption across all our users.

Does anyone actually use the timestamp portion of the "Activity Date" when logging a Timeline Activity? It just adds clutter for us and we'd love for it to be removed.

Are there any plan to provide the ability to track links behind an image? Text links are so unattractive. Using images enhances greatly the appeal to click but I am forced to use a url shortener and track separately those clicks. Please!!!

Hey Team! We've recently had a great idea from one of our customers regarding Gsnap creation and sending.  One of our customers would like the ability to send out a Gsnap from a video that they had created elsewhere. This would allow for the user to send out something perhaps a bit more polished and prepared to their contacts!  Ideally, the user would be able to upload a video to Gsnap, preview it, and then send it out!  Thanks for your consideration. As customers move more toward a combined tech touch and CSM approach, CSMs would like to be able to view the content of email sent to their customer. Especially when the email can contain graphs and specific info to that customer. CSMs want to be confident and informed when talking to their customers. I have heard this ask from multiple customers.

There is no option to mass-update status to True for all users in User management page. User has to update the status of each user one by one to True to update users from "Inactive" to "Active" status. So, this is the request to mass-update the status of inactive users to 'Active'.

We use Qualtrics for our NPS surveys and have a rule to create a CTA for the CSM when responses are received. The survey response (score, comments, who responded, etc.) is recorded in the Comments section of the CTA. When the CSM closes out the CTA, there is no easy way to see what the response was. We would love to be able to record the responses as a Timeline entry, preferably a Timeline entry from within the CTA. That way it would be easy for the CSM, their manager, and sales counterparts to see the NPS scores and comments.

Hey everyone, One of our Super Users (quickly backed up by all our other Super Users) came with the suggestion to remove images from quotes. The reason being that a lot of users don't know how to use the function correctly and frankly don't care because they are looking for a fix to their problem before disappearing into the beyond. The quoted image usually never adds anything to the quote. The only thing it does is clog up the entire page and making it very unappealing to read for everyone else (yes we have members requoting eachother a lot when they have the same issue). Now one way of solving this is through moderation, but I think we can all agree that you would rather spend your moderation time on other things than cleaning up quotes :) Therefore I think they have a point in asking if images can be removed from quotes / not get copyed into, when quoting. What do you all think? Cheers!

Our team often needs to wait for the technology to locate social media profile within Sponsor Tracking, which means the status is Pending. We'd love a way to notify the CSM when that status has changed and the sponsor begins to be tracked so that the CSM knows it's working, or can follow up if it's not.

The Data Operation feature is Great! Really helps admins maintain data hygiene being able to delete/edit records without needing to open a ticket (GS Support, btw, always great to work with). Would be helpful though, if when you've filtered for a set of records, the UI displayed a count of records within the filtered set. As it is today, even after filters are applied, the count at the top of the page is the total number of records: The only way, I've been able to confirm the number of records within my filtered set, is to scroll to the bottom and hit 'Next Page' until I'm at the end– which in some cases, going to the next page 50 records at a time, can take a lot of page turning. Current use case: We have relationship records that I'd like to delete from MDA. To identify which relationships I want to delete, I've added a new variable ("Delete") for a custom pick-list field we have called "Relationship Status". I know you can Group by Customer and Sort by GS Score (which doesn't really do anything because each customer only has one score), but there doesn't seem to be a way to sort the customers themselves in order by GS Score in the cockpit. So in the example below, I want to be able to sort cockpit so that the following customers: A CUSTOMER 35 B CUSTOMER 85 C CUSTOMER 55 D CUSTOMER 25 Show up in this order (if ascending by GS Score) D CUSTOMER 25 A CUSTOMER 35 C CUSTOMER 55 B CUSTOMER 85 Also, when I GroupBy ALL and SortBY GS Score, I would have thought it woudl display them in GS Score order, but it doesn't.

Currently, when trying to narrow down which source object a report uses, the filter shows every single Data Space, SFDC, and MDA object, regardless of whether or not any reports are built off those objects or not. I would think it'd make much more sense to only show objects that have at least one report built using that object, so instead of seeing 200 objects, I'd just see the ~10 or so that I use to source reports.

Currently, when reporting on scorecard measures, you're able to see a summarized view with the overall score color and the individual measure colors in a table or graph view. My team would like to be able to click on one of the individual measures and see the comments to understand why that measure is that color - for example if the measure is "Usage" and the color is "Yellow" because "there are 50% active users" vs. "Green" because there are "100% active users", they would like to see this. It would be the same comments that are loaded on the Scorecard via rules and visible on the C360.

Even though there is an option called create once in a lifetime, it does not contain leap year. Hence the creation date will vary. Recurring CTA is not an option as rules are created via rules.

In a lot of MOOCs there is an option to change the speed at which a course video can be watched. Everyone has their own listening style - maybe some have a hard time following along while others might like to speed through the content a bit more when time is limited (I know I do!) I tend to pay better attention and connect the dots when content is presented more quickly. Would be great to have the option of speeding up the videos.

Sometimes we don't want to 'bump' a topic (this frustrates our superusers), but we do want to send a reminder e-mail to a user that a personally addressed reply is waiting for them. I've tested and an edit with an @mention doesn't seem to work. Could this functionality be added?

we would like to send out emails more frequently like every 2 hours or so.

With the ability to add attachments in Programs it would be nice to be able to identify who downloaded what attachment in a report. Currently we do not offer this ability, but believe this would beneficial for customers.

In the control page, when moving a comment, it re-directs me to the target topic. If there's more then one comment to move, this isn't helpful. Can this be opened in a new tab instead?

When creating reports showing customers by At Risk/Segment/Health Score there are some that do not have a value assigned. This is shown as NA in the report/dashboard. It would be nice to see the ability to rename this NA value to something else that is more pleasing to view.
