I know there is a limit of 200,000 contacts in a power list for an outreach, but I was wondering if there are any limits to how many outreaches can be triggered in a day? 

Currently when using global filters we store this information in a long text field. There is a character limit, which can cause these to fail.  Right now we do not have an error message associated it only fails and does not save.  It would be nice to see an error message letting a user know the character limit has maxed out.

I have a customer that built out a bionic rule, they set up 3 tasks; 2 data sets and one merge.After setting everything up, they ran the rule and started to debug They found that they need to change one of the 'view' fields in one of the data sets to a 'MIN OF' For this change to the view field, they now need to: Delete the action(s) that hold that filed – ALL ACTIONS! (I have a rule that has 6 actions) Delete the filed from the merged rule Change to the MIN function in the data set Go back to the merge, and re add the column Go back to the action and try to remember ALL the places I had that filed -> add it to all actionsThis task is very time consuming for the customer and frustrating when the change is to a view field. 

One of my customer named (Ajit Shukla) from BMC software company is looking for customized C360 page, where product features should show per the layout associated to the accounts. Here's the use case:  Go to Administration ->Product Features -> You will see Feature names as (RF and RoD). We have two c360 Layouts (RF Layout & RoD Layout). When we click edit attributes, They want RoD features to show only on RoD Layout and RF features to show only on RF Layout.

Currently, when a CTA with open related tasks is closed, Gainsight prompts the user to indicate if they would like to mark them as 'Declined'.  The user can then agree, and decline all open tasks, or cancel and mark them as complete as needed.  We would like this same functionality if a task is opened under a closed CTA.  So, if the CTA is closed, and the user goes in and either adds a new task or re-opens a declined task, the CTA should get a similar notification.  The notification should let them know the CTA will be re-opened and they could accept (and re-open the CTA) or cancel (and create the task somewhere else).  Our problem right now is that our CSMs are going in and closing a CTA, declining the tasks below it, and then re-opening the tasks they still have to do.  This means that the CTA/Tasks do not show up on the Cockpit because the CTA is closed. So, they lose sight of the items that they need to complete.  We are working on some rules to

I made some large rules and had trouble figuring out where I was in troubleshooting and which merges I needed. So I write my rules this way: I have to do a little guessing on which letter layer the rule is going to end up at, but this has sped up my workflow in a major way. The troubleshooting UI improvement I would ask for is this to happen automatically, or color code the tasks with their tree (first task is red in the task list, the map position of the task is the same).  For picking my merges that doesn't really help, there I would want some representation of which layer the data is at. 

When we export the C360 page as PDF, only Gainsight sections are included. We would like to have all sections (showing SFDC objects) as part of the PDF file.

I've noticed that the Email - Sent,Open & Click report within program analytics shows total opens and not unique opens. I feel like it would be much more useful if it showed both unique opens and total opens. Total opens seems to be skewed at times due to forwarding as well as other odd reasons.

I recently ran into a survey link issue with a customer and had an idea that may help with these in the future. For a survey link to work properly, it is my understand that the Account ID and Contact ID have to be valid for the link to build correctly. In my case, we were sending surveys to Community Users in SFDC and being pulled from the User object, not contact. User ID was mistakenly mapped to the Contact ID field in the participant mapping. It would be great if we could validate that the field really is a contact ID (maybe must start with '003'). This would better prevent that surveys don't get sent with bad links in the future. I sorted this out on my own, but it wasn't super apparent from the get-go what I was doing with the Load to Object UI.  What is updating what here? When the results weren't what I expected, I have two choices:  1. Keep trying until it's right, guessing and checking 2. Try to find the documentation What I would love to see is some sort of verb that tells me what I'm doing. Like: Update FIELD in the object with VALUE. It seems backwards the way it is now.  I now know that I have to read this UI from right to left, select the field on the right that you want to update with this value on the left. 

My team has been asking me to set the default due date of Objective CTAs to the due date of the Success Plan so they don't have to pick a due date every time they create a new Objective. We are going to implement some templates they can use to save them some time, but I imagine this as a setting for Success Plans that tells new Objectives what date to use by default.  This could be very similar to how Tasks have options to be due based on a variety of relative dates when you're building a playbook. I haven't been able to find another way to accomplish this, and my team prefers to have fewer clicks wherever possible, especially for our highest value portfolio.

Similar to how you can run a rule directly from the Rules List, it would be a timesaver (especially when testing) to be able to run a rule from directly within the Rule Chain screen as well.  Often when I'm testing, I'm testing in rule chain order. This would save me having to either search for the rule I want to run via Rules List or from the Rule Chain, click the rule, open for editing and navigating to the action screen and performing a test run.

I am working with a customer who has brought up a valid point regarding how CTA tasks currently order themselves. Currently, if a CTA task has a due date of NA, it is displayed above the tasks that have specified due dates. If a user had the ability to select their preference in how tasks were organized by date, and how to handle tasks where Due Date = NA, that would be ideal. Is this something that is feasible or on the roadmap?

Hi everyone, The ultimate community-dream is to have as much interaction happening with and within your base. We at Simyo have a log-in system that relies on logging into our environment. For example, if you want to see how much data/minutes you have left on your sim card, you log into your personalized environment. Your forum-account is linked to that personalized environment. I was thinking, how cool would it be to integrate the forum with our own app? Users could log into the app on their phone and find relevant topics or important forum news flashes. Is it possible to create a custom formula field on an Activity record that will populate with the Gainsight user name? My goal is to have this formula field value populate a text field in Salesforce. 

Currently concatenate only works with bringing together two separate columns of data with the same unique identifier. What I would like to do is concatenate the the same column from multiple rows with the same unique identifier. For instance if you have a project phase with multiple associated assets I would like to concatenate all the asset names into one column for that project phase in an email.

Most of the times I just pray to the Insided gods that things will improve over time ... And then sometimes, I just post an idea here XD. There's no huge game changing benefit to these changes though, so I doubt any of these ideas will be picked up. It stood out to me, as it's something that I find very important. InSided is a strong platform, and there are numerous benefits and gains from the overall implementation and any upcoming innovations. However it sometimes feel a little bit like InSided is forgetting that there are large teams of dedicated people working directly within the control environment 40h/week to enable, boost and amplify all those wonderful benefits. A huge limitation for us is that when surveys are sent via CoPilot, the analytics do now show in the Survey tab.  We can only see the responded, and are missing key stats like total sent & outstanding surveys.  Since currently the team is not using CoPilot (only the Admin) this really restricts the team to a larger picture of survey stats.

CSMs at CA Agile Central would love to have a toggle in the main cockpit screen to pop open all the CTAs and show the tasks under them in one click (expand the tasks for all CTAs)  Is this planned? 

We'd had much better engagement from in-app messages (via intercom) than emails, but without any integration (or native in-app features) cannot trigger in-app messages, or feed the engagement with these messages back into Gainsight to inform health, or trigger CTAs/content. This leaves a blind spot & missed opportunity, so In-app messages, either natively or via an integration would be incredibly valuable 

Since we are going to depreciate the custom rules in future, it would be great to have the "Send Email" action type functionality added to the bionic rules which is not supported as of now.

Would like to run calculations that are not differences (addition, multiplication, division).

We have been creating CTAs to bring awareness when a certain score is less than another. We do this by writing the overall health score to the SFDC account object and then in the rule specify which scorecard fact we need to look at. This works great unless the score changes before the CSM can address (sometimes it might be the next day). It would be wonderful to have the option to add "Current Date" or "rule run date" to the the CTA Name.

I would like to have text auto-populate in the comments section of a CTA after a specific Type/Reason is selected when it is created manually by a CSM.  Use case: I need CSMs to create a CTA to document that they have presented a new feature to a client and then answer a couple questions about the client's response.   

I'd like to be able to add my own glyphs in the branded template: the small button icons. I thought it would have been added by now, but nope!
