Hi Team,Customer is using Parent& child model and only childs will have relationships. When they are logging timeline entries under Relationship, it is directly logging under Child company, not on the Parent company.Tried this scenario in local, could see same behaviour.As a workaround, we have suggested to use Associated records option (Associate both Parent company and Relationship at Child company), but as it needs to do manually, customer is looking to show the entries automatically in the way Relationship entries logging automatically under child company.Tenant name - PTCTenant ID - 6d8f51ab-9976-47a8-8fa4-cf1ff99e416b

We recently had Gong calls not being synced in GS due to a bug. We did not have visibility into the issue for 4 days until a user noticed it and reported it.  GS should offer better logging and notification for failed syncs on GS connector sync jobs as admin capabilities. Without this notification/altering capability the integration feels half baked.  

I would like a way when sharing a success plan to completely prevent the customer from seeing the Comment feature.  

People Map: The NOTES field is only available when selecting INFLUENCER. However, that sentiment would also be important to be recorded for direct reports and managers.The ask here would be to add the same facility to verticals as are available to Influencers. Make those available to every person, meaning each direct report has those as well as the manager. That way we would get visibility of whom in a team we should contact. It might also be the easiest way to implement it, as it will be the same for everybody.

When there are multiple end users in a meeting, they would like to be able to simultaneously have multiple users inside of a Timeline Activity making changes to the notes while in the same meeting. Similar to a shared Google Doc or Microsoft file where multiple users can be editing it at the same time.

Hi team, I heard that currently we don’t have Segment connector in the US2 region. Our team implements quite a few customers that utilize the Segment connector. It would be greatly appreciated if we prioritize this request. Best,Nick

I’m really excited to figure out how Customer Goals can help us. One thing I wish was different was the progress bar when using a Success Plan. Today the progress bar seems to be binary, it’s either open or close. I would have expected it to be a progress bar of the percentage of objectives completed. You also can’t associate Objective CTAs (that I could see), so if I wanted to use this I would kind of have to abandon Success Plans as project management tool. 

Hi Gainsight Community, As the “Used In” field in Report Builder is set now, it will only show what Dashboards the Report is being used on. (Current Support Documentation)It would be beneficial to allow this field to also show if the Report is being used on a C360 Layout. This will allow admins to see for sure that the Report is being used before deleting it to clean up unused Reports.

We use Journey Orchestrator a lot, so much so, that we have “templates” that we use for our more regular/generic email sends.  I was building a special campaign today, and it hit me that there were some datasets that I rebuild a lot.  Often times I realize I need it after I’ve started building the program, so cloning an older program won’t help. Idea:  Once you build a dataset, have the ability to save it for future programs.  Then, if you realize “oh i need this scorecard dataset for this program” you can just go in, select and it, and boom, it’s built!  Think of it like the question back for surveys.  I imagine it would be a HUGE time saver for so many people.  Even Better Idea:  The ability to save chained datasets into a template.  So two primary datasets and a marge could be a template.   

Hi everyone,We would like to have a similar option to exporting all users’ attributes from Audience Explorer in PX - i.e. we would like to be able to export all the events (and the number of times they were triggered) per each user. I can imagine getting a table in which:the first row would contain names of the (triggered) events the first column would contain UserIds in the rest of the table we would have numbers describing how many times User X triggered the Event Y in the specified time periodI would also suggest to implement it in a way that PX users (we) need to specify the exact module containing the events which are of interest - in order to allow us to choose the events, but at the same time to limit the number of events. In that way, you could probably avoid generating huge calculations, exports or having processing issues.Example of a basic use case:

Email performance analytics shares delivery, open, click, and unsubscribe counts, as well as drill down reports to identify the users in each action group: The request is to include bounces in this reporting as well. A bounces drill down report would allow admins to resolve deliverability issues, and improve email engagement performance

It would be great if the analytics dashboard would should monthly and daily average users. I don’t want to connect my CRM - I just want to know from the Community Dashboard, on average what are daily vs monthly user# are. Thanks!

For the emails sent by the system (*.insided.com/email/system-emails) like “New reply”, “New topic”, etc… I would like to see statistics about performance and use of this emails. In particular I think it is useful to know:How many people opened the mail? How many people clicked in the call to action? How Many emails were delivered How many people click on the unsubscribe linkThanksAlfons

We’d like our CSM’s (non-community admin) to take the lead on groups that community-admin has created for them and their clients. However, currently (as I understand) only community-admin can approve / deny ‘join group requests’ for private groups. We cannot make these groups public to avoid the approval step because these are account-level groups discussing account information.

Meltwater has 8 different product lines and most customers only purchase 3-4 of these lines.   We love the Product Update subscribe functionality. What we are noticing are customers are unsubscribing after a while because they are getting too many updates not related to the product they’ve purchase. It would be great if a customer could select the filter (product) to subscribe to instead of all updates. 

Hi Team, In report builder, we can drag fields and add them to show me or filter section but the same is not working in Scorecard Section Reports.Can we maintain the same functionality across all the features.

Due to the large number of available dashboards, CSMs are often clicking through multiple dashboards until they find the one that they actually need. Some kind of homepage containing tiles with a preview of the dashboards would help them more easily navigate to the right one.

We currently have the ability to associate email timeline entries with CTAs through “Associated Records” (on the timeline entry). However, any subsequent responses to the email will have to be manually re-associated with the CTA. Can we develop a feature that allows for email threads (for existing emails that have previously been tagged to a CTA) to be automatically associated with that CTA? That would save us time with the manual association. 

Hello!My ask is that we have an automatic milestone created for Customer Goals. This auto milestone ideally would indicate when a goal has been created and its status changes. I am currently creating a rule to pull the date goals are being achieved, along with pushing them to the health score and the timeline, but having the timeline push this information would be much easier.

Most areas of the Insided platform (feeds, content moderation, widgets) show questions with one of two icons: the magenta question mark or the green checkmark. It’d be great to also have this context in the Content Dashboard’s table of “Popular Topics.”  When filtering by views, likes, and content helpfulness, the question status helps answer these important questions: What are my most popular (views/likes) answers?  Do any of them have troubling content helpfulness ratings?  What are my most popular open questions?  Should we try to answer them and solve a significant user problem? (almost always, yes) I guess an alternative solution would be bringing some of the content dashboard metrics into the customizable columns for content moderation, similar to how reply count can be shown as a column or filtered upon. Another alternative is to add a filter for best answer yes/no like other parts of moderat

There are situations when I must knowHow many users / registered users have visited certain child category + how many times + their nicknames How many registered users have posted to the certain child category + how many times + authors nicknames How many best answer are given certain child category + how many times + authors nicknames Additionally: How many likes they have given and received there + their nicknamesThere is a partly workaround for this, just export Post data from Analytics and pivot it but this is so important data for us as a community leaders, this should be out of the box view in Analytics. 

It would be helpful if the Daily active users could be updated in real-time and added onto the PX dashboard. At the moment there is a delay between when the users log into PX and when they are officially added onto the dashboard.

When creating a people map at C360 for first time there is no option to give that people map a name. Only when a second map is created does a user of Gainsight have the option to give the map a name. Could Gainsight make it possible when creating a people map for the user to select whether it is an organization map or a sub-map of the organization and allow naming of the initial map?We have deep customer hierarchies with Multiple CSMs serving the account, and the ability for them to use the People Mapping feature is dependent on understanding what customer department or business unit(s) it represents. A naming option even for the first map would go a long way, because the first map created, isn’t necessarily a full organization map.

Hi Team,The customer reported that in the New C360, the Calculated fields were not visible and were unable to be added to the List view or Chart view.   The customer expects to see the calculated fields that are created in order to be able to add them in the New C360 List view.I could see the same behaviour in both Old and New C360.Could you please take a look and suggest. 

Our users are asking for the following enhancements that do not seem possible at the moment.After creating a Success Plan make it possible to correct the Company or Relationship it is associated to. We have deep Company Hierarchies, and it is not uncommon to choose the incorrect C360 or R360 in the hierarchy when creating a Success Plan. To correct this our users seem to have three options. Clone the Success Plan and close out the original, associating the new Success Plan with the correct C360 or R360. Contact an Admin Start from scratch After creating a Success Plan at the C360 make it possible to associate the C360 with one or more R360s. It seems that after creating a Success Plan at C360 there is no option for an end user to associate the Success Plan to an R360 without starting from scratch. The Clone option or contact an admin option will not work.Grateful if the Gainsight Product Team could loo
