Basically what the title says (for Horizon Rules). If you create a new rule and want to add it to a rule chain, you have to:Save your rule Back out of it to the rules list Go to rule chains Select rule chain Add rule to chainWhat if instead you go from:Rule Schedule Select Rule Chain Add rule to chainIt’s not a lot fewer steps, but it’s much less clicking around, navigating or having multiple windows open and just streamlines the admin workflow a bit.Even better if you can expose the schedule for the rule chain on that pane so instead of seeing the message of “Schedule not applicable” like you do in BR today and then get linked out to the Chain you could just see it in the rule. That would also improve the BR workflow of opening a rule and looking at the schedule, then needing to find the rule chain and then find that schedule.  

Our use case: we want users to be able to create and update contacts in GS or SF and those changes be immediately represented in the opposing platform. Two problems which we encountered:It is impossible to create a contact in GS->SF. I believe the technical reason was inability to create SFIDs. Filters are not honored in real-time rules. This means we would all of a sudden start pulling all the contacts SF->GS, that‘s undesirable for us. So we cannot create in GS from SF as well.Currently the only solution for this is to leave the real-time sync for Updating only. It would be great to have the ability to also create new contacts both ways.

It would be great if we could embed GoogleSlides  or iframes within the community posts and KB.  

When we export any Success Plan, is it possible to not show success plans that are completed for export? Only in progress or Not started Success plan should displayed for export. If not is there a way, we can add Success Plan Status and Due Date to the export dialog box ?   

I’m two hours into a somewhat time sensitive x-org migration job and have been stuck on “in progress” the entire time. I’m using the new x-org 2.0 functionality. I wanted to look back at some previous jobs to see how long they took, but - unlike Rules Engine and Data Designer jobs - apparently that information doesn’t exist? All I see is the date and time the job finished.  Additionally, why is there no way to abort a job? I’d like to give up on this current job and break it up into smaller chunks.

It would be great to edit some fields directly from the C360 for Relationships. For example, Status. This would remove a click for the CSM to maintain some basic fields regarding the relationship 

Right now, alerts to CSMs via Sally are individually configured. However, it would be great to have things the Admin sets that a CSM cannot shut off. For example, survey notification are important for the CSM to see and we do not want them to shut off this notification via Sally. 

It would be great to have the new feature “Customer Goals” updates notified via Sally Bot Slack. There are notifications for Success Plans, CTAs, and Surveys. The new feature would be great to have enabled

Hi there - We’d like to use a Gainsight report to rank customer usage, whereby some data is highlighted as “Top 5” (for example) and thre remainder of the data is grouped as “Other”  I.e. Row 6 would capture "All Other" data We understand this is a current limitation of the reporting capability within Gainsight. 

We are using APIs to push our Gainsight object into our warehouse. We periodically assess each of the objects for new fields and send them over to our data team to update the API so we don’t have a bunch of one-off requests. Other than tracking outside of the system there isn’t a way to say ‘show me new fields created since the last time we updated the API.’ Could a Created Date field be added to these system objects (specifically Call to Action and Success Plan) to capture when these custom fields were initially added?

I’ve started building reports several times before realizing I don’t have all of the lookups I need to get all of the data I need, and have to go rebuild it in Data Designer. It’d be really cool if there was an option instead of saving a report to convert it to a new data design & have the system transition the report fields & criteria into your first dataset so you don’t lose your progress.Definitely a nice-to-have and not a hard requirement, but it’d be great admin functionality.

We need to be able to either:Have a “Will churn” option in system field “Status” Add additional statuses ourselves, in this case: “Will Churn”Yes we can create other fields or add the value in a stage or else BUT it doesn’t make sense to create another status field for this kind of intermediate step between active and churn: it complexifies rules, data designs and reports, dashboards, and generally anything that’s got to do with datasets. Also confusing for CSMs.

I have a customer that has a great idea for an improvement to the Email to Timeline function. Currently on replies they are adding new entries per email, can we consider adding an update function to the existing entry so that the timeline doesn’t have each reply as a timeline entry?    This would make efficiency and timeline clarity top notch. 

I’m pretty sure the featured_home mod tag method of featuring topics has been deprecated but I thought it might be a neat way to automate the featuring of content on other pages, like the Community Overview and custom pages (when those launch).It would provide a way for anyone to be able to feature something on a page without going into the Customize screen.

Allow for zooming in on out of the box customer journey timeline or setting of preferred date range for better visualization. 

If a playbook is modified, allow the admins to push these modifications through to existing CTAs. 

Allow users to  modify dates on System admin generated milestones that may be set on the incorrect date due to rule configuration.

I have created a currency field in a Success Plan but when I am entering the value ‘98229.07’ it modifies to ‘98.23K’. I would like to rather see the complete currency value.  Apparently there isnt any way in the system where I can change the format of currency.

At times when Sales users are onboarded , sales ops would assign a gainsight license and the Gainsight NXT permission set assuming that this will give Viewer level access. GS Admin is not aware of this because the user syncs over with an Internal Collaborator License with no access but taking up a gainsight license on Salesforce.User Management we cannot audit such users currently. It would be great if either Viewer license is assigned in such scenarios or any such users added with the GS NXT permission set shows up as such in the User Management so that the GS Admin can take action. Posting on @prashant pareek ‘s behalf.

Make a report on something with a date filter for This Year only Put that in a C360 Go to C360 and change filters to this report for Last Year only Report visually changes to Last Year data, but if you click Download, it gives the report for This Year data like in the original, because that was the default filter.We want users to have a default filter for such reports, but always have the ability to change it and that not only be reflected in the system itself, but also in the Downloaded Excel report. It is odd it doesn’t work like that in the first place.

Similar to this request from two years ago for the ability to change a publish date. That request was solved with drafts, but ability to change a publish date would still be a useful feature for us. Use case: migrating legacy content into the Insided platform (Knowledge Base, Product updates, etc). (We have this use case now as a new customer mid-implementation. This won’t be solved for us, but it might be valuable for future customers, in addition to other use cases.)
