Salesforce supports advanced currency management that allows users to manage dated exchange rates within opportunities. Dated exchange rates allow one to map a conversion rate to a specific date range. Based on the start date and end date for a given conversion rate, a closed opportunity amount would differ even while using the same currency.  Some of our customers have requested for this feature, it’s good to include this feature in our product as well. 

Having a select all/deselect all option for Permissions (esp, when creating child categories) can help to quickly unselect or deselect roles and allow finer authorisations to be easier & quicker. 

Hi Team,When a merge fails, the Customer wants an email to be triggered to his Inbox? So that the customer will be notified regarding the failure instead of going to the logs to check. Thank you,Sai Teja G

I have over 50 accounts, so it would be helpful to have the ability to view 100 or 200 accounts as well as the current 25 or 50. I often forget I have the other accounts, and it’s not very user-friendly to have to use the arrow button every time I need to see more than 50 accounts. Additionally, if you set the view to be 50 accounts (or eventually 100 or 200), it should stay that way every time you log in. If you’ve set it once, you should be able to have it stay like that for ease of use. I always want to see all of my accounts, so I constantly have to keep changing the view from 25 to 50. Please look into this. Thank you!

I’d like to have the ability to filter the analytics by categoryIn our case we have a group of ambassadors. We like to report on their overall activity over the month/period against their targets, but the number of posts/topics/replies/comments includes all sections of the community if we try to use the User dashboard. It would be helpful to be able to only show results for one or more specific categories when content is published as we can do on the Content dashboard.

Every week, I put together a dashboard for the community and use several components of dashboards available in Control.  One thing I manually put together is account activity in the community for the week (ie. what companies have been in the community). Below is an example, though I blurred out the company names. In Analytics: It would be nice to be able to remove a user type. For Example, Employees vs Customers.  I would like to remove the Employee User Role in my reporting to better understand just how our customers are using the platform.

Issue -It appears some of our users accounts are not syncing with Salesforce. I am thinking it is because of one of the following reasons - They aren’t using the email associated with SF They aren’t a contact in Salesforce They have an updated email address and we should update in SalesforceAsk - We’d like to be able to run a report that captures who is not syncing to Salesforce so we can use that data to update records, etc.

Is there an option to allow Gainsight Assist send out surveys to clients? Our use case for this is for the CSMs to have the ability to check-in with clients who haven’t completed an NPS or CSAT survey with us. I’m aware that the system does not currently support email templates with surveys in them. 

Would like to have the ability to schedule posts replies. Some context and examples:We run a regular series of weekly posts that kick off the week and wrap up the week. We can schedule the start of the week, but cannot schedule the reply for the wrap up. We often don’t want to be the initial people to reply to a post initially and would like to have the ability to queue up a reply to go out at a certain time. 

It would be nice if we could add Program categories. For example, we have a Dynamic engagements team that I develop programs for and it would be nice if we could categorize those programs with that so we could either filter to only see them in the schedule and to help filter for specifically them in reporting to help generate the data easier.

On behalf of a customer,      When creating an Email Template, we can add a Button, where we can then add a Link Token. This allows for link tokenization of the button in Journey Orchestrator, so that recipients will be able to click the button and have a unique link based on condition.     However, when this same Email Template is used in a Playbook Task, we are not allowed to use this token within the Button. On behalf of a customer, and also having reproduced the scenario:       When using Rules Engine, we only have the ability to “Insert Null Values” when no match is found for a record on a Self-Lookup. Why could we not have another option, such as to skip the record and make no change?     In the documentation, it is stated that this Self-Lookup must be mapped in order to populate the Parent Company ID, since the source data may not have this value; this mapping is shipped OOB. The documentation doesn’t necessarily state that this is going to affect all Company records based on the match-by field. When I am creatign a Custom NXT Widget If I add a page that shows the relationship cards, I cannot drill into the associated R360s fro mthe links. I would like the ability to do this.

Sometime the CSMs on our team send messages to several customers at once putting their emails addresses on BCC. We like to keep track of those message, to make sure certain important updates have been communicated to our customers. These messages are also something we would like to track as a mesurement of engagment for our CSM team. Currently we copy and paste those emails sent in to a Timleine activity.

we are receiving a large file from mixpanel to load in gainsight. Few of the days the run is getting succeeded and for the other failure runs we are unable to see the failed results in the UI. The issue is with the file size which Gainsight is not able to handle. There are data file size limit exceed issues. 

Hi Team, (This is with regards to NXT edition org) The use-case here is that I want to autopopulate one field based on the selection of other field in a success plan. The new scorecard activity feed looks like a great way to view histroical updates, but how can these updates be incorproated into a tabular or drill down report? We have our CSMs add comments on the overall health score to provide additional context. I pull in the comments field to many reports to make it easy to contextualize health going as one reviews one by one.      With the activity feed, will there be a way to add the most recent update into a report such as this? Or will I need to create a rule to update the comments with the most recent update?

Hi! Would be great to allow hotkey shortcuts like “Command + Enter” to send a post/add a comment. We had a community member reach out to share that he was surprised this doesn’t work since he uses it in most other online platforms. 

The screenshot is an example of what functionality would be helpful to have for Programs. Ideally, when a Conditional Wait is added there would be additional options to allow the customer to continue on a secondary path before the path ends or potentially continues up to the main journey. Purpose is to account for reality of customers having many different paths within a customer journey and being able to manage it all within one program. Currently, we often have to create a few separate programs to account for main paths  a customer might need for successful onboarding to a product. 

Hi Team, Currently we don’t have the option to map the rich text fields in the custom mapping section of the program . Do we have any plans of implementing this functionality. Below are the data types which we are supporting currently .

A lot of us specialize on a particular product or client, and the outlook plugin provides a cluttered view when many products are assigned to the client or people belong to many clients (as it is the case in Service Providers). Hence, the following “enhancement request”.Enhancement Request: A Short summary: Allow the user of the email plugin to set a default product/relationship for filtering or sorting the results. What specifically is being asked for in this request? Focus on the what, not the how. When sending an email to the GS timeline via the plugin, all the relationships (products) that the clients whose emails are referenced has are shown for selecting one of them. It is time consuming, but more importantly distracting,  to try to find the proper relationship when multiple entries that are similar exist. Enha

Our solution use cases span multiple products in our SaaS platform and therefore multiple GS product tags.  It would be great if a segment could be defined that spans product tags so we could tell when the E2E use case is complete.
