Would love to have a Preview option for CTAs to be able to see exactly how it would appear to the end user.  This is would especially helpful for JO Programs using a CTA step where you are mapping tokens, etc, and would like to see how they appear, but I can also see it being helpful in the Rules Engine.  I’m thinking just a simple Preview button that you could click, and it would display the details you configured inside the actual CTA framework.

Hi, as we have an automatic logout because of our SSO, our users are logged out when they are inactive for more than 30 minutes. Unfortunately typing is no activity which is registered by the system which means that often users are logged off while they're writing on a longer post. It would be great to save the text in the local storage (also when for example the internet connection is down) so that the users can get back to this state and don't loose everything they've typed. It would be very helpful to remove outliers from the dashboards, as they can skew the metrics. As I report to management I like to provide the best and accurate information as possible without also adding cavets. This will also help us get a better understanding on well we are doing. For example the Avg. response time (hours) metric for last month May 2019 include outliers and does not represent how well my team is truly doing. Hi all, I've got a question about the email notifications triggered by 'Best Answer' being marked on a post. If I mark my own comment as the Best Answer, I get a notification saying this has happened. I'm a moderator, but other forum users would also be able to do this on their comment if they think they've given the right information. Example below: I appreciate these email templates are customisable, however is there a way of excluding the individual concerned from this notification if we can recognise that the person who marked it as best answer is subscribed to the thread and would get this email? In the Control Panel we can go to "Customization" -> "Side Widgets" to add widgets to the sidebar. It is possible to add several HTML blocks per sidebar. After setting up the blocks and minimizing them in order to keep it manageable, the view looks like this: We need to expand the HTML blocks in order to find out which one it is. That's why we're proposing to add an individual, internal title to the header of the block. It could look like this:

One of our super-users asked if it would be possible to have a feature on the platform that either would update new comments to the thread thats already open, or at least notify you about new comments on thread when submitting a comment that would allow you to check the comment(s) before publishing your reply. I would like this feature personally too, as it would lessen the amount of same info on the platform (e.g. someone posts a question and gets two or more comments with the same link and solution)

When using desktop version of the platform, if you zoom too much or have too small resolution on your screen, formatting helps including emojis start to drop off of the comment fields formatting helps under the field. This causes problem when one of our superusers uses bigger font due to aging. Could these be included in the formatting menu behind three dots when such happens? :) 

Maybe this one is controversial, but this metric makes me crazy. If you have a couple topics that slide past and never get a response, then they ruin this metric. I’d really like to know, of the questions that get a reply, how quickly are they replied to? It’d be nice to have the average response time filter out topics with no reply. 

Hello all, We have been diving a bit into the next steps of getting our community content better displayed (and found) in Google. I would like to post two of these subjects here for everyone to take some potshots at it. One, the meta description. This one is explained here, but when talking about topics we do not have an influence on this unless you rewrite the topic in itself. We think it might be beneficial to decouple/create a separate meta description from the topic itself. But only on the back end. So that means you would get a meta description field above the topic on the backend that would automatically fill with the standard lines from the topic that Google would see as the meta tag. But then you would be able to change the Meta tag there without changing the topic itself and so create a far better overview that gets into Google's result

The export feature is very useful for us. We would like to have an option added to be able to export ‘per user role’. Currently there is an option to export per ‘user’ but then all users from all different roles are exported. We very often send mass emails (another missing feature) to specific user roles and every time we need to do this, we have to first download the whole group of users, split the role column into different columns and then filter the specific role we are looking for. Too many steps! I would like to be able to export a list of users per role and get their details straight away. Do you also miss this feature?

Hello all, I would like to know if there is currently a method or if this is in the works to be able to mark multiple answers to a question?  Example: OP asks a question and another user answers it. OP replies saying that the answer worked but turned out it only solved part of the issue. User adds another answer to make it a more ‘complete solution’. OP says the two answers combined helps them with their issue. I would like to be able to sort of “append” an answer to another answer.

Pretty much what it says on the tin. Our Deezer communities have a playful tone at times and emojis are part of it. Some of these are at the bottom of the emojis list, making it less convenient to use them that often. A recently-used display could be ideal and make the editor more intuitive  (right at the bottom) Let me know what you think!  (right at the bottom)

I suggest to update the login page with a confirmation notification, after an user logs in. When an user logins via this page and hits the ‘login’ button, the only feedback he gets: you see your profile icon in the menu at the top.  1. After hit the ‘login’ button, return to the page before. Is this the entry page, go to the homepage 2. After login, stay on the login page and show a confirmation notification banner which you add to Phrases, so a Community can personalize this message themselves.   

Use case: Users are starting to post affiliate and referral links / URLs on our community. We want to closely moderate and prohibit such links before they appear publicly.  Ideally, we’d like these posts or topics (if a link is in the first post) would be held in a separate tab and not in Flagged. Probably a separate area such as “Held for Moderation” or “Held posts” that require an Admin/Moderator to approve before it’s live. A really nice to have feature would be to be able to whitelist domains so that all internal/approved URLs are automatically allowed.

Hi everybody,  I would like to see the latest IP address of a user in the user overview in the control environment. Now it’s only possible to check the IP address of a user who has placed a topic / comment. This would come in hand when checking the community on dodgy accounts with e-mail addresses / usernames that I don’t trust, but are still ‘inactive’.   

Hey!  Our clients are enthusiastically popping ideas into our ideation category which is great. However, some of their pain points can be solved with a little more 1:1 training from their CSM, rather than building a new feature. I close the idea and tag the relevant CSM to take the conversation offline.  Challenge is, there is no info on who that clients CSM is, or the account they are associated with. We could solve that with a bi-directional SFDC sync that pulls CSM and account data into Insided.  Outside of this use case, you could also pre-populate client data upon Insided account creation, link out to the relevant SFDC ideation record and much much more. Hi,  we had the idea that you can set up the download of PDFs via the community so that only registered users can download a PDF. The advantage would be that the user would have to register to have this added value. @inSided what do you think?  BR Thomas 

It would be great to be able to copy membership access from one group to another. Better yet, if we could add members to a group manually as an admin.  Use Case: We have an employee user group that really took off recently. So much so we want to create another group focusing on a different topic. I’d like to be able to copy/paste the existing membership base of Group A into Group B. In doing so, it would really help with adoption I think.

Right now, you cannot add a relationship to a success plan after it is created. This causes issues for CSMs who may have forgotten to add at the start, or we determine a different relationship needs to be created after a plan has started.A CSM has to completely redo the plan, and you are unable to transfer any Objectives or Timeline entries. 

As I work through a moderator view w/ over 100 posts that need their label confirmed or changed, I’m right clicking on each one and selecting open in new tab. Can the default be changed to open in a new tab, so I don’t lose the list view I’m working in? Or, open the post detail view in a right side panel so I can quickly perform the moderation task, and keep working through my list? The extra clicks are so tedious.

Hi, We’ve recently been taking a look at setting up an RSS feed for our community, but it turns out that the author of a post/topic does not show up in the feed. Would it be possible to add this?

For the past few weeks, I've been getting a lot of PMs from artists/managers about access to their profiles in the Deezer platform. As a community manager, I need to collect their info via PM and forward to the relevant teams internally. The issue is that I've got a few weeks holiday planned and these people can't wait. I'm the main contact in the community for this, so ideally I need an automatic private message to tell users to contact someone else or wait for my return. I think it could be a cool idea. Let me know what you think 

When a new topic notification triggers from Zapier to Slack, the topic description includes some HTML formatting tags along with the message itself. Is it possible to remove that?
