Our community’s superusers have asked for the ability to send batch DMs (ie, a message to multiple receipients in one go). It’s because they like to chat to one another privately sometimes! (Probbably complaining about the communty managers….  )Maybe this could be applied using user group permissions in the control panel? It’s not for all, just our regulars.There’d need to be a limit on how many can be sent. Say, 50?

Our community’s superusers have asked that they get an option to view latest activity on the homepage. We agree with them and would like this too.The three options (inc in this Inspired community) currently are: Categories, Help Others, Recently active.What our members have asked for is similar to recently active, but instead of showing a snippet of the original topic, it should show a snippet of the very latest reply, as well as link to the latest reply.  

It would be nice to allow the translation of the UI from EN to other languages based on the customer IP address. 

We would like the ability to multi-select topics in the Moderation Overview view and to unassign topics quickly. Once assigned, we noticed that we have to open each topic one by one to unassign ourselves.

Hiya!Maybe this was suggested before, I'm not sure. But is there a way for the page to move to the reply that was merged straight after a topic is merged into another?Example, Deezer user is asking how to cancel their subscription. It's a topic they created instead of posting in the main one. I move it into the main topic for this subject, but then have to scroll down and then select the last page to be able to read the reply I just merged. Is there a way for the page to redirect there straight after I merge, instead of opening page 1?Cheers, everyone

Would love to be able to make updates to Success Plan templates after they have already been applied and made active by the CSMs. We recently rolled out a robust Success Plan for the entire team to use, and there were minor changes I wanted to make, but they wouldn't be applied to the Success Plans already in flight/underway. Would be great to be able to do that.

We’d also like to see visits & views on the user dashboard (in the top users table), to help with our metrics. It would be extremely helpful for setting up our executive views, especially if it includes all users and all activity during the selected date range.

A nice idea this, from Richard M’s Feverbee blog.  An ‘out of the box’ calendar adding goal mechanic would cater for super user programmes. e.g visit/post on day x of the week. 

Not all the columns are present in new version of Custom table view . Columns like Ideation status, Answered, views and categoreis etc are not present in the Custom table view.  Not all the columns are visible untile we scroll to the end. Everytime scrolling to the end is a pain point. Cannot modify the saved filter. 

We’re building all of our product documentation on Insided for our B2B software. As such, we need to conduct regular audits on the content, in case a screen changes. It would be great if there was a user facing audit log/version control that showed:Date created Last date updated Next update dateThis could then create a queue in the Control environment saying “Hey there are 30 articles in need of audit, 2 are overdue”. We currently have to do this using external tools like Airtable and would love to bring it into Insided.

A feature asked by the community members:Ability to delete my own reply (if no one has replied after or quoted my reply).

When I’m logged in, I can use the page “My comments” to see where I’ve been active. Unfortunately I can only sort by age of the topics, which doesn’t have any benefit to me as the age of the topic is quite irrelevant when it comes to checking if someone has replied in a topic after I was active in it. Sorting by “Recently active” would be more beneficial, especially for power users who are active in a lot of different topics.That’s why I propose a new sorting option for that page “Recently active”. Just like on the global “Recently active” page, but with an added filter to only show the topics I’ve been active in before. And I would like to be that new sorting option to be the new default.

Hi TeamClicking on the below topics number, it navigates to topics of the user page. It would be good to show the Ideation status here.  I mean good to add one more coloum called Ideation status in this view. 

I wasn’t able to find a topic about this to upvote so please let me know if it’s already been suggested.I know that you can see basic moderation actions through the Export tab in Analytics; however, the only information I see was the User, user rank, user rank title, user role, time, event_type, and topic_url.  I’d like to be able to see what specifically was edited in the topic (did they add a sentence, remove a word), etc.  (which could be really useful to see if they edited in a swear word to bypass a filter) instead of needing to click the link to redirect me. I’d also like to see a log stating which moderator banned a user, when, reason, etc. rather than just going onto a user’s profile and looking at the notes, especially if I want to get a semblance of which moderator has been doing what action items recently.I would also prefer not to need to download a log every time I want to check a moderation action that was taken so if there is a way to program a log on Control instead of

I have a super specific ask that probably only applies to us, but I’ll throw it in here anyway: Since we sync conversations from a different platform into inSided, I’d like the ability to prevent notifications emails from being sent to community members if the topic contains a certain moderator tag (ie.. no_emails). Doing this would allow us to sync these threads without bombarding people with notifications when the conversations sync happens. I’d likely have a flow like this:Mark thread as ‘synced’ Moderator tag ‘no_emails’ is automatically added to the new topic created in inSided (likely via API) Sync completes and all replies appear in inSided (no emails are sent to community members since this tag was added) Remove ‘no_emails’ tag so notifications for future activity are sent I totally understand if this will be archived immediately (I won’t take offense), but I wanted to drop it in here anyway. Thanks! 

We publish a lot of articles, and this is inconvinient for users having only article titles and authors on the parent and subcategories page.It would be very convinient to expose Published date of the article on the parent categorues and subcategories pages.

It would be convenient to see the status of the idea in the sidebar. Just like we have a tick for solved questions. 

We are installing the floating widget in our product, and we were looking to customize the action button to look like it’s part of our platform. After asking on this thread, we realized we can’t do it at present. We would love to be able to use custom HTML and CSS to change the action button.Cheers,Ben@Orian 

We want some of our community leaders to be able to manually grant badges for people based on certain accomplishments. Right now this isn’t possible, so they have to provide a list of usernames to me so I can manually grant the badges.Ideally, the ability to “Award badge to users” is available to people with permissions to access Badges, as no PII is needed. All that’s needed is a username, which is already known from community participation.Right now if I grant permission to certain users to access only the Badges section of the control environment, they can access this:And they can even access the “Edit” section for a badge:But they cannot “Award badge to users.” The following screen does not show up for them.  

When an article or piece of content has been updated it should then appear in the recently active list, currently this only happens if a new action such as a comment or reply has been left on that particular article. 

Hi everyone,In addition to: I really believe in the possibilities of ‘Related topics’. However, sometimes something that might seem related isn’t something you want to show on your community. For different reasons.Would it be possible to implement something that makes it easy to exclude topics from being shown in search results or in Related Topics?For instance: Using a tag that excludes the topics form being listed. Like: DnD (do not display). Is something like this possible?

This is a bigger version of Dittes idea over here and I talk about it over here. I’d add these columns to ‘Topic’ export: Started as: Question, Conversation, Idea Current status: Question, Conversation, Idea Having a marked answer: yes, no or empty. For all topics that have a marked answer, all marked answer stats are added: its time stamp, when it was marked, et cetera. The cells in non-question topics are empty or just say: N/A. Other useful stats in the marked as answer export are added to the topic export as well. Such as: “post_2_userRole”, “post_2_userRank” “post_2_creator” “post_1_post_2_timeDifference” What’s the use case? Informing your business about what happens in your community. Right now, the data is incomplete. The fact that completing data (exports) is not a priority for Insided even if there's 10 votes (which this idea is not going to get) is quite disappointing to me. The number of visualizations showed on Google Analytics is different from the BO. We know that Insided and Google use different methods / algorithms. Thus, in order to have the full information about visualizations in Insided, could you please add the following information on Dashboards? Possibility to download the number of visualizations por topic per day (vs the total) Also, we would like to be able to download that information into Excel

When doing superuser assessment, I want to read many (if not all) of the replies of a specific user (and his/her posts only). I could also be looking to find more replies of the same user to be able to remove duplicates, or just find a red thread in someones posting behaviour. Currently, clicking on a users replies - both on front-end and in control - I get a list of topics where the user has posted with their reply truncated, and if I click on one of those, I get dumped into the beginning of the topic and will then have to locate the reply myself to read it in full. This is a rather cumbersome way of getting to the actual content I'm looking for. Please, give me the full details of the reply/post up front, or allow me to expand the whole list to be able to read all the details.
