When replacing a Playbook in the tasks list, the new playbook items are mixed in with the older completed items (see below).  Can the previous playbook completed tasks be grouped together at the top, and the new playbook tasks be grouped together at the bottom instead?  

Please change the ‘GS Created By’ and ‘GS Modified By’ fields in User Management to be labels instead of GSIDs so that they are useful 

I did a change and removed one of the failed participants for a program in journey orchestrator, then refreshed participants.The last modified date stays the same.The date should change to reflect an action has been done on the program.

I'd like to be able to run a rule directly from the Data Management / Dependencies tab.A UI Action of the sort would greatly shorten the workflow.Instead of having to do these 4 steps:1.open the rule in a new tab,2.press EDIT,3.go to ACTIONs tab4.RUN.I attached a screenshot where this functionality could be added. 

As I understand it, currently only documents and videos can be pulled from our LMS into the knowledge center tab in a PX bot. However, our LMS also allows us to load SCORM files (Shareable Content Object Reference Model) as a learning content type but Gainsight won’t pull them from our LMS for a user to view. Any plans to include this as an option in the future?

If I have a rule that has an Action, in its Action tab: Call to Action and I chose Create CTAThe comments field below size is set in stone and editing is very cumbersome.Please add ability for the user to be able enlarge it.

[Customer request]: Hi Team,As per the current functionality, the filters configured in the associated account section is applicable only after creating the CTA.The customer wants to limit the Associated Records to only show Accounts that belong to the hierarchy of this customer while creating the CTA itself. Can we please make sure Associated Record filters works during CTA creation? Can you please check this use case.

Posting for a customer: When a rule fails there are time it is caused by a single field having a wrong value and not an issue with the row itself. It would be great to have the option to ignore the field that is causing the issue, but still be able to sync the other fields in the row so you are able to get the rest of the data. A type of dropdown for rules would be helpful so you can keep decide to “Ignore” certain fields if they trigger an error/ failure. This could be an option in the rule setup or an option after the rule has run.

(A feature request to let the user rename a report with any name he wants, even if there is an already deleted one in the trash folder with the same name;If the scenario comes where the user wants to restore the trashed item, the system can throw a message "an item already exists with this name";otherwise, don't interrupt the workflow, since it's more rare that a user wants to restore an item than it is to rename an item with the same name as a deleted one.) 

I thought I had an idea for this, but now I can’t find it. We have “likes received” included in our gamification, but currently there’s no way for members to see how many likes they've received. I’d like it to be displayed on their profile, alongside the topics, replies, and solved metrics. 

I’m mid-implementation and have several CSMs who have been keeping their customer notes in whatever format they can (one reason we bought gainsight).  I need to get all of those notes into the appropriate activity timelines.  Parsing the notes into an ingestible csv with mapped company names and properly formatted dates is easy. Ingesting the notes into a custom object via bulk API is easy. The problem is when I want to load those notes via the rules engine Load to Activities action.  That action only allows mapping of String type fields to the Activity Notes, a field that is explicitly set as Rich Text in the schema.  A good portion of the notes are well in excess of the maximum of 255 characters dictated by the GS String type.  See the issue?  Also, why is the Milestone type the only one allowed by the action? Why can’t I just use a custom field in the action mapping screen to set it to one of the dropdown values on load?I don’t understand these design choices and they should be chan

This is something that can be done by anyone today but I am suggesting it is implemented on InSpired community with this idea. No development needed! A super user and staff only category of the community enabling super users to provide feedback that does not necessarily need to be seen by everyone in the community. A couple of recent examples:This provides an increased incentive/ perk for super users, which would hopefully be useful to community managers and not extra work, as it would simply be a different avenue for something a super user would post anyway. Not sure who will upvote this but I feel it can be a good inspiration for some communities that might benefit from implementing this too!

We have some objective CTAs that we want to surface a couple fields from the SFDC Account object and have CSMs be able to edit directly (like they are able to for other objects), but this is not an available option in the Call to Action setup to create a linked object to the Account object

We are working to create a dashboard for “account handoffs” so CSMs can view all the data of recently handed off accounts in one place (rather than having to go to many tabs across C360). It would be great to have the timeline widget also to filter to just recent customer syncs

[Customer Request]: Hi Team,As per the current functionality, in case of any lookup got updated or deleted, the rule execution is failing and in the execution history View logs section, an SQL query with error is printing which customers are unable to understand.We got a feedback from customer, to improve the error message, saying for which all fields updated/deleted causing the rule failure so that they can aware of it.

When a tenant is moved to hybrid, the Gainsight package is uninstalled and all existing data from jbcxm objects moved to NXT objects. In the rules, we are hiding all jbcxm objects but we are able to build a report on these objects (example: Call to Action, Customer Info) on hybrid org, user requested if the JBCXM objects can be hide from report builder as well.This has been discussed internally and has been considered as an enhancement request.

I know this was delivered recently: Would be great to be able to choose multiple authors to list all involved in the creation of a piece. Example:We have volunteer co-collaborators for some events we host, for which we publish key takeaways to our Product Updates. The volunteers also co-collaborate on writing those takeaway publications and we would like to be able to credit these publications to all involved, and there are potentially up to three authors in one go.Would love to credit these to each of them and have these publications work as credit toward the badging system we have set up related to Product Updates publications.

Idea: Add support for private attachments to an articleJustification: We often export an MS Office or exported Google Docs document to PDF and then attach the PDF to an article. When it is necessary to edit the content of that PDF later, the source article is often hard to find or even erased after the original author left, requiring that we recreate the article from scratch.It would be so much easier if we had the option to save the source document in its original form as a private attachment to the article so we don't have to go on a hunting expedition to find it. Using the "Team notes" field to identify the source is helpful, but depending on account changes to the original repository, sometimes the source is gone.

We would like the ability to restrict viewing/interacting with a piece of content by role. We realize this can be done by category. The business feels there are times they wish to have a piece of content posted in a more general open category but only visible to certain roles. We would like this to apply to Discussions, Questions and Articles.

If I click on someone’s username, I’d like to see what groups that person is in. It can be customizable so we only show public and private groups, but suppress hidden groups.As of now, there’s no way to accurately see what groups of which a user is a member.

Hi, Is it possible to set up ''advanced'' automated emails within the community? For example: I would really like to send an automated email/ message a week after a customer has created an account. Why has he joined the community? What are his expectations? Is there something that I can do to help him out etc. etc. This data is valuable and gives us insides into what our customers want and need ... Ofcourse there are more cases, in which automated emails would be valuable ... Currently, we are able to set up emails within the ranks, but there is no possibility to set up the case as described above ... (right?) What do you guys think about this?

Currently Gainsight limits Tableau to records created within the past 6 months (instead of the full data). This makes reporting on Gainsight adoption extremely limited when you can only view Success Plans and Activities created within the last 6 months.
