It will be good idea if we can get ability to view SFDC object field level dependencies as well as Data Designer dependencies listed on Analyzer. 

We use the S3 Export daily and we have a LOT of business partners using the survey responses for automated follow up, linkage to Customer Service cases, and general Client Health scores. One thing missing in this export for CSV is the [eventId]. The one thing necessary to determine a CSAT answer from today that is different from a CSAT answer from 6 months ago. (yes you can use the date to tell them apart, but when using them in a database, the eventId would be the unique key for each response. 

When I set the border radius for Cards in our community Theme, it doesn’t apply to the quick links widget. Thus, I have to remember to adjust the radius every time. I’m sure there are versions of this for buttons and other widget features too. Keep: The ability to customize widget styling with border radius adjustments, button colors, background colors, etc. Add: When something is set as a default in the theme (border radius, etc), apply that default on applicable widgets as well. 

Currently, copy and pasting items directly into the note field of Timeline activity seems to work intermittently. I would like to see the note field support thumbnail preview and download within this field.

At this time, there is only the ability to set a default value for null values in Activity Type when syncing from Salesforce to Gainsight. It would be a useful feature to be able to set a default value for all Activity Types coming in to give more options for our customers’ use.  As an example:I have a customer who has their default value for their Activity Type set to “Pricing Conversation”The way it is set, any Null values from Salesforce will sync in with the type “Pricing Conversation” when loading to Gainsight.However, when an activity comes in with the value “Meeting” from Salesforce, it stays a “Meeting” when being loaded to Gainsight.My customer would like the ability to set all Activity Type values to “Pricing Conversation” in Gainsight, even when the Activity already has a value such as “Meeting” in Salesforce.

It would be great to @ a public tag like we can with usernames or using a # to trigger it. Desired results: hyperlink a public tag (like the tag cloud) within a post. Easily auto-populate the public tag within a post (like when you @ and start typing)  Drive increased traffic to comprehensive search of that tag. I don’t ever really click on tags at the bottom of posts or in tag clouds. As a reader, I’m focused on the content within the post and I typically exit the page before I get to the button (where tags are). Similar to when reading an article on ESPN.com or another site, it’d be great to link keywords to the equivalent of a player/team page.  

I rely on Gainsight’s Object Analyzer pretty often, but one major gap that’s becoming more noticeable is that I can’t tell if a field is used on the C360 or R360. I suppose this is mainly only relevant for the Company and Relationship objects, but for those two, it would be really nice, especially for those of us who have multiple layouts on either the C360 or R360.

Cannot see which fields are Editable unless we hover over them.Hope to see a pencil icon without hovering if the field is editable

Post on behalf of a customer. It is found that for any engagement that could use the View Type of Bar, when it first shows up it gets a fixed width according to current viewport size. Initially it is fine until the browser window width is increased, then it doesn’t quite look as pleasant.https://share.getcloudapp.com/Qwu92KzpIt be good to have a setting to set the width to be 100%.

We have a use case for creating an introduction survey page and would like it to just have a Next button without any questions. From what I can tell, if you have a page without a survey question prior to a page with a survey question, it will jump to the page with a question and skip the page without a question entirely.This would be most useful as the first page of a survey.

User with viewer license unable to view reports with SFDC object as source in C360As View_group bundle cannot be edited connector 2.0 and 3.0 access cannot be assigned to viewer due to which they are unable to view reports with SFDC object as source.Workaround would be to assign user with FULL license and assign a customer bundle

It’s a pain to have to scroll back through the date picker to get to the start of the community activity.

We have two use cases for the ability to export the users in a Sharing Group:We periodically audit users in each Sharing Group and it would save time to be able to export all users into Excel and compare using vlookup with our active user list.  We are configuring Attribute criteria to auto-manage Sharing Group users.  The criteria has been added but there are users missing and others that were added in error.  To troubleshoot these issues, I need to manually compare the active user list to the Sharing Group users one at a time and vice versa.   The ability to export the Sharing Group user list and use vlookup to perform the comparison would save a ton of time. 

Hi Team,While customer imported the survey from PX, In PX, email is not mandatory to send email but in CS, email is mandatory one without which survey cannot be imported. The system is designed to use  PX User Id for mapping ( PX -> CS ) to import surveys from PX -> CS.  Can you provide any alternative solution or can we make Email as mandatory in PX while imported.Error: No email id is associated with px user with id

Hi Team,If we are using the rules to load the activity timeline to SFDC events/Task then we are not adding the attachments (which are linked to timeline activity) to SFDC events/Task. Can we have this feature.

Use case:We are using NPS & the Slack integration. We are waiting for the feature to be able to have different slack channels, once that is in place we will have one for only our NPS engagament.We’d like to be able to adjust which content is being pushed to the channel. For example we’d like to remove the question as it will always be the same. Another example is we’ll have a custom attribute called “User title”, we’d like to be able to replace the default “Job title” in the slack post with “User title” etc.

Hi Team,Client (Nagarro) is looking to achieve an use case where they need to have two fields in the detail view with below configuration:Field 1: Non-editable field with default value  Field 2: Editable field.Note: Both fields are preferred to be Rich Text Fields as they need to hold and display some good amount if text. With the existing system design we are not able to achieve the configuration of field 1 due to below:When ever we make the field non-editable in the configuration the option to add default value is not available.  We cannot have a default value while creating a rich text field due to existing limitation.(Community post: https://community.gainsight.com/ideas/enable-default-value-for-rich-text-field-44267 )Creating this post for prod

The Popular Topics table on the Content analytics dashboard provides a lot of interesting insight: views, replies, likes, and content helpfulness. All filterable by dates. But it’s lacking some key information you can’t get without clicking into the individual topics: publish date, category (unless you’ve filtered by a category, in which you won’t get a sense of how your most popular topics are distributed), etc. My interest would be in seeing columns for:Public Tags Moderator Tags Category Publish DateHowever, I’m sure others would want to see other columns. And all of these would take up space. Therefore, my recommendation is for editable columns in the Popular Topics table in the same way as the Content moderation views. Doing so would empower community managers with self-service options for content analytics. 

Hey community,Third time luck after the mess I’ve created posting this as a question instead of an idea… 😅We’re working on a revamp of our scorecard, and have previously deprecated inherited scorecards that were half-developed. With this comes the challenge of making sure all accounts (because we just have one scorecard for all for the time being) have the one and only scorecard in one batch.I’ve tried rules engine and it turns out the scorecardId lookup field is protected and cannot be bulk updated and the only way to bulk update the scorecard is to apply a dummy criteria such as: Company > Name =/= null (which in my mind is a bit silly as it’s applying what technically is impossible as a criteria to achieve that bulk update). Can we please make the scorecardId field updatable by Rules Engine? It would make more sense than applying criteria like this.Thoughts and upvotes welcome.

We utilize labels more than moderator tags so it would be great trigger on the addition and subtraction of these labels on a post .

Include post fields in 'topic' export data

Per my earlier post, looks like this isn’t possible today: For companies with multiple products, they often maintain multiple instances of Zendesk for each product-line and it would be helpful to be able to integrate each. In our case we have two instances for each of our products and I’d like to be able to integrate the other one easily.
