Adding this one although it is no longer a big deal for me. I had to explain it to a colleague and as I was explaining I was slightly baffled by what I was saying… Which was:Only categories can hold content and categories must be contained inside a parent category, so if you want to create a single category with content it needs to be inside a parent category nonetheless. Hmmm…But the most confusing is this: you can restrict categories to different user roles which is good, BUT not parent categories. So if you were to create a single category that was restricted to some specific role, it would have to be inside a parent category; then everyone, even random visitors would see your parent category and nothing would appear to be inside for these people!?!?!So my suggestion:Allow parent categories to hold content if they hold no categories or alternatively allow categories not to be contained inside a parent category (Same result). Hi Team, Currently, we are not supporting callExternal API yet in x-org migration and hence the rules are not being displayed in X-org to migrate. It would be helpful if we can show those rules to migrate in X-org.@tulasi_andukuri 

Currently there is no status update regarding the Execution history, like there is for the Rules Engine and I must look into each Program for the status.Would be useful to have an extra column here with the Status (success or partial fail) 

Adoption explorer currently allows a customer to connect to Redshift for AE, time-series data, but what if those customers have more data in Redshift they’d like to connect to in a productized way instead of S3? Similar to how we expanded the functionality of Snowflake and BigQuery connectors, Redshift may be valuable for more customers.    

Requesting a built in way to associate a survey response to a linked object from a CTA when utilizing a manual send of a survey template from within a CTA.What happens today is, when you need to send a survey template via Email assist from a CTA, when the response is received back, that survey response is associated to the CS_Task object and displays the GSID for that task. Two issues here:Generates a broken link from the Survey Response view when you click on the hyperlinked Id  Doesn’t link to the Associated Object from the CTA that based on the visual you’d expectIt would be incredibly useful, if at the time this survey was being sent out by the end user from the CTA, they could be presented with a way to select the associated record this survey is related to.Why use this workflo

Ability to create a CTA for the Stage Owner of that account automatically, to let them know that which email has been rejected when sending the email to several recipients within the same account. 

What the title says. When adding a filter for the "rule chain" field, only the operator "in" is available.+ the "used in" column is not to be found in the filter field search.+ when pressing on the funnel icon, to add a filter, I was countless times mislead by it and noticed that it does absolutely nothing;the "add filter" link on the right side of the page should be placed on the icon for it to act as a button and not just be a useless graphic.

What the title says. Add ability to sort by column names.No way to sort programs, currently and I really need this functionality; Related topic would be this: 

On the search page, I’d like to add:A way to see topics without any replies A way to see topics without a best answer (separate from above)We desperately need a way to surface these two things, but then sort them by category. Right now I’m manually adding and removing a “zero” tag for topics without replies. Several people have asked me for a similar tag for “unanswered.” That’s a lot of daily admin maintenance. 

While I am constantly advocating for minimal intervention by the community team internally; as a user on InSpired I sometimes feel that I know a few names at InSided but not well enough that I know who is the best person to mention in different situation… It makes me feel counterproductive to mention what is likely the wrong person.I wonder if there might be room for a flag to community team option for help or input as opposed to the « flag » option that exists now to report abuse.Perhaps it is a feature that should be limitable by rank so as to be controlled more thoroughly. Perhaps for super users to have an extra tool in their arsenal…?

Hello,We have received feedback from our internal team and our customers that they want to be able to change their display name so that is different from their user name.  Currently this functionality doesn’t exist.  Would like this to be considered for future feature improviements. Thanks so much,Andre

We would like to be able to see which accounts and/or users are working for a particular time of day, for example, We’d like to be able to see a list of these 21 users (or accounts).

It would be awesome if I could simple copy paste an event. We have a lot monthly events where the description, name and links don’t differ form the ones in the future. There would be some small changes like date, time and speakers. If I could just copy an event, that would be a big time saver. :)

Hello!On our support website we use SDL Tridion for managing content and all our Knowledge Base exists in SDL Tridion. Also, we use Elasticsearch to show results on our website.We won’t be able to migrate our KB to community.As we know, it is impossible now to integrate federated search with these systems but it would be great!

I’d like to see the search in Control > Users search not just for the username and email address but also other custom profile fields.Currently we run into situations where we are trying to locate a particular community member. We may not have their username or email but do have their name or other custom profile field data and can’t use that currently to locate them. While I can get this with a user export, it’s a hassle to have to resort to that each time.

Team, with one of our new BU's using Gainsight the question arose around attching a .xlsm file to the timeline. This appears not to be supported, can you pleas eprovide an update ont his or if thereis a plan to do this. Tpday, the team uses a file to do their QBR's and then wants to attch this to the Timeline. Unfirtunately we are not able to do so. It doesn't help to save it as a different format as we need the .xlsm file in order to auto ccalcualte fields. Can you pelase provide a solution for this?

It would be great if we could include “noindex” tags on the /search pages in the community to stop indexing /search URLs (as such links can dilute SEO quality)?

You can currently add some Renewal Center reports and features to Gainsight Home which is nice. However, when you drill down to the list of opportunities from whatever RC thing you clicked on, if you try and click on one of those individual opportunities to ‘work on it’ nothing happens. This is NOT the experience elsewhere in the product. Not having it work in GS home seems largely antithetical to its purpose.

Hi Team,Customer has the use case that a Sales Manager could go into the Renewal Center and be able to download and compare with data from other systems of operation. Currently, we are not including the field: ”Opportunity ID”  as part of exportable reports from the Renewal Center. Can you please look into this and include this field in the export file from the table view.Thank you. 

It would be nice to have the option to create my own private email templates and be able to toggle between my private templates vs the group templates that are available. I understand that using group templates keeps communication standardized across the team, however, sometimes I would like to respond in my own ‘language’ and ‘tone.’

One thing our CSMs struggle with in adoption success plans is the value beyond using it as a tracking tool.  One thing that’s constantly brought up is the ability to see outcomes related to the work we’re capturing in our success plans.   Because we have so many objectives related to making metrics in our score card go green it would be create to have the ability to set up a goal when an objective is built. For example:  I could create a new objective that is focused on getting adoption of product X Green.Then, on a goals tab, I could have an area where i can link this objective to the plan.  So in this scenario I would say - Link to Score metric Product X adoption = Green, by Y Date.  With the goal set, the CSM could naturally work the objective, and once the metric goes green they could either set the objective to close out automatically and set a closed status based on the criteria (on time, metric green = closed success).We could pot

We use scorecard to track a bunch of information.  Customer Health, Usage Data, CSM related tasks, etc.  It’s great because it can give all of these easy to view, amazing snapshot with the bonus of seeing historical information with just a click of the mouse.The problem is that our scorecard is massive.  Even when you collapse everything there is just so much information. Idea:  Would be amazing to be able to have a tabbed scorecard.  You’d be able to bucket measure groups into specific categories, and easily tab between them.   It would function exactly like tabs on a browser.  You just click between them at will.  Something like:[Engagement/Sentiment] [Product Utilization] [CSM Tasks]  

Hi Team, Client Name: SPS Commerce‍ Customer reported the issue that Program Activity page not loading and getting an error. Similar kind of issue are seen for other JO module related object (Eg: AO Emails) . The root cause of the issue is found to be the huge amount of data in the object. It would be great if engineering team can look into this from performance point of view and bring in the changes that can avoid this issue in future for all the customers.
