Hi team, Posting this request on behalf of our customer.One customer has paused a scheduled program and scheduled powerlist refresh failed since the program is paused.However, UI doesn’t show any reasoning to let the end user know why it could have failed when they were reviewing the execution history after sometime. UI shows below messaging:https://share.getcloudapp.com/9ZuQW9WLThis failure reason wouldn’t be clear to end user unless they reach out to support team.It would be great if we could enhance error logging at UI level so that customer would be aware of failure reasons without having them reach out to support. Regards,Jagadeesh 

I’d love to be able to have a World Map report type that could be used to plot the location of customers across the globe.Ideally this would be a zoomable map, where location data from the Company object could be used to plot customer locations.If many customers are located in a similar area, I’d love to see cluster pins like those attached used to highlight this. Pins (either singular or cluster) could be interactive to open up drill down options as per other report types.Is this something that could be adopted by Gainsight in the future? It would be a powerful reporting enhancement IMO  

Use cases & Outcomes:1. Trigger a post-engagement survey after an engagement (to understand the effectiveness of an engagement, we can’t rely on the completion)2. Trigger an engagement based on survey responses (push appropriate content based on the user’s need)Problem: In our case, we can only accomplish UC #1 by following this resource by setting up two separate engagements (guide, survey). However, we have noticed some issues (shared with PX).#2 isn’t possible since we restrict sharing PII data (hashed user-id) that can’t help retargeting.Request: Provide an option to have survey as one of the steps of an engagement - for #1, first step; #2, last step. Further flexibility on the step choice would be nice to have.

I would love to see an improved UI for admins to manage dashboard permissions. While we are heavy users of permission groups (which is helpful) we still have to open each individual dashboard to add/remove these permissions. I’d prefer a page with a list of dashboards and check boxes for our existing groups where I could just go down the list and add a particular group to any/all dashboards they need access to at once. Same for removing access for a group(s) from multiple dashboards at the same time. This has come up more frequently as we work to clean up the many dashboards we’ve created for special projects/initiatives over the years. Part 2 of this ask (from one of my managers) is for the end user to have the option to remove (or at least hide) certain dashboards from their drop down list if they don’t want to see them. They know they don’t need/want access any longer, but don’t want to ‘bother’ our admin team with small requests.Another part of better managing our dashboards, is be

Hi everyone,I have noticed that the delete buttons in a group are dangerously close to the save buttons. If you click “delete group” or even “delete post” there is no safeguard popup ensuring that you meant to click that. Please add this to your feature updates!Here is a sample of what I am talking about:  

Our Community team has grown from a 1-person led team to a team of 6, so we are now adopting using the “assign” feature in the backend for Moderators. However, we encourage our external team members (folks on CS, Academy, etc) to participate and answer questions in the Community as well. Sometime we will see several people comment all around the same time, and since InSided doesn’t auto-refresh, they are posting an answer and not seeing someone else has already posted. I’d love to see a feature where we might be able to see multiple users looking at the same topic, or if there’s a way to see “someone is typing”, like in the Facebook groups board. 

I seem to run into this a lot when working on building Survey’s for people in my organization.  They layout the survey in the question format they want...and then after seeing or talking to others they want to change it.  So as of now, you have to create a new question in the new format, and then delete the old one.    It would be awesome if while the Survey was in draft, you had the ability to modify the question type (format) to another. 

When using Advanced Logic expressions with multiple filters and nested AND/OR expressions, I sometimes lose track of where I am in the expression or missing a parentheses completely. This can lead to incorrect expressions or errors.  It would be cool if Gainsight highlighted the pair of parentheses you were currently in, similar to how Google Sheets or Excel handle functions. This would make it much easier to debug and parse complex expressions.  Example from Google Sheets:

Hi, When ingesting large data sets into Gainsight, the docs recommend we set up the `create` stage in Snowflake so Gainsight can render large data sets all at once. Could there be a flag or some other form of notification within Gainsight for the Snowflake connector to highlight if and when the `create` stage schema is enabled so it is clear to the GS admin? There have been times when it got toggled on/off in Snowflake and we had to loop in GS Support to triage, only to discover that we needed our own team to make a change.  Furthermore, this somehow resolves a bug with highly infrequent duplicate rows of data. I don’t know why or what causes this, but this should also be examined. 

Within the Bulk API we have the feature of using the lookup mappings to join the ingested data to a Gainsight object to lookup a value. We have two choices of behaviour for when a lookup value is not found, which is to load the record with null values or reject the record.Currently rejecting the record raises an error. Causing the job to list as partial success, and error logs with error GS_3275 against each record that failed to match.I have a circumstance where failure to match is expected behaviour. Sending all records from some source but wishing to only load into Gainsight those which match to companies that exist in Gainsight. In this circumstance the error are numerous and the logs are full of the above error, which has the potential to mask other errors by making them difficult to spot, and/or causing us to ignore these partial success messages all together.The preference would be to have the option to supress the error message depending on if failure to match is expected. Home looks great but as an admin serves no value for me as the default when I log in.As an admin that works almost entirely out of JO, it would be great if I could set that as my landing tab to save clicks when I log in each day.

I’d love the ability to use colons to auto-complete emojis similar to the way it works in Slack. For example, typing: :smile: would convert to    It appears to be supported by the Emoji package in CKEditor.

When sending an inline NPS survey, a “0” was marked as the response even though the user never answered the survey question. Is there a way to remove the score or prevent the server from automatically selecting “0” as response? Or is there a way to check if the response is from the user or was automatically done?

 Example above (a featured topic) displays a bubble icon and comment count even if the topic/article is closed to comments. Would suggest this isn’t displayed if it is closed or another icon added to indicate it as closed to comments.  

While Navigating in Gainsight SFDC, the Administration-> Communication-> Surveys leads to Survey 1.0 where we need to click on a button for navigating to Survey 2.0. Customer has requested that the Administration-> Communication-> Surveys  should directly route to Survey 2.0.  Customer’s update:I understand what you are saying, but the Admin menu item is still broken. That would be the normal way most people would instinctively access the Survey tool. It is a defect in the software and should be fixed.Most Salesforce users have several application tabs already and Gainsight is but one tool Salesforce customers may use. Gainsight can be one of the application tabs, but Gainsight should not require several different application tabs in Salesforce to utilize the Gainsight tools.Please submit this issue as a defect/enhancement to Gainsight product management or engineering teams.

Hello Team, Steps to replicate the issue:Navigate to Dashboard Builder Change the View As from your name to some other users name. For Example user A to view as user B. Now, just Edit a dashboard and close the dashboard editor (no other action needed) When closing the dashboard editor you will be taken back to the Dashboard builder list view, now you can notice that the “View As” would have gone back to the user “A”. It shouldn't happen like that. The View As must still be with the user "B".Please look into the issue. 

Hi all,First foray in to using Success Snapshots and have some questions on formatting I was hoping someone can help with. I want to provide a “theme” to the tables used in the deck (for reports), and am able to do this if using a PPT version (by setting the theme in the template before uploading) but am not having the same luck with google slides. The export always uses the default blue/white table. Is there something I am missing here, is it possible or a limitation with google slides themselves not doing themes for tables?Thanks!

I would like the ability to modify the Program Model type after creation. I typically use the Generic model, but decided to give NPS Survey model a try on my latest survey iteration. I do not want to send an escalation email, but there is no way to disable. I am not able to change my Program Model back to generic either, so I must start from scratch including recreating my participant power list which is very time consuming. I cannot clone my survey as the model is cloned with it.

I’d love the ability to add multiple users or persons to a field.Example use cases could be; - 2 (or more) CSM’s working on an individual company/relationship- Multiple persons holding a specific “role” for an opportunity, e.g. ChampionThe (front-end) functionality that is currently available in the timeline would be ideal. I appreciate it’s not that simple back-end wise though. 

In the Salesforce Connector 2.0 I can only use source and target, it would be nice to have a transformation step as well where minor corrections can be made. For instance adding case fields or additional filters.We have this option in the “Freshdesk” connector where I use a transformation step to translate the built in Priority names in Freshdesk to our reporting standard P1-P5 

I would like to access a list of tasks across all my accounts for a given day and check them off as I complete them.
