Hi, One of our customers would like to select a period for the NPS widget to calculate the average for; on the 360 layout like we can when we select NPS score.  Please share your thoughts.

Hi Team. Can we have an option to know who is the Previous Owner of any CTA, like for scorecard how we have the Current Score and Previous Score values. Like the same way it’s better to have the fields like “Current/Present Owner” and “Previous Owner”. Thanks.

Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of a customer.I think think is a genuine use case and would be a needy enhancement in the product.When we configure list view fields in success plans there is no ability provided to admins or end users to rename these fields.Say for example take below field : The look up path is referencing to name of Call to action and if there is no ability to rename this field the end result will be displayed like below:Since we have few such identifiers like status, priority, using these fields in the list view field configuration will create a confusion to end users to identify what those fields were. It would be great if we give the ability to admins to rename the list view fields to make it more clearer for the end users on what they were seeing at success pan level. Regards,Jagadeesh

Request ability to filter tasks (open/closed) within a CTA.   Would like the ability to filter completed tasks from CTA display. I'm finding with certain CTA's that I have more completed tasks than open. Therefore the process to easily view and prioritize is inefficient.

However, whenever the CTA/CS Task due date is changed to provoke a “Next Task Due Date” update, new “Next Task Due Date” isn’t shown until the browser page/tab is refreshed. Would like the “Next Task Due Date” to refresh without having to do a browser page refresh. As after page refresh, you won’t always land back into the Cockpit section in a given C360 for example.

Rather than having to remember the names of individuals to send to in an email assist, it would be nice to have a look-up/check boxes when clicking the To field . A select all option would also be nice.

Hey Team,Customer requirement: Is it possible we can set the notification email in such a way that it gives the info from which source they are coming.For example: if we build a query builder in the JO program it sends an email notification mentioned below. Your request to run the following Custom rule succeeded. Results can be downloaded from the Rules execution history page. Re: this question from my IT Director, submitting it as an idea. As I understand it, our suggestion is that Group Joins be added to the Get User Activities endpoint.   We would also have a use case for Unsubscribe from Email Notifications (for that Group) activity. It also might be an interim solution to this idea: Enabling the ability to build off this activity in the API could allow those of us that need it to build notifications or workflows. 

Currently, if we make a Success Plan via Rules Engine we must select a Template within the Setup Action step. Without a template selected, we cannot save the ActionThis is not marked as a required field (even though it is for the Rule to save) and having a template on a Success Plan is not a requirement, just like having a Playbook on a CTA is not required.Could we remove the dependency of having to select a Template when creating a Success Plan via the Rules Engine?

Hello Team,"Load to people" action Execution summary sheet won't show the records affected, it will show only the summary. In case of any failure records in the execution, we will show in the rule result sheet.Currently it seems like a limitation.It's very important for customer to be able to see affected records in these logs.Could you please check on this request, if we could implement this in the future! 

We would love to be able to pre-populate survey answers based on objects in the MDA. This would help our reporting be consistent so that we do not have misaligned strings and can rely on IDs rather than names. For example, a dynamic list of who was your TAM during a session

Currently GS has never handled scorecard for color blind people very well. Multiple ideas have been thrown around. However, if the character limit for the Grade schema could be increased from 2 this would solve the use case.  This would give you Colored Text Note, I got the full word Green in there by adjusting the HTML code. Obviously not something that should be done. But, I was just testing to see if it was possible and what would happen. It seems like the 2 character character limit is just some hard coded limitation that can be adjusted and then this would be a huge solve for it. 

Hi,I’m moving some articles around, and I understand that I can’t bulk move articles from category to category (Different grievance for another time).However, it is a bit frustrating that when I’m already in moderation view and want to edit/move an article, I can’t click on it and stay in the moderation view. I have to expand it in the public facing view, then click control to get back into the moderation view, and then go back and move the item. You can understand how frustrating this can be with 15-20 articles.Thanks,Ilan

Hi Team,One of our customer has come with a concern that in the new horizon dashboard we are unable to see the object name and description when hovering over a report.Expectation: The new dashboard should populate the report details that are present in the old dashboard.Can you please consider this?

Not really sure what this menu is called, but our CSMs love using it: We currently have it on our C360 Layouts, but not on any of our R360 Layouts: Anyone know if this is configurable? Would love to add it to our R360 pages so our CSMs can do things like get the cusomter's account page in Salesforce.

Posting on behalf of a customer. It is found that a rule chain schedule (not individual rule schedule) is paused, when a rule within the chain is made inactive. When the rule is made active again. The rule chain schedule remains paused until it is deleted and reset. To make it easier, may the rule chain schedule be auto resumed when the rule is made active again.  

As the title suggests, is there a way to show a dynamic score column with number and color in a Dataspace?

The bubble charts are great ways to see adoption of products/modules of products. But if you could pick a date range (e.g. last 6 months) and watch how the bubble chart evolves, day by day over that period - that would really help us understand how usage of modules/products has been evolving. 

Hi all! We recently migrated to the new Horizon Connectors 2.0 and I’ve been noticing across the feature that the time zone is inconsistent. Here are a few areas where I noticed this:The Jobs tab: Under the Last Run On section, this seems to be in EST (which for me is the correct time zone and the most normal to look at). The Activities tab: The Start and End times seem to be in UTC. In referencing the current sync job that’s running on our end, the Status is in progress and the start time says 8:15pm. View Job Activity under Activities tab: The Next Run At time says 4/27/21 at 4:00am. I’m unsure why this date is referencing any dates from the past.I’m wondering if it’s possible to have the ability to adjust the time zones across these tabs in the new Connectors OR if you would be able to put them all in a single time zone. Is it possible for badges to choose a parental category where it applies? Now I see that I have to specify all child categories within the parental category to apply the badge to a whole category. It will cause a lot of problems in future, when we will add new subcategories into a parental category. That time I will have to add that new category manually to all badges applicable to that parental category. and additionally: is it possible to add "Clone badge" ability? This is if I need to have many levels of the same badge within the same area. No I have to add it, and setup all conditions one by one. If I can clone an existing badge level 1, I can simply change it then for level 2 by changing specific condition and save it.

 Suggestion for a new topic CTA that can be added as a widget similar to what’s discussed here:  Would avoid the need to use custom code and make it more readily available to others using inSided.  

Hi, Really liking the development of the Ideation module and Product Updates module. Being able to assign these to a Product Area is really helpful, too! I think it’d be really useful if, as a Member viewing an idea or product update, I could click the ‘related products’, and be shown a filtered overview of all ideas/updates related to that product area.For example, if I’m in this Product Update post, I’d want to click ‘Moderation’ (highlighted below) and be shown the overview of all Moderation product updates. This would apply for multiple related products.It feels intuitive (as it’s already underlined), and reduces number of clicks needed if I’m interested in viewing similar product updates. 

We have the ability to see that users are able to access specific tabs.  It would be nice if we could get this to be a little more granular.  We would like to be able to see what dashboards are being used the most and which ones are not being used.

Posting on behalf of customer. Currently when viewing currency fields on C360, Success Plans, etc the field will abbreviate to xxxK when above 100000. Anything below 100000 it will display the full value. See attached.Customer would like the ability to customize whether it shows the full amount or abbreviates to xxK or xxxK, etc.

It seems more natural (mainly for demos) that Email would be the last option in the PX Engagement list.
