Add Search Dynamic Program Email Preview for Specific ParticipantsNew Idea

With the release of Dynamic Programs, the email preview is limited to a random sampling of 19 participants.  This is a loss of functionality from the “Old Version” where we were able to search the email preview by email address to view the email version with data for the specific participant to validate version filter and merge field configuration.  It also prevents us from being able to send the participant version email copy to our email requestors for review and approval; if we send from email template, the merge fields will display default values instead of valid participant data.   According to Support, the “Old Version” participant search functionality was due to a loophole to see participants outside the 15 provided as a sample. this loophole was removed because Maintaining data for every synced participant even before the program gets published could lead to performance issues. Without the ability to search for specific participants who meet  complex version criteria, we are forced to bypass the final email approval process by requestors and send untested emails to customers.  This can have exponential negative impacts to our business and end users, based on email topic, if a field is mapped incorrectly, does not display as desired, or a version filter is incorrect.   This ask here is to have the ability to preview emails by any participant in the Dynamic Program to allow for complex email validation or a different way to validate version filters, merge field mapping, and merge field data format ahead of the email send.

Make it easier to turn off or revert back when new features are released (specifically sidebar 360)New Idea

I’d like to see Gainsight make it much easier for end users to turn off new features when applicable. My particular inspiration for this post is the sidebar 360, which as admins we were forced to take an all-or-nothing approach for our end users when turning on. Predictably, while quite a few of my teammates loved it, there were also some who did not like it and wanted to revert back. I found myself having to (a.) figure out myself how each end user could turn off the sidebar 360 themselves, which was buried in the documentation, then (b.) having to individually ping each of said teammates the instructions. Why not just make it easier in the product for end users to revert back to the old way of things with a change like this - especially if you’re going to force admins to roll out to everyone no matter what when rolling it out? An example: For years, Salesforce, had an easy-to-find “Switch back to Classic” button when they migrated to Lightning. Why not have a similar concept with the sidebar 360 and other similar features? I know you’re definitely able to create this kind of experience if you want. Also, I understand you want end users to adopt the new features, but sometimes you have to meet them where they are and either let them adopt on their own time or just accept that some will never want to adopt it for various reasons, and that’s ok.
