Today, if you’re on the 360 compact view and find one of the many reasons (source) you need to go to the fully 360 view for, when you open the new tab via the icon, you’re not taken to the same tab you were on.For example, if I’m on the Success Plan tab of the compact layout, and click the iconExpand IconI’m not taken back to the Success Plan tab. I have to find it again, which may be in a different place because the settings are evidently different between big and compact 360. So, congrats, you’ve just added at least 2 extra clicks to the CSM workflow.
Allow users to create success plans from the 360 compact layout.I’m on the Success Plan tab and there’s no option: Instead, you have to expand it to get the option:
[Customer request].Hi Team,Customer would like to see few improvements in the E2T email notification. Below are the scenarios.Scenario1: If customer signature has more than 5 images and every time they log a timeline getting the below notification. The outcome is the email is logged. Scenario 2: While logging a timeline with a character count of more than 33K, they are receiving the below notification. The outcome is timeline didn't log. For both the cases, they are receiving the email with envelopes with a red circle with an X. Customer would like the problem identification to happen more quickly, especially if most of the time they are ignoring because it’s issue #1. they don’t want to have to open the email to read the specific issue. Net, they need to know more quickly what happened.Kindly review and change the image to be different for an attachment error vs. the no-log error for easy identification. Thanks,Ravindra
Currently, we have all Gong meetings synch into Timeline as activity type = Meeting. We would like to filter some gong meetings and flag them as Monthly Governance Meetings instead based on the filter that customer meeting was attended by sponsor, setting a flag as true in the activity. Currently, we dont seem to do that for certain Gong meetings and CSMs have to update the activity manually.
A Find and Replace tool in Gainsight CE course content would be amazing! I don’t know of other LMS tools that provide this. Case Use: We offer customer-facing training and internal product training. Sometimes features get a new name or a slight change and we have to dig through all course content to make the change. Would be a nice future forward option to have a find-and-replace text tool for course content. Then I could enter the old name of the feature and put in the new name to replace it and the content is updated across all courses.
There are slight differences between Report Builder UX and Scorecard Widget UX. Improving the parity between these two seemingly identical features will help admins.Report renaming (can rename report in Report Builder when editing/building the report, cannot do this in Scorecard Widgets) Click & drag fields to Filter Double-click a field to bring it over to Show Me Ranking & Sorting options (for example, if I want to create a Mass Edit report for Top 10 Accounts by ARR...)
Our Media Library in CE is messy and will continue to be messy. I have to track my media in a separate spreadsheet so I know where to go to replace individual files as our software changes. It would be nice to have folders in the Media Library to sort content. We are using our CE for both customer-facing training and internal-product training. So all content is spread across multiple audiences. I am worried that something that should not be customer-facing could be used easily and causes a security risk for our internal teams. It would be nice to be able to sort content into folders and even share permission levels by folder. I could create a folder that could be Internal-Only content and then there could be a Customer-Facing content folder. We could also have a SHARED content folder where some content may overlap.
We have several types of internal users that interact with the CE platform for adding users, enrolling in courses, checking progress, and looking at reports. The current structure of groups and permissions does not allow for much control and seeing who is doing what.We have the need to allow for a user in between “Manager” and “Admin,” meaning we need users to see all groups and enroll in all courses, but not touch any course content/settings, or platform settings. Also, as the main admin, I have been requested to see who added a certain user or who enrolled a learner in a specific course...there is no audit trail/history or change-log that I can see.
Hi Team,In cases where custom buttons need to perform multiple actions—such as redirecting to a URL in the end application while simultaneously updating a custom user attribute in PX—it would be helpful to have the option to support more than one action for these buttons.
When I create groups, the “Join Request Notification” is below the fold and does not automatically add the creator. This needs to be automatic.
Hello! We have had a few community members bring this idea to us, so thought to add it here. The ask is for a setting allowing notifications only when the original topic author’s responds to their own post. Sometimes a topic can get busy, so it would be nice to know when and if the topic author returns with additional comments. In one of our community member’s words - “Unless I religiously browse to the topic again after each response, I never know that the topic owner has replied. It would be a useful feature to be able to select getting an email when the topic creator replies, even if it is only for the "question" type topics.” Current email notifications available
Please add User Role to Event registration export, we have a community of customers and non customers and I need a quick way to identify if attendees are customers or prospects for my reporting.
I would like to be able to export members list after appliyng specifc filters.
The new dashboard is nice BUT I would like to make some minor report adjustments and I cannot do that as these are considered system reports, so I need to clone every single report and rebuild the dashboard. This is unnecessarily frustrating and this solution would be much better provided as a Sightline Vault installation. If the goal is to get multi-product adoption, why is Gainsight making it more difficult to actually get there?

Hi Team,We have a usecase from customer wants to configure the search logic to show the values in descending order to the custom currency field as every time the search results show the records with an value of $0.Can we have the functionality improved to add a sort criteria using the requried fields.
In Appcues, permalinks allow users to relaunch guides, announcements and surveys at-will for testing or for user engagement. Permalinks are often used as a link from a targeted email, but do not require the engagement audience logic to be dedicated to the link. By clicking a permalink, Appcues content will be manually called so when the user is redirected, and the content will be fired based on the permalink. In PX imagine being able to use non-url based rules in audience logic like User and Account attributes or feature usage to trigger an engagement, but permalinks provide an alternate link-based trigger mechanism apart from the audience logic. An additional use case here is engagement approval. If a PX admin wants to share an engagement with the exec team for approval, they are limited to either:share a screen cap edit the audience logic, make the engagement live, and share a sequence of actions to trigger the engagement in-app ask the approver to log in to PX, fin the engagement, switch to the editor, and launch a preview to the correct urlThe permalink would be a one click engagement launch from an email.Appcues doc is here https://docs.appcues.com/en_US/user-experiences-studio/permalinks
IMO, 2025-01-31T12:00:00-05:00 is pretty brutal for the {event_time} variable in the new event system emails. Is it possible to style it to a simpler date format via HTML? Even just 2025-01-31 would be an improvement.
