Hi Team,There is no option to clone a permission bundle. It would be easy to clone similar permissions and rule assignment with slight variations than being creating a new one from scratch. Thanks!
“External” user licenses are created when there is a success snapshot or layout or dashboard share is triggered. However there is no availability of knowing what is shared to external users other than snapshot. Can we have this requirement tracked in MDA using looked up user data sharing MDA etc. Thanks!
<Customer Request> Any idea on if we're going to support a multipicklist option?
Hello, The new horizon ui for bionic rules is great, it has new fields, sort capability, cleaned up, modernized and a great set of things. It does, however have one major concern and one other concern. The old Rules Engine would open up new tabs in your browser when you would enter edit from the Execution Results page but experienced users would get smart about things and click the pencil that would then open up the edit screen in the same tab. This was a great thing. The Horizon Rules Engine doesn’t do that, it will always open a new tab. Yesterday in doing development in 18 minutes it opened 32 new tabs, a great area to improve. There is great things in the new UI, this one really needs to be addressed.
When editting multiple fields in the Attributes section on the C360 it would be nice to be able to have an auto save feature that would save as you update, or it would be nice to have the ability to have an overal save button that would save multiple fields insteading of doing every one individually.
This is a minor issue but would be great if it’s resolved. The gif below demonstrates the behavior where the dates are cut off, depending on where the task is relative the top of the CTA frame. It looks like the CTA window is the master constraint for any dialogue box that appears within the CTA, and the date boxes don’t have a way to overflow that window causing them to get cut off if they are not positioned properly. This CAN be mitigated by using a larger screen, and possibly by switching to full screen (F11 on PC) in your browser, but it would be great if this just “worked”.
CSD assignments on accounts change on a regular basis (shifting accounts, job changes, etc.). When that occurs, the open CTA's should automatically shift to the updated CSD. The number of open CTA's for a CSD portfolio of accounts can be very large; and having to change them manually one at at time is not ideal.
We were hoping to get integrated chat support via an engagement which would link through to Zendesk to create a ticket and allow for our support staff to chat live with Users who need assistance.
Hey Team, I was speaking with a customer today who has sent some custom events that are no longer relevant and would like to remove some custom event types from the drop downs in the product mapper and query builder. Do we see having the ability to delete Custom Events in the near future? -Mike
Posting on behalf of a customer…. Please add "Last Browser" and "Last Browser Version" to the available filters for Audience Explorer, Dashboards, Adoption Explorer, etc. within PX Analytics. We need to be able to easily report on these users in PX and the “Browser usage” Dashboard widget does not allow us to see the underlying user/account records. Gainsight PX add-on comments…You cannot currently filter users/accounts by these “Last Browser” fields. PX records the "last browser" and "last browser version" for each user, so it can change often for some users. The best way to see this and get a full filtered list of users/accounts would be to export your full Users to a CSV from Audience Explorer and then filter it in your spreadsheet program (e.g. MS Excel).
We want to move our knowledge centre that is currently held on Salesforce so that it is in app via the KC bot. We still need a way for our users to submit support cases, so I was wondering if it was on your roadmap to have case creation for SF from the KC bot?Or if you have a fun workaround that would also be appreciated - the feedback option doesn’t really work for us.
During an onsite with HPE, the request to have more granular admin permissions per user has come up. As we are having a configuration across different use cases and business units working on different relationship, there is a requirement to have "limited admin" role for people who can only change configurations for specific relationships, or only carry out specific actions (e.g. only create reports, only create CTAs but disable other actions in the rule engine, etc.)
Hello All, Submitting this on behalf of one of our customer who shared a product enhancement idea to receive integration failure notification in case of any failures during the data sync with PX. For example when SFDC, Webhook or Slack sync with PX got failed it should send a failure notification to the Admins configured the Sync job. Another use case for admin console notifications is when guides have an error, sending a notification to a comm channel (teams, slack, email, etc.) would alsobe amazing.
As an administrator, I want to set an expiration date for an article and know this will fall off automatically when I tell it to. Today, I have to set a reminder in Slack or in Outlook to remind myself to remove it (or just come across it later in the future sometime). This is a nice-to-have feature and will simply help with bot content management. This request should considered for a guided tours as well.
It would be nice to have the ability to build a survey and then select which questions show for each type of customer or customer attribute that I select. For instance I may have 10 questions but only three questions would apply to the customers that have product "X" or a service package so for those customers I would only want the survey to show those three questions instead of the entire list of 10 questions. Right now I would have to build multiple sets of the same survey to use filter logic because the logic can only be used at the PowerList level. It would be nice to have the ability to use filter logic within the actual survey. This way you can create one survey with a power list and use the question filters to identify what questions they get asked for the survey.
Using in line surveys usually increases response rates, but not everyone keeps going after the first NPS/CSAT question, so keeping partial survey responses toggled on is super useful. Internally, our support team wants an email to fire to a case owner for a low score. We’d still want to capture this for partial responses, but right now they necessitate an additional wait.I’d like to capture partial responses but have them convert after a manner of minutes or hours rather than the minimum currently of one day.
We have found that when you are trying to assign a C360 layout you cannot use a boolean or specifically a checkbox field to assign a layout. The use case behind this would be an account that has a certain box checked would get a different layout than one that does not have that box checked. This would simplify the assigning process and make it dynamic so that if an account does change from "true" or "false" the other layout is assigned." Ideally we could use any field on the account of customer info objects to assign a layout. The only work around would be to create a formula field to look at the respective boolean field and update another field with true or false. However we would like to keep this in GS.
While you have the permissions granular enough to limit those who can launch engagements into production, there are several areas that users can impact engagements already live in production without knowing. This is a very big concern for security. Updating segments, product mapper, and audience will directly impact any engagement that uses it with no approval process and without the permission to launch engagements to production. We need a way to ensure ANY impact to production engagements is controlled by the production launcher. In addition, with this, there is no way to test changes to segments or product mappings without risk to live engagements. We would have to create a copy of the targets and maybe the entire engagement (not sure, have to test) in order to make changes to the targets. This is a lot of additional work and risk.
Up until this point, we have been using the two out-of-box subscription categories. We are looking at expanding the categories into more granular options to give our customers the ability to choose what types of emails they would like to receive instead of all or nothing. Since we’ve been taking the all or nothing approach, many customers are unsubscribed so they do not receive emails to be able to click the link to manage preferences and re-subscribe. We also want to prevent an influx of contacts to our CSMs requesting manual updates. Is there a way to create or link to a standalone Manage Preferences page for customers to self-serve?If not, how do other organizations handle customer re-subscribe requests? Thanks in advance.
I have been speaking with a customer today who has some feedback on being able to register and manipulate Product Mapping via the API. I wanted to share the feedback here for some visibility and feedback form the team: As a developer I believe it would be beneficial to be able to register and manipulate Product Mapping via the API. This would provide teams like mine with more robust capabilities to insert the setup of instrumentation into our developer workflow, instead of leaving it to a manual process after development. Because we are using custom `data-*` attributes to tag the elements in our UI we want to track, as well as assigning them unique values based on context, we don't have the same need to test selectors via the manual product mapping tool due to our ability to use very specific selectors that are structure agnostic with respect to the rest of the HTML in our app. I'm trying to enable a capability somewhat akin to database migration strategies where we can define declarative and idempotent mapping rules that can be run with our application deployments in an automated manner. So, I believe exposing the elements of the Product Mapper via the supported API would enable more advanced integrations for teams like mine and enable us to instrument our application more robustly and completely than the manual process enables. Please share any thoughts and feedback. -Thanks
