This is fantastic! Looking forward to spending more time with this, but this is the first time we’ve had insights into who and how many are subscribed to what things. Thank you!

One thing I’m not seeing is Events. Am I missing it, or can we get insights added to these dashboards to see subscribers for the Events page?

This is exciting! Is there something we need to do to enable it? When I go to Control → Analytics I’m not seeing any option listed.

Ow I look forward diving into these dashboards, especially the subscription status as we can now see how actually is subscribed for what. But perhaps also which subscriptions/pages could use extra  attention.

I’m excited about the possibilities here! @kcronin  May I ask why this requires a higher level license within Gainsight CS? As far as I can tell from this post, the data here is entirely CC-specific and doesn’t pull from or affect CS.

Hi @atwhite

Thanks for your great feedback! We’re glad you’re finding the insights useful. You’re right that subscription data for the Events page isn’t in the dashboard yet, but we’re working on adding it soon.

@mbuuck1

Although the data originates from CC, it is delivered through our core Gainsight reporting platform, which relies on the CS analytics permission model. This means all underlying reporting assets inherit robust, role-based access controls, ensuring that only appropriately permissioned users can view and interact with the reports. To access and filter these analytics assets, users need at least the Viewer Analytics license, which is the baseline level required for secure report consumption.

For CC New Dashboards, this Viewer Analytics license is available at no additional cost for Control Users, making it both a secure and highly accessible way to operationalize community data.
