Hi Admins! This post shows you how to insert tokens inside the URL. It is super simple to implement and it is very helpful since this use case is very common where Admins want to embed the URLs that are customer specific. I am here showing the use case where I have configured a email for CSM to notify them when Sentiment score drops/changes. In the email template, I want to embed the link which navigates to the respective account’s C360 page. The first part of C360 page URL remains consistent and last part of URL keeps changing with respect to account.  In the email template, click on the insert link so that you can place the URL towhich you want to navigate.

For my Gainsight CS Admin friends, I’ve compiled a list of frequently-visited pages within the CS platform. This helps me quickly navigate to any part of the instance via Chrome Bookmark. Each Gainsight instance has a unique URL, but the navigation within an instance is common. Thus, you can quickly build a set of Bookmarks for yourself for your own instance by taking the following steps.Copy and paste the below HTML into a Text Editor. Not Google Drive, not Chrome, not Apple Notes, but something akin to BBEdit. You've got to open the raw text so you can edit the HTML tags rather than have the HTML actually display. Run a "Find and Replace" on yourinstancenamehere and replace with...you guessed it...your instance name. EU tenants, include the .eu portion of the URL. Save the file as an HTML file. In Google Chrome, use Chrome menu > Import Bookmarks and Settings (That's the MacOS path; Windows folks...you're on your own). Navigate to y

I am getting so excited that Pulse is just 2 weeks away! I have been attending Pulse for years virtually, but this is my second year attending in person, and as a midwestern gal, I am beyond excited to be able to take the stage in St. Louis. I have helped build multiple customer communities in my career as both an Ops professional and also a CSM, and have been a part of some really incredible communities too. WOW! This year was my third Pulse US, and every year I am amazed by what an incredible event this is. The people, the power of being together, and the amazing conversations and genuine engagement everyone has each year is so, so special.  What was MOST special this year was Gainsight’s unveiling of our Human-First AI Playbook, and some of the ways AI can support teams and customers to improve workflows and drive new customer value.  Nick Mehta (CEO) and Chuck Ganapathi (our new President & COO) shared some really critical insights on the main stage around how human-first AI will drive more proactive insights to customer risks, remove the manual admin tasks from CSM plates, and make self-service a personalized and value-add experience for customers. And our product team knocked it o
