Sorry my provocative topic but I have seen a lot comments without quotes, for a long time, and I wonder why people doesnt use quote. There is only @mention and reply and thats about it. As you know there are always bunch of people who lurks in the background, who just follows the discussion. For them it is difficult and annoying to know what was the question or comment where this comment is answering. They have to jump back and forward to see the question and the reply. This is issue especially with the long threads with several users. Does this have something to do with the other social channels, they dont have quotes and people have used not to use quotes?  This is truly first world problem but I am sad about this behaviour :D  

Whoa!  10,000 users in the Gainsight community!  Congratulations to all the members who have created something incredibly special -- real engagement, real community. I am struck by how wonderfully the community embodies our concept of human first.  Within Gainsight’s product and engineering teams, the community has helped us always keep in the front of our minds that our customers are people.  We talk to them.  They talk to each other.  We learn their personalities and focus areas. To think that the little tribe of Gainsight enthusiasts connecting through the community nine years ago has grown to 10,000 is like seeing that we have more friends than we even realized.  Thanks for your friendship.

Hi, Customer Success crew. I am excited to join this network.  In my career, I’ve been a recipient of excellent customer success and I’ve provided (what I like to think is) excellent Customer Success.  By joining this community, I’m hoping to learn more about the industry, always looking to learn and adopt best practices, and perhaps just plain old, “get to know some folks.”I’ve spent the last few years in tech Customer Success, most recently leading the Enterprise CS team at an Insuretech startup.  Before that I was at Salesforce.com and before even that I spent over 20 years at John Hancock in the insurance industry.I was recently impacted by a reduction in force, so while learning more about the industry, I am also hoping to make some connections to possibly find my next opportunity.Great to meet you all.  Cheers
