Hi, when adding a filter to a dashboard, it is always added to the end of the other filters. It can’t be moved to another position. I like to see the ability to move the filters to any order, so they show up in a logical way. Thanks!

Hello Team, Recently we have a customer who reached out stating, in the Email Assist Tasks, attachments with ‘.PDF’ isn’t supported, where as after changing the same file as ‘.pdf’ it supports. I’ve verified the same behaviour in Local Org as well. https://share.vidyard.com/watch/sBnds3Tm7B7yVCXgXxM4Cv?  Customer ask :: When the file is a valid one and why isn’t out application recocngizing, as .pdf, it seems like most modern applications should be able to handle .PDF as well as .pdf. Could this be something that will be added in the future, or will this be considred as a limitation?  Thank you!  

Hi guys,I believe it would be useful to have a Notes option on every feature (and module) where one could write all of the historical changes that were done at the Features logic or perhaps a description what exactly feature is tracking or when it is being triggered.

Hi, In rules, Can we have the ability to import csv files from desktop directly, instead of placing them in S3 bucket everytime? Similar to ‘import data’ in Data Management! Use case : We create a lot of adhoc rules for validations or one-time loads. Currently,we should connect to S3 and load files and then perform the S3 fetch. Also, as time goes on, these junk files keep piling up. Instead, if we can import data from desktop it makes the process faster. 

Within PX, could we have a location wherein it’s manageable and easy to clean up branding and images for Engagements? I know you can select an image, and replace it via “browse” but that’s a clunky way of doing it - it’s just a huge jumble of images that have been used EVER and I can’t put them in folders or anything to aid in templatizing things for other teams. 

When viewing the full profile of Current implementation is a strike-through attributes that are turned-off/disabled and labels with no values. Our preference would be to hide those attributes from view if they are null or disabled and possibly have a toggle to show them. Users who have no control or experience in the platform will be tripping over the extra data points and may be confused between Visitor and Account.

Customer want to update company person record based in Person iD only. As we know the currently we are using Company id and Person Id as identifiers on Company person object.Use case:if an individual moves from one SFDC Account to another that it updates the Company association on the Company Person record instead of creating a new Company Person record

Hello Team, Recently I came to know that there is no unique Identifier for the AO Failed Participants History MDA. Apparently we are tracking all the Failed Participants. But there is no way to identify for which program the failure happened. Since, there is no unique identifier it becomes difficult to manage/manipulate the AO Failed Participants History MDA records in the downstream/integrated applications. For example, it is difficult to manage the incremental load or duplicate records in Snowflake, Boomi integration.

I have been working with a customer who wanted to see if there is a way for CSM's to remove a recurring CTA from its configured schedule. Based on the information that I found out from L2 and engineering, there is no current way within the product (or even from the backend) to kill a recurring CTA schedule. Issue: Per my conversations with L2 Support on their findings from Engineering, there is no current way in NXT to remove a recurring CTA from its schedule after it is created. Findings: Traditionally, there are 2 ways to kill a scheduled CTA : Delete the Parent CTA via Mass Edit -- does not appear possible in NXT at the moment; mass edit has locked filter preventing you from filtering for "is recurring = True" Close the parent CTA -- parent CTA's are invisible to users in the UI. They don't show up in Cockpit, and can't be interacted with via Mass edit. While you can identify parent CTA's in report builder, NXT does not appear to o

Make the Feature Path visible during mouseover in our Feature Adoption report when grouped by Feature. When viewing the ungrouped Feature Adoption report, the Feature Path is clear.  However, when grouped by Feature the Feature Path is not visible at all.  This can cause confusion with identically or similarly named Features.  See screenshot examples below.  

We have a problem with JO programs that we are unable to report on the custom fields created and this means we have missing data when we need to report on survey results for example. scenario… we have a CSAT survey and we created a customer field of service , then we need to report on the survey results by service type (from zendesk) , but we can’t do it.is there any way to being able to report on customer fields from JO? and timeframe for this?Thanks in advanceRozi

I've noticed that whenever you are editing a rule and open a dataset it always tells you that you have "unsaved changes" when you navigate away. This occurs whether or not you have actually changed anything. Is it possible to change this behavior to check if a change has been made rather than just displaying that message every time? It can be confusing if you are working on multiple rules or step away for a bit to know if you did in fact make a change since this message pops up so often.

I know there have been many posts on email integration and timeline feature. Yesterday in a meeting where timeline was used for notes (woohoo!), thought about how great it would be if those notes would simply be emailed to everyone after the meeting that attended, or those who missed the meeting based on my tags.  -still keeping timeline as tool/source (email just as notifications) -this may be solved by chatter integration for those who use chatter? Also - really liking the timeline feature!!! 

I would love to see a better method of sending older/past emails to timeline that didn’t require going to the link to drafts and manually assigning them, because our exec’s are just being introduced to this feature and would like to be able to send older but important emails from before we began using Timeline to timeline. It would be great for accounts to have an email “address” assigned to use in the”to” field and send the email directly to the timeline using the same bcc field entry as when recording new emails that are sent to clients.Catching up on the important emails from the past if very time consuming when first using timeline and trying to get it up to speed on past emails. 

For the past week or so, each time I create a new idea, the next screen is the “Whoops! Looks like that page doesn’t exist” error.When I refresh, the URL brings me to the created idea, so it seems to be a slight lag in the platform recognizing the newly created topic. Please comment if you’re seeing this as well, so that insided might know how prevalent the issue is. As best I can tell, I have not heard of this happening in our community, but I haven’t submitted a new idea in a few days. 

If a topic creator has entered text for an additional poll option, but has neither hit enter or the ‘+’ when they submit the post, the last option is thrown away with no warning. Editor should get a warning about this at least (especially while they cannot edit their poll once it is created).

When attempting to set a health score value to 0 or 100, the slider often stops at 1 or 99, respectively. Shifting the slider around, or coming back in, will eventually allow you to set the correct value. Would like to have that anomaly fixed to prevent the extra work, or agent just leaving it at the incorrect value.

Now that we are about a month into our community, I am seeing some threads that are not answered, and likely can’t be for various reasons.  However, these threads have effectively died but are showing up on my list of Unanswered Questions.What I’d like to propose is another means of closing off a topic where the thread shows as inactive but unanswered with a statement akin to “This thread is inactive, though we encourage you to respond if you’d like to continue the discussion”.Otherwise, I’m going to keep adding to a list of threads with no “Best Answer” and the list will soon be out of control.

Movement within the Hierarchy - In some cases it may be more approrpriate to log certain activities at a child and in others at a parent. Since email to timeline automatically posts to where a contact is found, there are situations where contacts are assigned at a customer level when they really should be assigned at the parent level (and therefore the activities should be posted at the parent level).

Most of our badging strategy is built around users so it makes no sense for us (the community team) to earn those badges too. Currently we all get the helper, tester, innovator, etc badge, which is confusing as the community team should not be showcasing any of these. I assume badges can be removed manually per individual, but it makes sense to add the ability in the back end to exclude users roles from earning badges. Thanks.

We manage 4 product lines all within one knowledge base tool - Knoweldge Owl. They also have an in-app widget that we could add to our platform, but ideally we want 1 place where users can get all types of help.  It would be great if GainsightPX had a native integration with Knowledge Owl as they do with Zendesk, Help Docs ext. If not - is there a way we can leverage knowledgeowls API and custom build this functionality within the Knowledge Bot ourselves?

Two Email from Timeline feedback:I wish we did not have extra text like email body, internal and external attendee in the body of the email. It is an unnecessary step required for clean up.   When I add someone as internal attendee, I would like them to be in cc and not the to list.

After the platform issue yesterday caused by a deployment, we think it would be useful/prudent if Insided could give us advanced notice of platform updates/releases. And a bit of info about what’s in the deployment, too.It doesn’t have to be war and peace, just a few paragraphs to explain what time the deployment is happening, what’s changing (eg whether it’s bug fixes, new features, etc).In fact, it seems weird that this isn’t already happening. All our other suppliers give us advanced notice of releases.As well as giving us useful info, we could make sure someone was on the alert just in case something goes wrong. And also we’d make sure we weren’t planning to post anything big/important at the same time.

Hi Team,  One of our customers is looking to adjust the height to 100 pixels. It appears we are supporting minimum height of 400 pixels in embeded reports. Allow for the "Choose Features" popup window in our Feature Adoption Report to be resized so that long Module->Submodule(s)-> Feature paths can be easily viewed.
